• Amal (1/5): logement insalubre, non consommé, refus de remboursement - Rien Logement dans un état inacceptable. Dès l’arrivée, une forte odeur d’humidité était présente dans tout l’appartement. La salle de bain fuyait du plafond, avec de l’eau qui coulait et stagnait, rendant le logement totalement inhabitable. La femme de ménage n’a pas préparé l’appartement avant l’heure officielle de check-in (15h). Nous avons récupéré les clés seulement à 18h30, ce qui nous a permis de constater l’ampleur des problèmes très tard le soir. Les seules serviettes mises à disposition étaient encore mouillées, posées sur un radiateur allumé, ce qui est inadmissible en termes d’hygiène et de sécurité. De plus, le comportement de la personne en charge du ménage a été irrespectueux et déplacé, aggravant encore la situation. Face à cette situation, il était impossible de dormir dans l’appartement. Nous avons été contraints de prendre un hôtel et avons rendu les clés le premier jour, sans consommer le séjour. Malgré l’envoi de photos et preuves claires, le propriétaire — qui gère le logement à distance depuis la France — a refusé tout remboursement, a conservé l’argent et nous a même traités de menteurs, préférant croire la femme de ménage. À cela s’ajoute un quartier insécurisé et l’absence totale de demande de pièces d’identité, ce qui pose un réel problème de sécurité et rend ce logement inadapté aux familles. Expérience extrêmement stressante. Logement à fuir.

• Lionel (9/5): Appartement Agadir - Bonjour une bonne surprise pour l'hébergement car après un soucis de dernière minute, le loueur a fait tout son possible pour nous trouver un appartement en remplacement. Donc un grand merci à sa proposition et toute son énergie à nous accueillir. Un lieu proche de toutes commodités, resto, épicerie etc. Un endroit calme et surveillé donc aucun soucis. La ville d'Agadir est très agréable et surtout la plage pour les enfants. Un appartement bien équipé et surtout très propre.. Pas grand chose à dire.

• Rubén (10/5): Muy buen apartamento. - El piso estaba genial, nos sentimos como en casa, cocinamos y dormimos bastante bien. Era un barrio residencial y los precios de los supermercados eran super baratos. La zona no es la turística pero al final Agadir es enorme y nunca vas a estar cerca de todo. Con bus publico llegábamos al barrio por 4 Dirham a nosotros nos venía bien.

There are some items that are broken in the house, like the water boiler and some things in the bathroom. Another thing I don’t like is the location of the apartment: it’s on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building

• Marija (9/5): Superb - Rachida is super welcoming and helpful, took very good care of us. The place is cozy and clean, situated in a quite and nice area of Agadir, our host was great. I just overlooked there was no wifi available, which we needed at the moment, but that was me not paying attention :). We stayed with three kids and it was more than enough space and equipment, we enjoyed it. Nothing really.
• Max (8/5): Very good - Rachida is super friendly. only 20 minutes from the airport. Was nice to be in a more residential neighborhood in Agadir. there was no wifi, but it will be installed. Towels would have been nice also. It's on the 4th floor, with no elevator. Might be an issue with big luggage
