• Annemieke (8/5): - Centrally located, apartment building is quite old, but the apartment has been fully renovated. Great views from the balcony. The bed is quite small for 2 people, and the person lying on the wall side will be kind of squeezed. Mattress should be replaced by a new one, is sagging in the center.

• Zlatko (9/5): - Great view & value for money. Fully equipped (microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, big fridge, air con, TV, nice bed, big wardrobe, balcony. Nice and friendly host. 10th floor, higher than surrounding buildings. Overall, I recommend the place, and it will be my first choice when visiting again. Just a few things until a perfect 10/10.... You will need to by all small necessities, but supermarket is near by. And there is no place to leave luggage (which I can understand it's problem to organize), but you have luggage lockers near by.

• Iana (10/5): Все отлично, за исключением мелочей. - Локация, прекрасный вид. Днем солнечно и светло. Даже в декабре было комфортно. Есть кондиционер. Бесконтактное заселение. Второй раз останавливаюсь здесь. Для одного человека хорошо. Лейку в душе следует заменить, брызгает во все стороны. Обновить полотенца на новые и мягкие. Посудомоечная машинка практически ничего не отмывает, вся посуда в остатках еды. Вероятно, проблема в моющем средстве. Слишком темное освещение в комнате. Вечером мне было темно. Нужны мощные лампочки. Дверца в холодильнике плохо закрывается и отходит. Если исправить эти мелочи, то будет 10/10
• Iana (10/5): - Одни из самых лучших апартаментов в этом комплексе, в которых я жила. Выглядят лучше чем на фото. Очень компактные, но удобные. Много посуды на кухне. Возможно, стоит заменить посудомоечную машину (или купить другие капсулы). Очень плохо моет, приходилось перемывать посуду руками. Не хватило кофе-машины типа nespresso. Есть гейзерная кофеварка, если вы пользуетесь такой, то нет проблем.

• Guido (6/5): Appartement viel al met al tegen: prijs kwaliteit viel ook tegen. - De studio zit in een groot appartementengebouw midden in de stad, dicht bij het treinstation. Het was stil (fijn). Het uitzicht vanuit bed en vanaf de bank in de ochtend was mooi, Vanaf het balkon zag je zooi, afval, auto's en veel beton. Er zat een kuil in het smalle bed, waardoor je steeds naar het midden 'rolde'. Na een klacht is een topper gebracht, dit gaf weinig soelaas. Eigenaar gaf aan dat het matras De keukeninventarisatie was matig: 2 thee bekers, waarvan 1 stuk. 1 wijnglas, 3 waterglazen. Borden en pannen waren er volop. Bestek was deels van plastic. Het slot op de deur was stuk, het leek alsof er was geprobeerd in te breken. Hierdoor lastig de deur op het slot te doen en van het slot te halen. . Eettafel stoelen waren versleten. Al met al een beetje groezelig allemaal.

• Rebeka (6/5): Pleasant - The views from the apartment are stunning, as it is the largest building in the area and the apartment is on the 22nd floor. But unfortunately, this cannot compensate for the poorly soundproofed windows. The concrete protecting the roof of the balcony reflects all sound. The conversation of the neighbours is like sitting on our balcony. There's a nightclub in the harbour where techno music blares until the early hours of the morning, and you can hear it through the closed windows. So we almost never got any sleep at night unfortunately. And the ventilation system of the big department store in front of the house is very loud during the day too. I recommend that the pillows are changed to more comfortable ones, and all dishes, plates and glasses are washed after guests because they are sticky. Probably the guests do not pay enough attention to this. There was only enough toilet paper for two days, the toilet paper and shampoo were not prepared. The apartment was nice and clean, but the furniture was worn and used.
• Jone (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location, everything was really clean (and I'm good at finding dirt! 😅) and Paula is a super nice and helpful host. I was surprised to find a lot of small but useful things (such as a shopping bag, umbrella etc). Also the room smelled sooo good! 😍💯 A bit too short bed (but I'm tall 🤷‍♀️) and there was no tiny table near the bed. I solved it by using one of the chairs because there were more than enough of them in the room, so not a big deal.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - everything was fine, the room matched the description, quite clean the deposit was a bit unexpected, but I think the apartment is in good condition because of this. I advise adding hangers in the bathroom for clothes and a shelf for shampoo in the shower. And it is better to vacuum the air conditioner, there is a lot of dust
• Olena (7/5): Maria was a nice person but she doesn’t speak English at all. Be ready for it and was difficult to communicate. - The view from the balcony 👍 Broken lock on the balcony’s door. Very very loud fridge and a lot of comments about it but owners didn’t fix it.

