Jorge Prada (6/5): Apartamento regular con buena ubicación - La ubicación es muy buena, central a todo El apartamento tiene potencial, pero no está cuidado, algunas cosas en mal estado, una de las camas parece que se fuera a caer, el sillón no tiene el acolchado, sentarse es incomodo por esta razón, le faltaba limpieza, el ventilador de la sala parece que se fuera a desarmar, por el precio del apartamento, no es un buen negocio lo que ofrecen

Juan Carlos (6/5): Falta mucho en su mantenimiento - Ubicación Deterioro en los acabados de las instalaciones y en general no se le invierta desde hace mucho tiempo en su mantenimiento.... cocina con fugas en el platero, no tiene ovituario en suficiente o en buen estado en la cocina, no tenía WiFi o tomas eléctricas para que funcionara...ventanas sucias, sin espacio para parqueo y general...relación beneficio costo a pérdida... Falta mejorar mucho en su inversión!!

Andrés (9/5): Cercanía al muelle - Carlos estuvo muy pendiente de ayudarnos con los tiempos de entrada y salida del apartamento. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y es muy fresco. En la zona hay muy buenas opciones de comida. Por la noche puede haber un poco de ruido por los negocios, pero nada exagerado.

christian (9/5): - La view imprenable vers la mer et le malecón, un bâtiment très sécurisé. Un grand appart avec deux chambres climatisées (il en faut car très chaud) La salon n'est pas climatisé donc il faut laisser les portes des chambres ouvertes pour avoir un peu de fraîcheur

Harold (10/5): My first near perfect stay anywhere in colombia. - This is the first place in riohacha i consider near perfect. Noise insulation, comfort, AC, safety, location and price/quality. I will sure recomend my employees and others. Keep it like is, dont let it become some partycentre or callhouse.

Edgar (10/5): Amazing by the sea views - The views are amazing from both the balcony with the hammock and the bedroom. I enjoyed the music and the artisans on the street below and the beach being a little walk away is also a great thing I'm gonna miss those views but if I do come back I'll make sure to rent here again...thanks to the owners for being on top of our requests amazing and friendly people 🫡🙏🏻🇸🇻
