• UGBELASE (8/5): A very clean, cozy, pleasant stay. - The Location was perfect and accommodation was clean and all amenities we needed was provided. Nil
• Amanda (6/5): NOT Luxurious at all - Lovely location, spacious and secure garden. Comfy beds. Very tired decor. Greeted by dirty carpets, scuffed and flaking paintwork all over the house. Grill didn’t work on the cooker, toilets difficult to flush and shower heads need replacing. Outside the patio doors full bins of rubbish had been left from previous guests. Recycling was literally overflowing. Pillows also smelt of previous users - not pleasant. Noki also called me mid stay - not necessary. This property should not be described as Luxurious! Clearly mis marketing. Would have been luxurious at one time but certainly not now.

• Martin (9/5): - Spacious accommodation, well equipped and comfortable. Modern housing estate location with frosty neighbours.
• Paul (9/5): Lovely property in a nice quiet location - Great stay! Lovely property, sociable lounge area, large bedrooms and a super quiet area! Would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay in this property again if we return to Cheshire in the future. Staff were very friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to queries.
• Laura (7/5): Good overall. Information book would have been very helpful for use of house. - Instructions given for the wrong lock box Tired from travelling. Arrived in the dark and having to phone office. Cleaner arrived at 10.00 am on 1st January. Totally unaware that our departure time had been extended. Felt very uncomfortable. Carpets quite stained.

• Caroline (7/5): Perfect blend of relaxation & togetherness catching up with famiky - Beautiful spacious home, great for a family get together. Nice quiet estate, dog friendly. Lovely welcome pack and voicemail from owner to check all was ok with our stay Didn’t have enough utensils for example no tin opener or spatula.
• Christine (6/5): Overpriced and disappointing - Location Poor cleanliness. Hairs in shower cubical. Dust on surfaces. Toilets not clean. Bathrooms smelt of urine. None of the three toilets in the house flushed on the first attempt, and sometimes not at all. Kitchen door leaked rain water onto kitchen floor. Garden gate did not shut properly and bashed against the house all night due to wind. This meant guests had a very poor nights sleep. Lovely house, but very poorly maintained.

• Cecelia (8/5): Very good - Location was good for visiting Chester, clean, comfortable bedrooms. Hosts responded quickly to messages.
• Andrew (10/5): Large, comfortable house - Beautiful large house with easy access to our planned activities. Minor thing.. some of the dishes and cutlery were dirty - I think these may of been the dishwasher not working properly.
• Hafizah (8/5): Quaint little home that will give you home, away from home feel. - Location was ideal for a family friendly gathering. Neighbourhood was quaint and quiet and location was close to town and cheshire oaks designer outlet. Hous was spacious and homey, really nice for our family gathering. They also allowed us a slightly later check out as it was new year! We were not able to utilise the large garden much as weather was wet the time we were there but it looked nice. The kitchen and some of the toilet sinks were slow draining and the dishwasher was not well maintained. We were greeted with a full dishwasher that might have been left for a while, and some mould on the cutleries. Food debris was still present after washes which made it difficult for us as we were utilising the kitchen a lot over the holidays.
• Jayne (10/5): we had a fantastic weekend to celebrate my dads 80th birthday. lovely property with everything you need. - lovely spacious property. Everything you need in the kitchen. Lounge area only seats 6 comfortably but property enables 8 to stay.
• Ardlies (10/5): Weekend break with friends - Comfortable, spacious house with easy access to Chester city. Comfortable beds, pillows and linens. 2 bathrooms upstairs, one ensuite, with showers and bath, & downstairs cloakroom. Kitchen had everything we needed, including ample mugs & glasses. WiFi worked easily and well, as did TV's. We will be back to stay again! Nothing
