- Megan (2/5): Very poor - The customer service team were shocking. Someone tried to break into the property while we stayed there and all they cared about was that their property was safe. Not the welfare of the guests. No apology or checking we were ok. Property did not feel safe even before the event.
- Sharon (6/5): Disappointed with room with sofa bed - Size of property It was not suitable for party of 8 as sofa bed in living room and the lights were motion sensors so was like sleeping in a disco had to take mattress upstairs and sleep on bedroom floor 😴 no sweeping brush or black bags for rubbish. Long Black hairs would come up from plug hole when showering 🤔😒
