• rhianneb (9/5): - Amazing breakfast and great location ! Pool and bar area are lovely. Staff are very nice and attentive. Felt very safe ! Great deal with Atlas and Cafe del Mar beach clubs. Overall a great stay and would come back, provided I had hot water! The shower was cold - we spoke to the team after the 2nd night and we were moved to an alternative room on the 3rd day (thank you) but they knew there was an issue with the shower in our room from the start and it should’ve been mentioned earlier! Can be a bit loud, paddle court next door and thin doors - didn’t affect us but take into consideration if you’re a light sleeper! Tiles could do with a deep clean, but generally clean!

• Karina (10/5): Can’t wait to be back! - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just stayed at TUI Blue Berawa for the second time, and that alone says a lot about how much we love this hotel! Once again, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are modern, comfortable, and spotless, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. What truly makes this place special is the incredible staff, who are always friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making every guest feel at home. The food is excellent, the facilities are fantastic, and the location is perfect for enjoying everything the area has to offer. It was wonderful to see that the high standards and exceptional service we experienced during our first stay have remained unchanged. A huge thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to our next visit. • Sarah (8/5): Excellent stay if hot water had worked 100% - Staff friendly and give 100% fab towel creations! Excellent breakfast. Lots of choice and hot food was hot. Great coffee. Lots of sun beds and pool towels. Spa massage very good. No hot water first night (management knew before we checked in that there was an issue)and none in sink rest of stay but shower had hot water rest of stay. Poor management as other guests in different rooms had no hot water problems.

• Mandy (6/5): Lovely staff; shame about a few issues with hotel. - The staff at the Tui Blue were amazing. They were friendly, polite and always attentive. They looked beautiful in their nationality uniforms/clothes. Special mention for Yogi, April, Ningsih and Bogi. Thank you. The areas within the hotel were always spotless and our rooms were cleaned efficiently if you wanted them made up. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Our room had no hot water for 4 days. The hotel upgraded the water system twice while we were there. We had a hot shower for 2 days but the pressure was non existence on the last day. We had a leak coming from the ceiling tile and rhe air conditioning vent dripped onto the floor. I will say that the hotel staff came and sorted out issues quickly but you don't expect a Tui hotel to have these sorts of issues especially as the hotel is relatively new. In the brochure that I was given, it mentioned an amphitheatre ( this was not built and there was supposed to be a market there) and there was no RR Chocolate venue (we were told it was going to be something else). I was looking forward to both of these. It was a delux room but the balcony was very small and the view was of an abandoned building site! I'm just so glad they weren't building as I think that would of been the last straw. We thought that Tui would be a great choice as we wanted an enjoyable first holiday in quite a few years.
• Aldila Anindita (8/5): Reliable, but walls are rather thin - Location is very convenient, walking distance from multiple shops and Berawa beach. Breakfast are great, and the staff are very helpful The walls are rather thin. Staying on the first floor, I can hear people playing padel shouting on window side and people chatting in the hallway on door side. Thankfully I’m travelling solo, but would not recommend for family or kids. Also the room was not ready until 3.21 PM which is past the promised check in time.

Lack of happy hour at poolside Bar drinks were quite expensive a rum and pineapple cost me 50 aud. And also events like DJ classes never happened. Which we were looking forward too. Also our laundry came back with pen stains and also had shrunk.

• Laura (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf op een A locatie in Canggu, terwijl je niet ervaart dat je midden in het centrum zit. - Het onwijs vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel, de zorg die aan ieder detail is besteedt, het uitmuntende ontbijt, de faciliteiten die het hotel te bieden heeft. Het hotel doet echt eer aan de 5 sterren. Ik kom zeker hier terug! Als ik iets zou moeten benoemen is het slechts de beschikking van de sauna en het ijsbad wat in combinatie met padellen gaat. Wat volledig bijzaak is en een ‘luxe’ minpunt is.

• Jennifer (10/5): Un hôtel fabuleux pour un séjour en amoureux - J’ai adoré la gentillesse du personnel, leurs sourires tous les matins et à chaque heure de la journée. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, à proximité de tout à pied ! Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon. Les chambres très bien décorées et entretenues ! La literie parfaite !

The roomservice didn’t work. It was really hard to get people on the phone for the right things. We ordered 2 watermelon juices and they were warm… that was a bit mid and it took really long to get to our room. And keep in mind that there is still construction nearby the hotel, so we woke up early because the noise was so loud. For the price that we paid I found it a bit mid, there are better stays for a lower price.

The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast buffet — so many great options and the coffee was amazing! The only minor downsides were that the shower didn’t really have warm water, and the air conditioning smelt a little bit like cigarettes at times. Aside from that, everything else was lovely and I would still happily stay again.

Check in was delayed 2hrs because i had to complain about room cleanliness :/ Even after raising the request 2 times, staff only appoligzed with standard text message, very disappointing - responsible staff seemed uninterested or unmotivated. Had way higher expectations after all those ratings and TUI in the name.

Le petit déjeuner est très varié et de bonne qualité. L’odeur de l’humidité dans la chambre qu’il est impossible de faire partir même avec la climatisation tout le temps allumé. Le paddle club en face de l’hôtel fait du bruit jusqu’à 22:00 et si vous êtes dans la chambre coté entrée - pas terrible.

• Gwen (10/5): - A new modern hotel located in the heart of Canggu. Within walking distance to popular day clubs and even with a starbucks out front! The rooms were cozy, modern and sleek. We felt spoilt staying there. Nothing, it was perfect.

• Ming-wei (10/5): Exceptional value for money, and exceptional staff. - What can I say, phenomenal value for money, 5 star hotel, very new only 1-2 years young? Staff were exceptional and catered to our every request. 100% will book again for our next stay in Canggu, Bali. I loved the buffet breakfast which also had an al carte menu and food came so promptly. The hotel doesn’t have many rooms, so it wasn’t busy, which we loved. Rooms were huge. They have an eco-friendly type vibe, no plastic bags for rubbish bins, amongst other things, which was a big plus. Very central near Finn’s and Atlas, and lovely restaurants. Absolutely nothing.
