• Sukhyun (6/5): - 위치가 매우 좋았습니다. 오르티지아 섬 안에 있고, 주요 관광지에서도 가까워요. 여러 후기에서 주차가 가능하다고 언급하고, 예약할 때 주차에 대해 문의하였을 때는 가능하다고 하였는데, 막상 당일에 문의하니 주차가 불가능하다고 하였습니다. 가능하다고 했지, 주차를 보장(guarantee)하지는 않는다고 하더라구요. 이 점때문에 너무 기분이 상한채로 체크인 했어요. 약 10분 거리의 사설 주차장에 주차하고 갔어요. 그 곳 가격이 그리 비싸지는 않으니 나쁘지 않은 옵션입니다. 세탁기는 있지만 세제가 없습니다. 숙소는 너무 습해서 물기가 잘 안 마릅니다.

• Eimantas (10/5): This is your sign to book this place:) - Amazing location - conveniently tucked away from the main Ortigia chaos (if you can even call it that), but nothing is far from anything in Ortigia anyway :) There’s a great swimming spot nearby. If you’re traveling with a car - there’s an excellent garage a literally just a few houses away that has valet service. The apartment is spacious and is well equipped for long or short term stays. Great blend of modern touch inside a historic home. Good WiFi connection. Smooth check-in and check-out, great communication with the owner. Had a possibility to check-out later and not be in a rush on my last day, which I highly appreciate. All in all 10/10 place!
• Jennifer (8/5): - That apartment was furnished with very new and modern furniture and materials. We enjoyed being so close to the water and a short walk to areas of interest. There were several good restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were very helpful and came right away when we had an electrical outage (our fault for using too many things at once and not knowing the limitation). Very good wifi. Felt a bit like a cave without any windows at eye level.
• Serfi (7/5): Praktische Unterkunft in Ortigia - Die Unterkunft liegt gut gelegen in Ortigia und ist mit moderner Küche und sehr grossen Räumen gut ausgestattet. Kleines Caffee direkt um die Ecke. Das Check-In erfolgte reibungslos und unkompliziert. Auch wurden Nachrichten immer schnell beantwortet. In der Unterkunft liegt eine gewisse Feuchtigkeit in der Luft und es hat keine richtigen Fenster. Daher ist es auch eher dunkel, auch tagsüber ohne Licht. Um die Wetterlage zu checken ist ein Spaziergang nach draussen erforderlich. Da alles mit Schlüsselbox und Nachrichten schreiben erfolgt eher unpersönlich.

El personal también es muy amable y atento. Es muy difícil aparcar en Ortigia, tienes que aparcar en aparcamientos privados si o si. Las almohadas son mejorables.

Cordialità degli host e facilità nella comunicazione. Sicuramente da consigliare e posto in cui ritornare volentieri. Bravi! La fragranza dei prodotti da bagno, ma questo è relativo ad un mero gusto personale.
• Emmy (10/5): Beautiful space in beautiful Ortigia - Location, location, location. Located steps away from the water with restaurants and shops in every direction, Atena offered the convenience and service of a hotel with the privacy and comfort of a home. The hosts had thought of everything, from a full kitchen with washer machine, to a large dining table to closet space and to a spacious bathroom with large shower. The space itself was well decorated and designed, though an open concept space itself does provide room separation for families. No complaints
• Maria (9/5): - El apartamento era muy grande, espacioso y cómodo. Estaba muy limpio. Estaba muy bien equipado y dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar: lavadora, tendedero, plancha, tabla de planchar, microondas... El edificio está muy bien aislado térmicamente, no tuvimos que usar ni una sola vez el aire acondicionado (primera semana de agosto). Los dueños fueron muy amables.
• Ajdin (8/5): Bedre enn hotell:) Kos deg! - Rent, pent og romslig. Leiligheten ligger i et rolig sted, men veldig nære alt. Badeplassen er vel 200m unna, gode restauranter- noen m unna. Reiste med følge på 4 - kone, 2 ungdommer og et barn. Leiligheten har tre aircondition anlegg, men det brukte vi ikke. Bygningen holder varmen godt unna. Absolutt ingenting. Ok - kanskje en oppvaskmaskin, men føler at vaskemaskin var viktigere. Virkelig fint sted. Ingenting å mislike.

We booked the apartment on the day of our stay and we were contacted by hosts within 10 minutes, greeted into apartment, helped with all our questions. Very spacious beautiful apartment in an old building on the first floor, all modern amenities, walking distance to everything. We drove to the place to unload luggage, then parked the car in a garage, 10 minute from there. N/a
• Silia (8/5): Very good - Very large open concept apartment with high ceilings and interesting architecture. Lots of room to spread out. Great location. Wonderful coffee. The host is very responsive to any questions one may have. There isn’t a lot of natural light as there aren’t that many windows, but the apartment is still bright as there are many lights.

