• Koura (1/5): We took pictures of all the dirty and broken things in the house. IT'S DEF NOT WHAT YOU SEE ONLINE - Upon arrival, we checked into the office and received our keys. We were then led to our house, and a helper came along to help pick up our bags, which was nice. We booked this rental for a month for our family of four kids and two adults. However, customer Service was not great. They made you feel like nothing was wrong with the place and that all this was normal. We tried working with this company to find alternatives, but nothing seemed to work. They stop answering your calls after a while. Please be careful! The place was not clean at all. Nothing in the house resembled the pictures we saw online. The bedrooms and kitchen were completely different, dirty, and broken up. We complained on our first night there and couldn't stay with the kids. There was construction happening in the streets, and it was unsafe for the kids to be outside. Even though we booked for a month, we couldn't stay there for 3 days max, and we called the office, politely returned the keys, and explained to them how awful it was to stay there with the kids. The place was not in line with the website description at all. We called the office attendant and showed him the dirty couches, stains, and hair on the beds and couches. The bathroom shower heads were broken, and the showers were filthy. The worst part is that we told the office we would pay for the days we stayed at the villa, and they said okay and took the keys from us, agreeing to the partial refund. We have text messages and proof that we handed the keys and checked out, but we were disappointed with the place. Since we got back 4 months ago and we are still in dispute with this company, there is no way of reaching them, and no refund of $2,346. Just be careful when you book with this company, and just know that if anything happens that you don't like, you will probably not be able to deal with the company.

• Amr (8/5): Very good place, nice staff - very good and friendly satff. I had a problem with my booking and they fixed it quickly and offered me alternatives. just make sure you book the right Villa type (with pool/without pool) as the ad is confusing.

I had to request for towels.. lots n pans and only 3 plates.. I had to it a frying pan, cutting board and can opener.. they is nothing there like a home.. rigs filthy doors unsafe yard full of dog shit.. IF you think this is an air BnB — NOT!! Area is a complete dump.. garbage everywhere, loose gravel and stones everywhere curbs unsecured and place is falling down.. not a single piece of art anywhere and besides comfy bed and air con worked I left 5 days early and went to the Addison. Wild dogs fight at night construction all day long and toads are unstable and unsafe. Just wasn’t an experience at will ever get over! Just DO NOT DO IT!! G to a good hotel !
• Mutahir (2/5): Not safe and dangerous. The villa owners should be ashamed of themselves - Good location, took 30 minutes to travel to museums and pyramids. Good air conditioning and really comfortable beds Not suitable for families or couples. There is a lack of health and safety with broken floor tiles in bedrooms and by the pool which can easily cut your feet. This is not acceptable!!! Broken doors and patio doors meant anyone could walk into our villa. We had to lock all our valuables in our rooms. Broken showers and no towels showed a lack of preparation by the villa staff. Three showers in the villa and all were broken with broken shower heads or no water coming through. After an 11 hour journey we could not shower the first night we arrived and the villa had to call plumbers to come fix the showers the next day. Misleading and untruthful advertisements, nowhere on the booking terms does it say alcohol is banned in the villa. We even called beforehand and they said it was fine, on the day we arrived we were told it was not allowed. This is a standard trick to get westerners to book here. On our final two days they drained the pool and we were not able to use it. No reason or explanation given even though we called and their response was they would send the pool maintenance man around. He didn’t arrive until the day we were leaving

• Insigam (2/5): Spacious villa in poor location with many details needing to be repaired. - Spacious property Property not ready on arrival. It took an additional 3 hours to finish cleaning the villa, pool and garden. There was rubbish and bricks in the garden and we had to ask for them to be removed. Bathroom door handle kept breaking! Even after we asked for it to be repaired. Children’s beds uncomfortable Internet was disconnected two days before we left, we contacted them to reconnect it but they didn’t.
• Samah (7/5): Good - Big villa & rooms. Quite place no noises except the dogs. Comfortable Villa was clean but they need to be careful more, or you can bring your cleaning tools. Water smells like chlorine in some toilets. I didn’t like the bed sheets look very old, so if you can bring disposable sheets would be great. It would be perfect if they took care of the comments.

• Sarah (5/5): Does not match photos, needs maintenance. - Dirty bedding, no covers on the stained duvet, holes in the wall where there used to be a tv, poorly equipped kitchen, no towels, no sheets or toiletries as mentioned in the listing, villa does not look like the photos. Poorly maintained, lots of damage to the property and Very noisy from football ground opposite who seem to play 24hrs also very close to mosque which is very loud.

For the price we paid it was ok but could be much better given a little more attention. The beds had no sheets when we arrived, no covers on the duvet and pillows which were very dirty and stained. Had to ask for sheets and towels, the pictures shown online don’t match the villa we were given, lots of damage such as broken windows, cracked tiles and even electrical sockets hanging off the walls, would not recommend if you have young children as would be very unsafe. The pool isn’t heated so is very cold. The kitchen lacks basic equipment no knives, chopping board, utensils etc for cooking, no toaster, no oven, no grill just a few plates and basic cutlery.

• Aneesah (10/5): Exceptional - I seen the villa from outside and it was exceptional I couldn’t believe my eyes especially for the price it was so cosy and comfortable inside also everyday someone comes to clean the pool and the pool is amazing also the view from the balcony is absolutely astonishing I would recommend everyone to stay here especially if your not from Egypt and you’ve come for a holiday the people and management are lovely as well great amazing people
