• Mark (8/5): Top of my list when I return! - Perfectly located 150m from the Metro & well serviced by tram & bus service this apartment is located in the heart of Old Town. A supermarket is some 225m from the entrance to make good use of the kitchenette with refrigerator. Plenty of hot water & excellent water pressure for showering. A small washing machine/dryer combo & the available iron & ironing board make replenishing your travel clothing a plus. Good Internet service, a connected TV & a comfortable bed make it feel like home. The west facing view from the 6th floor offers a Birds Eye view of Prague with many of the landmarks within sight beckoning you to investigate; which because of its location are often within easy walking distance. I’d stay here again. I’m very low maintenance so there isn’t really anything to complain about. The entrance is located in a through passageway between streets (which is locked at night and you have keyed access to both the passageway & the building entrance in addition to the apartment) so Goggle maps might mislead you to circle the block unnecessarily… but if you employ common sense you’ll quickly dismiss their error. This is not a 5 star hotel but for the cost conscious traveler looking for comfortable, clean & spacious (for 1 or 2) accommodations with unexpected pluses then this is your ticket.

• Maria (8/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε αρκετά καλή τοποθεσία, καθώς είχες κοντά σου καφε, εστιατόρια, εμπορικό κατάστημα, φαρμακειο και στάση τραμ και λεωφορείων. Ήταν μεγάλο, είχε θέρμανση και κουζίνα που μπορούσες να φτιάξεις καφε. Είχε επίσης πανέμορφη θέα και βρισκόταν σε κεντρικό σημείο. Αυτό που μας δυσκόλεψε είναι ότι λόγω λάθους, όπως μας είπε ο ιδιοκτήτης, δεν ενημερωθηκαμε πως γίνεται η πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιο, καθως πρόκειται για πολυκατοικία με διάφορα διαμερίσματα ενα εκ των οποίων ηταν και το διαμέρισμα μας. Μόλις είχα κάνει την κράτηση στο booking είχα στείλει αίτημα αν μπορούμε να μπούμε νωρίτερα, μου έστειλε πίσω ο ιδιοκτήτης πως γίνεται, αλλά όταν φτάσαμε στο σημείο δεν ήταν κανείς και δεν υπήρχε το όνομα του ξενοδοχείου στο κουδούνι, οπότε δυσκολευτηκαμε πολύ να συνεννοηθούμε. Ωστόσο στο τέλος μας ζήτησε συγγνώμη ο ιδιοκτήτης και μας επέτρεψε να κρατήσουμε το διαμέρισμα στο check out μέχρι την ώρα που μας εξυπηρετούσε.
• Yves (9/5): Très bon séjour - Appartement très bien placé, vu magnifique sur les principaux monuments (surtout la nuit lorsqu'il sont éclairés). Bon confort Pour récupérer les clefs préciser qu'il faut téléphoner....

• Sinan (7/5): - Konum harika . Binadan çıkar çıkmaz meydandasınız. Ev sahibi çok güler yüzlü evde çaykur Türk çayı bulundurmasına bayıldık. Manzara harika asansör mevcut . Aralık ayında ısıtma oldukça iyi çalıştı . Tek eleştirim yatak için olacak. İnanılmaz rahatsız acilen değiştirilmesi gerek. Yatılacak gibi değil max iki gün dayanırsınız.

• Gianluca (9/5): Great view, would stay again - Great location and nice view. The apartment is comfortable and has enough room for everything. The washing and coffee machine were a nice plus. It was noisy at night, even with the windows closed. This was due to it being close to party clubs, and people exiting those places drinking and shouting on the street.
