- Andrew (1/5): Terrible Experience - Avoid at all costs - Nothing. We arrived at the property one day later than planned due to unavoidable travel disruptions.
Upon entering, we were immediately hit with a strong, musty, and unpleasant smell, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and upkeep.
After a closer inspection, it was evident that the property was not clean or maintained to an acceptable standard.
We found the following issues:
A persistent, foul odor throughout the property
Thick cobwebs in multiple areas
Dirty and smudged mirrors and glass surfaces
Stained and poorly maintained carpets
A filthy fridge and freezer that were simply unacceptable.
We vacated the property within 20 minutes and contacted Booking.com to report the condition. We provided photo evidence to support our claim.
Despite this, the property owner denied the issues and dismissed our concerns with the claim that “the last customer didn’t complain” and that their cleaning team had “sprayed air freshener.”
Unfortunately, we have not been offered a refund, and the owner continues to refuse any responsibility.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and we strongly advise others to avoid booking through Sublime-stays.com or staying at this property.
- Leo (7/5): Handige locatie bij Londen, maar geschikt voor een kort verblijf. - locatie op loopafstand van station. Entree was slecht onderhouden en zag er versleten uit. Hygiëne had ook wat beter gekund.
- M&M (9/5): Very good stay with good host - The host gives you a clear instruction with photos of how to get the keys by email 24 hours before check in. Sofa was a bit tired, and carpet may needs full clean.

Modern little property Communal walkway area needs some tender care . The outside door looked damaged the large mat area looked dirty

Good WiFi The parking and how long it took for the heating to be sorted out . I have asked about my deposit but have not had a response. The company needs to invest in changing the toilet . It’s clean but heavily stained

It needs some maintenance because there are some broken things like the bathroom window and the shower pane. It would be good to have a coffee machine too.
