• nicula (10/5): EXCELENT!!! - Apartamentul este foarte mare, foarte curat. Este extrem de aproape de gara sau market si restaurante (la maxim 1 minut distanta). Mall ul este la 5 minute de mers pe jos. Din Gara este tren direct catre centrul Londrei. Gazda este foarte amabila si prompta. Totul a fost la superlativ! Apartamentul are toate facilitățile si o terasa foarte frumoasa.

• Susan (8/5): Good sized apartment, close to all amenities, good value for money - The flat was spacious and very clean The communal area and entrance from the street was not very well presented.
• Liana (6/5): Okay, not great, had to eat food from outside way more than we wanted because of awful kitchen - Location, space, WiFi, brightness and light, clean. Less garbage trash noise from alley. Hard mattresses, no rugs which caused echo. Too many steps, which you should tell us, and the worst washing machine/dryer that never rinsed or dried well. Worst off all was the kitchen dishes, pots, utensils and supplies, which were dirty in the cupboards. I had planned to cook which was one of the main reasons I booked, but I could barely make salad with no bowl to put it in. Some utensils were broken and encrusted with old food.

• Rebekah (10/5): We had a great stay, very comfortable, would certainly recommend. - Communication with the host was always prompt and straightforward. They gave very helpful instructions to find the apartment and for check in. The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. A great location near the station, and no traffic or street noise in the apartment. The bed was a little on the firm side for me, but great if that’s what you prefer, and no dishwasher (but plenty of very local places to eat nearby).

• Priscilla (8/5): Great location, within walking distance of eateries, station and the shopping malls. - The location was great. The train station was quite close. There were quite a number of good eateries and a shopping mall all within walking distance from the apartment. It was less than an hour from Heathrow and for us quite ideal because we flew into the UK and we were dropping off our son at the University of Surrey. The heating on day one was non existence and it took several pleas to get the host to tell us how to sort it out.

• Heidi (10/5): A great place for a family stay with teenagers could get around so easily as right next to station great facilities and - Great location right next to the train station and good size! Was worried about it being noisy but all was good
• Tina (7/5): Good - There was an issue with the heating system and it did not work, so the bedrooms were quite cold. I even asked the host to guide us in this regard but I have not received any response.
