Ienākot dzīvoklī bija ļoti auksts, logs bija atvērts visu dienu, kuru nemaz nevarēja aiztaisīt ciet, rakstīju saimniekiem lai atgriež naudu, jo nebija iespējams palikt, uz loga stūriem zirnekļu tīkli, auksta istaba, virtuves zonā skapī iekšā netīrs.

• Kieran (5/5): - Good room size. Ceiling leaked around 10pm one night , kept getting told someone would sort it. Heard nothing back all night. Lights then tripped and i had no electrics. Someone comes to sort it, leaves before problem is sorted. Back and forth communication, with repeated line of ‘this is a priority’, very poor communication through out.

• Thiffany (7/5): Mas gostei, foi boa e tranquila . - Quarto super confortável. Cheguei estava frio no dia, a água quente não estava funcionando . Falei com o proprietário me deram suporte. Voltou a esquentar a água . Só deixou a desejar o tapete quando sai do boox que não tinha . E o quarto estava com muita poeira .

• Christine (1/5): Terrible experience, We hope this review will prevent anyone else going through what we did. - Absolutely nothing. Awful area , busy Rd, permit holders parking only and that was limited!! No garden basically not as advertised, booked or paid for. We have had an absolutely terrible experience with Westfield House ensuites - Whole.and would not recommend it to anyone. We always use Booking.com and have never written a totally negative review of any of the many many properties/ hotels we have stayed at over the last 10 plus years. I have already submitted a formal complaint to booking.com and we are really hoping for a full refund as we had to book into a hotel for 2 nights, incurring further costs which we could have done without because the unit/room we were eventually shown to ( after a catalogue of issues, too many to list here) was 100 percent not the property or unit we had booked and paid for....False advertising and really a trading standards issue we feel. After about 35 minutes messing around going from one property to another and phone calls and messages we eventually found the key safe box but when we opened it there were no keys in it!!! After another 10.mi minutes a lady came to let us in to a scruffy hallway. The unit was through the kitchen on the ground floor .There are 6 other units in the building. The kitchen, itself had loads of pots on the side and food waste and rubbish by the kitchen bin.The unit was tiny, very stuffy , with no "Separate entrance,Spa bath ""etc etc as advertised..There wasn't even a TV! The promised garden with outdoor seating and view/ access from our unit didn't exist, there appeared to be just a tiny back yard!and the only parking available ( very limited)was permit holders only!. We asked the gentleman we spoke to on the phone why our accommodation had been changed he agreed that it wasn't what we had booked or paid for but that his colleague must have moved us but he wasn't able to ask.hom so he had no Idea! We are in consultation with Booking.com.presently who have responded promptly and professionally to our complaint..
• Rebecca (1/5): NOT clean by any standard - Nothing. The room was awful. Not as described on the booking at all. It was advertised with private parking. Which was not the case the only plus side when we contacted the owner they were helpful and added us to a parking permit situation. We would never off booked this place if we knew however this was the case The room was dirty, floor was filthy, the towels provided were damp. There was no toilet roll provided and the bathroom had toothpastes marks in the sink and all over the mirrors. The place was not cleaned and the bedding hadn’t been put on the bed correctly. It was a struggle to know if had been cleaned at all. I will be making a formal complaint
