• Rafa Valero (5/5): - Ubicación perfecta, muy cerca del centro y de Metro. Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas son muy cómodas. Zona tranquila sin ruidos nocturnos. El acceso al apartamento está en pésimo estado, oscuro, sucio y huele muy mal. El apartamento necesita limpieza más profunda y algun arreglo de sillas, mesa, paredes, etc. No dispone de los servicios necesarios para 6 personas, falta vajilla, cubiertos, etc.

• Aharon A (9/5): - Overall, we had a pleasant stay in this three-bedroom apartment. The apartment is comfortable and conveniently located, very close to the метро. On the downside, the gas heating was not working, and the shower was a bit uncomfortable. However, there are electric heaters available, and the water was always hot. The check-in instructions and photos did not fully match the reality. Also, the access code to the building door was 2601#, not the one provided by the host.
• Mihaela (1/5): Vacanță ratată și mulți nervi … - - Ne-a stricat vacanța .. am ajuns și erau 11,7 grade în plină iarnă . Canapea , uși murdare .. nu are centrală , încălzirea se face cu aerul condiționat ( bineînțeles ca la baie și bucătărie v-a fi rece mereu având în vedere ca nu exista deloc încălzire în aceste spații )

• Holger (5/5): So nicht zu empfehlen ... - Zwei Betten waren gut. Relativ sauber im Appartement. Ein Bett miserabel (dünne, durchgelegen Matratze auf hartem Holz - kein Rost). Eine Jalousie defekt. Gefühl von Keller im Wohnzimmer, da Fenster aufgrund Innenhofblick mit Taubenkot verhangen war. Außenbereich sehr dreckig.

• Terry (10/5): Modern apartment in a perfect location - Deceptively large apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and modern and check in was super easy with a lock box. Bucharest was having some very hot weather during our trip so the brilliant air con was appreciated! The apartment is on a very quiet street but only 10 minutes walk to the edge of the old town. It's also conveniently located just 5 mins walk from the pick up point for one of the main guided tours to Transylvania and Bran Castle. We loved the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

• Rachael (9/5): Superb - Large comfortable rooms, warm and clean. Located close to the metro and central area. Lots of reataurant options within a 10 minute walk. Great instructions for gaining access, good communication from owners. Very secure. No towel for drying kitchen items. Height of shower head wasn't great for tall people.
• Vasil (1/5): Bad - The apartment was reasonably clean. The Wi-Fi didn't work. It was advertised as having two bathrooms, but there was only one bathroom and the other was just a toilet. There was a big problem with the sewage system. The water in the bathroom didn't drain and was constantly filling up with foam. I reported this problem when we arrived, they said they would send someone but no one came. And as for "good morning", there were cockroaches in the toilet every morning. I don't recommend it!
• T (7/5): Overall it was a good stay - The sofa needed to changed or cleaned. The walls also need painting, stains behind sofa. Dead cockroach in the bathroom. The building/communal area was very dated and dirty. The area was in a good location but very run down.

Very spacious The property was very cold, took forever to feel warm up even though there was aircon systems in each room. Due to the temperature of the property I had to sleep with two duvets. For the size of the property i would expect mire thsn one bathroom eith a shower, however there is only one shower over the bath which has plumbing issues and takes long to drain the water which causes delays in showering.

• Liam (9/5): Nice large apartment in the centre - Lovely big apartment. Modern, clean, good location, hosts were quick to respond on WhatsApp, great air conditioning and a comfy bed. Would recommend! A fixed shower head over the end of the bath would’ve been better than a hand held one stuck to the middle of the bath, quite awkward to position yourself. I would’ve liked a microwave in the kitchen too.
• Claudia (9/5): Very good central location big very nice appartment - Great location and good size 3 bedrooms appartment in an old building, quiet area but close to everything, even a big supermarkt in the area. The flat has very nice facilities, washing machine, large kitchen. The stuff was responsive and provided what we needed shortly. We had a very good stay! The drain in the bathtub didnt work very well but it is manageable. The kitchen has basic utensils and sugar coffee tea, however, it could have some more basic stuff (like a turner, bigger knives, scissors, tea towel).
• Carly (9/5): Super value, fab location - The apartment is clean, spacious and a great location (15min walk to the old town, approx £25 for an Uber to the Spa/airport). Generous bedrooms and new beds. The hosts have made the very best of what they have and the apartment is perfect for a city break. The communal areas are old and worn.

• Marko (7/5): Good - Clean apartment in a good location The communication with the host was great in the evening gout can find free parking on the street. - WiFi didn't work from the second day - we saw additional complains regarding the to it - issue with cockroaches - we found a few of them each morning in the bathroom - dining table is designed for 4 people

• Julian (7/5): Nice modern flat in the city centre. - Property was in a great location, not too far from the centre. Within walking distance. Modern spacious flat, fit for purpose. The main bathroom, was somewhat small. When you open the window to the bathroom, there a birds nesting near the window and can be heard making noise.

The common areas of the building do let it down (although I appreciate the owner can’t do much about this). The wifi and therefore television didn’t work (we only stayed one night so that wasn’t too much of an inconvenience).

• Mihaela (10/5): amazing stay!!! - We had an amazing time in a stylish 3-bedroom apartment with a fantastic host. The apartment's modern design and new amenities were impressive, while its excellent location made it convenient to explore the city. The host was extremely communicative and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
