• Manton (1/5): False advertisement - Absolutely nothing Whole experience was horrendous, we were double booked and got moved,one hour after check in , four adults put in an apartment with no bed room, with no privacy, just one double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room,sofa bed didn't work, ended up sleeping on a wooden floor, one tiny window opened, big window would not open , no balcony which was advertised also, It was really hot! The Wi-Fi password did not work. the wrong information was provided!Pictures did not match what was sold, cigarette burns in the pillows, and parking is advertised but is not available. The whole booking was falsely advertised. This was a present for my daughters 18th, and the whole experience was ruined. Avoid at all cost. the host would not contact me back or answer my calls after I expressed i was not happy!

The flat had one double bed and no sofa bed despite me booking it for 3 adults and the sofa bed being advertised. Three weeks later and my deposit hasn’t been returned, unacceptable

• Horvath (3/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr ungepflegt, abgenutzt. Nicht was man in Europa in Anspruch nehmen soll, große Enttäuschung. Leider die ganze Einrichtung war nur ein Schrotthaufen wie ein Asylantenheim. Es war nur ein reine Abzocker Vermietung. Nichts gewohnt von Booking, nach mein Gefühl kann man nur noch bessere Appartement finden in London.

• Elisha-Marie (6/5): Great views from floor 9, Close to a nearby tube station and basic needs met. - Great location, right near a tube station “North Acton”. Had a shower/bath, toilet, double bed, kitchen and living room with a dinning area. Bed wasn’t comfortable, very hard to sleep on (I personally like a soft bed), bed was on wheels so when you sat down the bed, the bed would move away from the wall and make a noise, the area was rough at the time of our stay and can be noisy at times. Personality don’t think it was worth the price we paid. £287 for two nights in the location and what we get. The hotel takes a £150 security deposit also on the day of your arrival for others to be aware of.

The hosts were very friendly in their communication and helpful with the few queries we had. The heating system was stuck on in the living area. We were moved from the initial flat to another in the same building (based on the two confirmations we received) - the sofa was a small 2-seater which cannot physically be called a bed or somewhere for anyone to sleep.

• Vadims (1/5): when we arrived at 3 pm they didn't even send us the codes and where to get the key to get into the building. we had - when we arrived at 3 pm they didn't even send us the codes and where to get the key to get into the building. we had to call and 20 minutes later they sent a completely different address. they said that the apartment was 75 square meters and had a balcony, there was supposed to be a large sofa in the living room, we ordered that there be a place for the second person to sleep. but when we came to the apartment it was 20m max, one bedroom and a very small living room with one very small sofa that you can't sleep on and there was no balcony. it was the 9th floor, the elevator almost always didn't work, we had to walk. there were also no instructions or codes on how to get into the building, we waited for 10 minutes for some neighbor who was there to open the doors for us. my rating 0

• Oran (1/5): Terrible - The bed was comfy, which was pretty much the only good part about this place. To start off, communication in the days coming up to arriving was inexistent. They never replied to my texts about early check in until the day of. I then text them at 6pm as I was checking in late, they never replied. I asked to confirm where the location of the lockbox that you have to get the key from was, no reply. I then had to ask her again, I could see that had viewed all of my messages and just didn’t reply. Then we managed to walk around for 20 minutes and found the accommodation. The room felt like I was stranded on the Sahara desert with no water due to the heating being on full blast. The balcony door was broken meaning we couldn’t get any cold air. I booked for three people and only two towels were left out. Also the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and there was no bedding for the couch at all. We also had to remove our rubbish from the accommodation before we left, I found a bit odd. I found it even more odd that there was no bins outside so we had to stash our rubbish in a Tesco bin. I think didn’t receive confirmation that my deposit had been returned for two days. Upon ringing their phone number, they then said it would be processed and I got confirmation straight after.
• Beth (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, size as advertised. Bathroom was really dirty despite smelling of bleach. Door to balcony has bare under-floor boards next to it and gap to outside so both cold and not overly safe on the floor.

• Angela (8/5): Very good - The location. Perfect for central line. Brilliant for access to little supermarkets for supplies! Key not in lock box on arrival. Details referred to taking rubbish to the outside bins but there were none so had to put in a street bin.

• Glynis (9/5): Overall very pleased. Beautiful flat. Well furnished and equipped. - A little confused looking for lock box. Flat opposite lock box site. Instructions could have been clearer. Guest bed not made up. Had to ring host twice and then told we had to make it up ourselves. Then had to hunt around for bed linen, towels etc.

Could not turn off and no support received by host despite multiple phone calls. Balcony door was jammed so could not open door to cool down the apartment. Apartment itself was in ok shape. Seemed clean but amenities are basic. Futon in living room non existent. Sofa would not open up, and it was too short to accommodate me. That, plus the heat, made it impossible for me to sleep.

• Gert (8/5): Affordable, good accommodation - The flat is in a big apartment building, and appears to have been set up for tenancy by a regular resident before being let to tourists. The view from the windows is good, but not excellent. Space, likewise, is good, but you do need to set up the futon in the living room yourself and of course it reduces the sitting space once set up. Also, the table, which has 6 chairs, is cramped: we moved one chair to the balcony for ease of use of the table and chairs. The issues other travellers signalled with WiFi and getting access have been resolved. The caretaker attempts to be on top of things better than appears to have been the case in the past, judging from highly critical reviews here, but we still found them to be very bad at keeping track: we were asked, urgently, to supply photo ID that they had received months before ...
• Katherine (3/5): Communication with owners was a disorganized nightmare - The facilities themselves are fine. For the price you get a fairly comfortable apartment. The location is good with everything you want to see within an easy 30 min train ride (with the train station across the street from the apartment) and a couple grocery stores and fast food restaurants just outside the building. Communication with the owners was a nightmare and we considered canceling before check in. The owners did not respond to any emails or messages sent on bookings.com even though this is necessary for you to send them your security deposit. I finally had to get a local Londoner (we were in Canada) to call them for us to finally receive the security deposit instructions. They promised to send us check in instructions an hour before we were supposed to check in, but we arrived at the apartment without any word from them and had to, once again, call to remind them to send us the information as we waited outside in the cold. The check in information is also wrong or outdated, with the wrong wifi password and other instructions seeming to belong to the wrong apartment. While the place was clean enough (the bathroom and storage closet could have been cleaner), nicely furnished, and a good deal, I would recommend finding another place to stay simply because of the property management disorganization and communication.

Small comment about tv connection,not working as the image ,cause the connection cable.. So tv need fixing..Thats all.. Many thanks Tv not working as image bit temperamental. Part from that everything else is fantastic. Great..
• Martin (4/5): The accommodation was a big disappointment. - Right next to the accommodation there are 2 shops that are open late into the night. The metro to the center is about 2 minutes from the accommodation. Handover of keys does not work. There is a strong smell of mustiness and mold in the bathroom. The wifi didn't work at all in the beginning (the operator had to personally come and replace the device), then it worked in such a way that even netflix couldn't be played sensibly.
