• Eva (5/5): - Bra utrymme i lägenheten,närhet till affär o restauranger vid Baletta bay,där bussarna går om man vill åka runt. Dåligt flöde på vattnet i duscharna, fukt i väggen mot ett badrum vilket vi påtalade,men det hade varit ett tag syntes på väggen . Påverkade sovrummet mot terrassen vilket gjorde att myror o tusenfotingar trivdes i det rummet.Ofräscht! Dåligt städat på flera ställen. Endast tre stolar på verandan så man får bära stolar inifrån. Sen rev man upp gatan utanför så man kunde knappt gå där vilket medförde mycket oväsen o svårt o ta sig in i fastigheten,om ägarna fått vetskap om detta så hade dom kanske kunnat hänvisat oss till en annan lägenhet just den här veckan ,ingen information till oss.

• Derrick (4/5): Its a building site. Avoid - spacious apartment. new furniture. comfortable beds.. no water pressure in the showers. The whole area is having new pavements and roads. So every street in the surrounding area is close for traffic. parking is impossible. and walking especially at night is difficult and dangerous as there are holes all over the roads etc. I contacted the property manager. and was told we have put notice of the construction work on the property information. This information no way reflects the amount of work that is taking place. we were also without water for an entire day . due to the works.
• Chrysa (9/5): Excellent choice - Excellent apartment close to the ferry station. We stayed there for the vallette marathon and it was an excellent choice. Spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. One of the three airconditions didnt work properly but it was not an issue for us. Also one of the bathrooms did not have a window.
• Loncar (9/5): sve super , velik, prostran moderno ureden i opremljen apartman, blizina centra, obale, top - odlicna lokacija blizu obale, lokala, trenutacno su u ulici bili radovi i to malo poremetilo mir, dolazak, ali nista bitno i kada radovi zavrse bit ce preljepa ulica

• Paweł (9/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanek, sklepy, restauracje, szybki Internet. W jednym pokoju były oddzielne łóżka, co w przypadku moich dzieci jest dużą zaletą. Były też osobne łazienki dla każdego pokoju W celu posprzątania w kuchni po dzieciach była dostępna tylko miotła bez kija. Trzeba się przyzwyczaić do odgłosów spłuczki WC w środku nocy

• Rita (9/5): - Butas erdvus, jaukus, švarus. Didelis pliusas trys miegamieji ir trys vonios kambariai. Tik atvykus vonios kambariuose nebuvo kojų rankšliuoščių prie dušo, bet po to radome krešį su reikalingais rankšliuoščiais už durų. Labai įdomus pristatymas :-) Nėra adapterių, rozetės angliškos todėl reikalingi adapteriai. Virtuvės zonoje buvo virdulys su europietišku kištuku, bet net viruvės zonoje nebuvo adapterio, teko naudoti savo. Nėra jokios informacijos, apie tai.
• Kerry (8/5): Spacious modern apartment in close proximity to Balluta Bay. - The location was great, just 5 minutes up from Balluta Bay, which we found was a brilliant area. The apartment was modern and spacious and we all had our own bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the linen was nice. The driver Edward that picked us up and told us all about the apartment was very good. There was an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, however the accommodation people brought out a portable one which was ok. It was a bit noisy early in the morning with the hire car shop across the road and garage place below us, they were blowing horns very early in the morning.

• Peter (8/5): Top appartement en locatie - Ligging, gemak, schoon, indeling. Er wordt gehamerd dat je stil moet zijn na 21:00 , dat is prima en respecteren we. Alleen de buren zelf houden zich hier totaal niet aan.
• Miriam (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno - La struttura è molto bella, moderna, comodissima, una cucina grande, terrazzino per stendere i vestiti bagnati, tre stanze, tre bagni, per un gruppo di ragazze come il nostro è stata ottima! Anche la posizione è comoda, si può scendere a piedi sul lungomare di Balluta e Sliema e la zona è molto tranquilla. Ci sono alcune criticità come un condizionatore che non funziona, qualche braccio doccia che non si regge, una finestra che non si chiude del tutto, una maniglia rotta, ma che con una piccola manutenzione renderebbero la casa assolutamente perfetta!! Sarebbe perfetto anche inserire delle zanzariere
• Prince (8/5): - The apartment was fine. No frills but just what we needed. It was annoying that you didn't send the address and check in details until the last minute, despite me asking about this weeks ago. I like to have everything planned in advance, especially on a work trip.