Couldn’t get coffee maker to work! Shower excellent but so strong floor got very wet and not enough towels to soak water up every day. Unfortunately car parking a problem. Some nights a bit noisy on road.

Close to the action but also on a lovely note too busy street. Great restaurants only two blocks away. Everything about the property was great. A few minor suggestions: Luggage rack or chest in front of bed to put luggage. Soap dish in the shower. Paper towels in kitchen.

A lovely cafe only a few metres from the property. Friendly and helpful hosts who helped me gain access after getting a little confused. Would definitely stay here again. The snug should be used better. Such a great space under the archway.

About 10min walk to Duomo,so many restaurants, gelati shop.The apartment is one street away from the sea, We were greeted by Andreas, lovely man ,went through the workings of the unit and came to say goodbye as well. Highly recommended Car parking is an issue, but that's all over Ortiga.Andreas help my hubby to where there was free parking.we were there for 5 days the car was safe

It has lovely architecture and has a great location. It’s about a 4 minute walk from all the shops and a 7 minute walk from piazza duomo (if you walk at a moderate pace). The property was left in a very clean manner. The air conditioning works very well, even though the stone building keeps the apartment so cool. Hairdryers and an iron are supplied which was great. The bed is amazingly comfortable too! It would’ve been excellent if we were able to be more in touch with the hosts as we wanted to ask them for their recommendations

• Sofia (10/5): Very comfortable and large B&B! - Very large and spacious. It was very well decorated and comfortable. It also had a washing machine which was a huge plus. The complimentary coffee was excellent. It was a great place and we would return. It is a ground floor so as such, there is limited light so it's better for those who like us, travel during the day, and then come back to the b&b in the evening (not great for digital nomads). Being also an old building and again ground floor, it was a bit humid but it was also cool which is good for the Sicilian summers.

Some of it might have been from the brick wall and plaster but not all of it. We had a few issues but Andrea was very helpful and we had an enjoyable stay. In addition to resolving our issues he brought us extra coffee and a bottle of wine. The unit is in a 200 year old structure with a lovely ceiling. Note Booking.com. - it would be helpful if your information to clients included the owners eMail and WhatsAp information. We had some trouble with our eSIM card and some other means of contact would have been helpful. See above

This place is for those who do not mind the ou - Spacious room (ground floor), high ceiling, kitchen has everything you need for cooking, wifi, aircon, interior is very nice. No curtains in the upper windows, you hear a lot as it is on the ground floor and next to the street, in few spots on the walls the paint was flaked off.

We hadn't realised there was no outside area and the apartment is one room, with bed, kitchen and living area all together. That could be made clearer.

Love the island! It wasn't clear how to enter the property. I had to send our passports after we got there. It took a while to get the code. Parking down the street in a lot or when you first enter the island was not stated.

• Soraya (9/5): Unique central accommodation - Such a unique apartment, with high ceilings, I think it’s a restored old building with so much character. I absolutely love staying in such places it’s makes our holidays feel so much more authentic. The apartment is very spacious which for a family of 4 is such a plus! The kitchen was fully equipped including a washing machine. The bathroom was gorgeous as well and big. The accommodation to me was located centrally, explore old town on foot, beaches close by and around the corner was a cute breakfast place also open later for wine and drinks and snacks. The same corner has an amazing fish restaurant it was the best food we had so far in Sicily, authentic and affordable. The accommodation was absolutely wonderful nothing to complain about just note to consider for other guests is that parking in such places is always complicated, as a tourist your not allowed to drive in the restricted zones.

• Ludmila (7/5): Good location - Location close to major landmarks and the sea. Big shower. Clean. If you book this property, you should know that it is on the ground floor, and one steps from the street straight into the apt and vice versa. The room is quite dark, it is 2 small windows, and has traces of humidity on the wall. It’s one space which has everything- the bed, the living room and the kitchen. When it says beach in the description it does not mean it has a sea view etc, it’s just close to a rocky beach. I also found the owner quite inflexible with requests, for example if you want your towels to be changed more often, you have to pay. Also it’s quite noisy as there are construction works nearby and every morning garbage and glass is collected quite early which is super noisy.

• Michael (10/5): Could be more welcoming. Too impersonal. Felt owners got upset for coming to check the property early. We had no intenti - Once we were inside we were okay. Parking information needs to be more clear. There is no parking. Do not say in the vicinity. Because there is NONE. Even public parking had no space. It was new and clean.
• Lindey (10/5): Perfect get away in a beautiful city. Close to the beach, amazing restaurants and shopping. The host’s father, Andrew, w - The property was extremely clean and newly renovated. There also was an air conditioner that was a welcome relief after a day at the beach which it is extremely close to ( easy walking distance) The only suggestion I would have is to post how to handle the trash as it builds. There is a particular system for separating the trash and then you have to know what day it goes out on which is confusing if you do not speak or read Italian.
