• Mariia (8/5): Хороші апартаменти для проживання для компанії - Дуже сподобався двір, тихе місце, гарні просторі апартаменти. Є все необхідне для проживання на певний період. Чай, кава , вода-все було приготоване для нашої зручності і це порадувало нашу компанію. Відчуття сирості на першому поверсі. немає Гардеробної при вході в апартаменти. Не працював пульт від телевізору.

• Mirko (9/5): Beautiful stay in Florence - Location is great, near a bus stop. 20 min walk from Ponte Vecchio. Apartment is very nice, with everything you need. Hidden from the street, so it is very quiet. Check-in instructions might be better. The pictures for reference cannot be opened. Both bathroom and toilet are upstairs. It would be more convenient if the toilet was downstairs. Also, the couch is quite uncomfortable, but nothing too bad.

• Aleksandra (9/5): - L’appartamento è moderno, ben attrezzato e molto pulito. Si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla, a mezz’ora a piedi dal centro città, ma ne vale davvero la pena. Perfetto per chi cerca un po’ di tranquillità senza allontanarsi troppo dalle attrazioni principali. Consigliatissimo!

• Giovanni (9/5): Our stay was comfortable and the location suited us perfectly - We found the initial communication — with contract signing and detailed house rules — a little unfamiliar and perhaps more formal than we’re used to. But in the end everything was handled smoothly and we needn’t have worried. The apartment sits within a gated complex with secure entry and is tucked toward the back, providing both privacy and quiet. We liked the two-storey layout, which made the space feel larger. There was more than enough crockery, cutlery and serving ware, and when we had a small issue with the bathroom, someone came to fix it the same day. A missing chopping board was also delivered promptly. Throughout our stay the staff were polite, responsive and helpful. Many visitors focus on areas close to the Duomo, but this apartment is located in the artisan quarter, which gave the stay a more local feel, which is perfect for our style of travel. It’s a stone’s throw from the Boboli Gardens, within easy walking distance of Piazza Michelangelo and Ponte Vecchio, and from there just a little further to the main historic sites. We never felt far from anything, including the train station, though we do enjoy walking. There are well-reviewed bakeries, pizzerias and a supermarket nearby. All up, we were very happy with our stay, even with the cold and slightly rainy weather during our visit. The only part that was a little confusing was access to the gated complex. The key for the main gate is kept in the lockbox beside the apartment (which is inside the complex), so on arrival we needed someone to let us in. Clear instructions on how to contact staff at the gate would have made this simpler. On departure, one of us had to hold the gate open while the other returned the key to the lockbox.

• Christiane (7/5): Bellow expectation - Spacious. Location was ok. Quiet. Good neighborhood. Very strong mold/ sewage pit from the bathroom. Big stairs to go to toilet crossing the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen not so equipped for cooking. 1st night we didnt have blackets and turning hit on was not allowed. No places to storage guests clothes when using living room as bedroom.

• FHE Lda (10/5): Recomendo! 5 estrelas! - Alojamento extremamente bonito e confortável! A temperatura em Florença durante a nossa estada foi de 40 graus. O ar condicionado funciona na perfeição! Cozinha bem equipada. Recomendo o alojamento! Apenas faltou uma simples máquina de café expresso (para nós que amamos café expresso) e uma toalha para a cozinha.
• Annabel (10/5): - Massive, beautiful apartment. Extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. air-con worked well and was much needed. The shower head doesn't stay up, you have to hand-hold. There weren't enough sockets in the kitchen and the kettle lead was very short. Minor things.
• sophie (8/5): - Un bel appartement très spacieux et assez proche du centre de Florence, 30 minutes à pieds. Les places de parking, très chères à l horodateur et mal informés. Nous avons eu une amende car nous étions stationnés sur une place de parking où le 1er lundi du mois cette rue était nettoyée et donc pas de stationnement à cette endroit alors que nous avions payé notre stationnement. Nous n'étions pas au courant. Donc bien se renseigner sur les places de parking. Il y a aussi des codes couleurs pour les stationnements. Nous avons eu aussi un problème de portail à notre arrivée mais une personne est intervenue rapidement après notre appel.
• Flávia Augusta (7/5): Não recomendo - Localização A casa tem um problema nos circuitos eletricos e se você liga a maquina de lavar e a chaleira de agua a energia despenca. Isso aconteceu pela manhã, não sabiamos e quando fizemos contato com a equipe - que parecem se preocupar muito pouco com o hospede, entendemos que eles já sabem deste problema, que ele ocorre sempre e eles tem até um serviço pronto para isso. Perdemos uma manhã aguardando a solução. Alem disso, as tomadas do banheiro não funcionavam e nem o chuveiro (apenas o chuveirinho). A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Por fim, o predio está em péssimas condições.
• Paul (8/5): - We had a terrible time accessing the property. We arrived at about 1.30pm and the office was closed. As we dont have international roaming on our phone I was unable to access the code for the key lock box. The office opened at 3pm however the manager spoke no English and did not offer to contact Expedia or the owner. We were outside the apartment for over 2 hrs when one of the residents assisted us in contacting Expedia. Once we accessed the keys we really enjoyed the apartment.
• Matthew (10/5): - This apartment was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We did have some trouble getting through the gate when we arrived at 11pm at night but a rep from the rental company came to help us within 15mins and got us in. Even showed us around. Very helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades as the door locks were ancient and the one window in the living room wouldn’t shut or lock. Overall, we definitely would stay here again.

• Ahmed (4/5): Disappointing - the location is good and apartment is clean. 1-they requested cleaning fees 95 euro and that not mention before ,and after 30 min of negotiation he said sorry its included in booking fees 2- they request pay 200 euro as security deposit or give them the credit card number to be fair they mention that in the important information in booking.com but i didn't read it 3- i paid city tax cash , and they deduct the amount again from the credit card then they sent the money back to me !!!!! 4-they ask me to assign contract and don't know why 5- apartment is 2 level - living room down and bed room and bathroom is up, so it was not good for me because i have children

• Karolina (9/5): very nice place - very nice place to stay if it is ok for you that the distance to the city centre is about 30 min walk. It is a very quiet place and the flat is well equipped. Good wifi and air con the bed downstairs is not comfortable and in the bedroom upstairs is very hot