• Jacek (9/5): Great location and specious apartment - The location was great. The apartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Easy accommodation for 6 people. Clean and modern. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

• Roshan (6/5): The rent is on high compared to to the facilities offered - The apartment is located in Sliema close to the beach and most other tourist attractions . Apartment is spacious and equipped with all modern facilities. Bathroom is bit old and needs upliftment. Water supply in the bathroom is not that great. Parking near the facility is quite tricky if you have own transport or rented a car
• Stuart (9/5): the location - Bright,airy,space,and the size of the property the shower heads of the 2 bathrooms were water dropping instead off spaying
• Hardev (7/5): Good - The property was very spacious there was bathrooms for each room . when there was a problem somebody came out soon to rectify issues, which should have not been there in the first place. The property drivers where very polite on the whole the property was eventually clean, except the twin bed room , which seems to be neglected time and time again. The twin room was neglected , there was an issue with dirt on the wall by the bed near the the wall. I'm not sure if they could not understand my British accent , although I text the problem . There was flakes on the wall . THE aircon also had dirt as the level came out when it was switched on, so we never used it , lucky we did not come in a hot period. All the issues where with the twin bedroom, the rest of the bedrooms were fine. When I tried to explain the issues to the maintenance department , they sent someone out who didn't look at the twin bed room again neglected it, but sorted the other issues out. Then when I contacted the head of maintenance he said look what you've paid for we can not keep sending maintenance guys out we have 350 other properties, you can cancel if you wish . He was blunt not understanding as if it was all my fault, when it was in fact theirs as the issues were not been rectified when originally requested . I felt I was threatened with cancellation by them so I could not contact them again. In fact the property should have been up to standard with cleanliness that anyone would expect and one should not need to complain for it to be rectified.
• Alan (6/5): Overal good value, good location. Concern over reliability of electrics. - Cleanliness and location to St Julians bay, Sliemma ferry and restaurants and bars. Wifi was great when power. Kitchen was well equipped. We had a power outage for about 12 hours, just as we were turning off lights in evening etc . Difficult for bathrooms at night in dark, no air con, plus no Wifi and no means of recharging phones, and had to use own data usage. We contacted office at 8.30am on opening, and we sent info pictures as requested, but did not get update after requesting on when engineer coming . We hung around for two hours and engineer just arrived to fix at about 10.30, and advised was an overload, and no specific reason. The appartment was for six, but lounge only had seats for three. Not quite enough pillows, was three , needed four for en-suite. Showers were weak with little force. Outside was very noisy with school kids every morning meeting outside the room in street at 7-7.30 am and some early morning garage noises below,.
• Bill (8/5): Nice clean apartment. - The property was ideal having 3 separate bathrooms and modern. It was quite a lot of hills to the main centre front which we didn’t quite anticipate. The showers are poor water flow. We had asked for a shower head to be repaired on arrival, however we were still waiting for this to be repaired on departure. It could benefit with having sun loungers on the roof terrace.

• Kaz (10/5): Stunning apartment in a beautiful place! - Stunning apartment! Had everything we needed. Pics don't do it justice! Just a short walk to the main street where everything is, including bus stops to wherever you want to go. Lots of eateries,too many to mention & all great pricing. Even a spar shop 😂 N/A
• Gosak (9/5): Staying in Sliema was very pleasant. We loved Malta. - We liked three rooms and three bathrooms. The terace is bonus and very pleasant. In the kitchen was everything that we needed. The location of the apartment is good. Everything is near. You could have better towels. You did not point out on 300euro security deposit. That was quite a shock to me.