• Gregor_k (10/5): A wonderful studio to stay when in Alicante! - The apartament is in a great localization - in a high building in a very center of the city. It's very close to Luceros square ( where the tram stop is and the airport bus stop is), the train station, not far from the bus station. The mall is next door, many shops and restaurants around. It's 5 min walk to the promenade and the marina. The studio id really nice, clean and bright. The kitchenette is very well equipped, there is everything one needs, including a coffee maker, a microwave and a dishwasher. There's even a washing machine in the bathroom. There is a balcony where you can sit and admire the view, which is spectacular. Paula - the host is really welcoming, cordial and helpful. Thank you for you care and hospitality! I strongly recommend this apartament to stay when in Alicante! I'd love to come back! Everything was perfect! Maybe the only little thing - the kitchen was greatly equipped, but we missed a cutting board. It's nothing important though and does not influence the greatness of this spot!
• Michał (8/5): Very good - Perfect location in the city Center. A bit far from the beach but that was not an issue. The building is the tallest one in the city. The room was clean and quite well equipped but it was simply small. It was ok as we spent the majority of the time outside of it. The view from the balcony was beautiful. (Attached photo, 10th floor) I wish there were some deckchairs on the balcony instead of regular chairs.

Well equipped, good atmosphere, except for a few things, it can be a perfect choice in its category, I recommend it to everyone in Alicante! The bathroom needs renovation, the bed is small even for one person, its location is strange and a bit uncomfortable. The refrigerator is very loud and it is quite disturbing at night.
• Johansson (10/5): Perfect - cleanest studio in Alicante ;) - It was very clean and fresh. Had a bunch of equipment. Good location. Great communication from the team. For Spanish standards it is probably one of the best beds I had in Spain - but to measure up internationally, another softer mattress on top would have been awesome.

Confusion about key pick up and timing etc. Was a little stressful. Maybe work on timing or find another way to leave keys for guests.

• Keith (10/5): An excellent stay at an amazing studio. - The photos on the listing do not do justice to the amazing views from the balcony. One could easily spend the day harbour and marine watching. Lots to see! Everything in the studio was perfect. As mentioned, the bed can be folded away each morning but to be honest there is plenty of room to leave it down as well as having the table in use. Paula has taken a lot of time to think of, and provide, every little touch which made for an excellent stay. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has everything needed. A nice touch was providing coffee and other essentials to save having to dash out on arrival. The hotel complex is well sited a few minutes walk away from Plaza Luceros, where every food and drink taste can be satisfied from a wide range of bars, restaurants, etc. There are four speedy lifts in the building so little time is spent waiting for one to whisk you up to floor 22. The walk up the steps is over 400, if you desire exercise! Thank you Paula, we congratulate you on having such a lovely studio and hope to return one day. Well. We did have some rain during our stay, but not even Paula could do a great deal about that. Even so, Alicante, especially the old town (Barrio Santa Cruz) is such that one can explore, even on damp days, with plenty of religious sites and museums to visit.

The last two nights it was difficult to sleep because it got quite warm (28 degrees inside). Also the fridge is very noisy, I couldn’t sleep without earplugs - recommended to bring if you stay in this appartment.
