• ashlei (1/5): - The security guard was excellent—professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Unfortunately, my experience with the host was disappointing. I was told I needed to pay $240 for parking and was instructed to send the payment through Cash App or Zelle. However, when I spoke with the front desk staff, they informed me that each unit includes two complimentary parking spaces. They then provided me with two free parking passes. This situation felt misleading and raised concerns, especially since I have stayed at the Landmark multiple times and have never encountered this issue before. The unit itself also had several problems. The couch had noticeable stains, and the air conditioning units did not work properly, making the condo uncomfortably hot during our stay. Additionally, the shower was not very comfortable to use. While I would not recommend booking this particular unit, I want to note that I have had positive experiences with other condos at the Landmark in the past.
• Lamar (4/5): Wouldn't come back at all. Fix the air issue. - It look nice. That's about it. No air at all. The portable air thing sucks. You can't breathe in the living room. You have to open all the windows to keep air circulating.

• Utisus (5/5): - Nothing really The carpet was dirty the remotes for the tvs and fan ain’t work we only had a mini fridge the refrigerator did not work everything was warm the air conditioner was broke the other one was full of water the pool was not opened the garage was nasty the price was crazy

• Robert (10/5): Will be booking again - The view. Also the property was very clean n it felt like home Couldn’t get no heat to work . Also the building it self looks a lil creepy but once inside the apartment you get a sense of home

• Griffin (1/5): Bad - Nothing walls was dirty the area inside and outside was a safety hazard. The booking was advertised as luxury penthouse and that is completely false. The area of the property appears unsafe, it is absolutely not a penthouse, it was dirty and far from luxury.
• Mary (5/5): A very disappointing stay despite the best efforts of our host. - A good location near downtown The bathroom was very small and the toilet ran the whole time. The kitchen was poorly appointed and the fridge hardly kept the food cold. A shelf in one of the bedrooms was not attached to the wall properly and was in danger of crashing down. Despite it being a non smoking apartment it smelt of cigarette smoke. Some of the remote controls for the fans were missing or didn’t work. There was no key to the door despite our instructions that a key would be available

• Anonymous (8/5): Great location for a great price. Would stay here again! - It was in a great location and the rooms were decorated very stylish! The beds were veeeery comfortable and the A/C units do a great job at creating enough white noise to drown out the city traffic. An extra twin pull out bed, kitchen utensils, plenty of well lit areas and mirrors etc.. There is only one bathroom for the apartment and the bathroom door doesn’t lock which we found funny. You could tell the front desk attendants maybe had a long day already but they had a very nasty attitude to everyone they came into contact with but still made sure we knew protocols and where to park.
• Bassett (3/5): Poor - The decor Our fridge didn't work, our rooms were not clean, the fans wouldn't work unless lights were on 😐, had someone upstairs pointing laser lights at us when we walked to our car, and portable air conditioning, photos of this property were very misleading 😡

• Kyle (6/5): Pleasant - The location was very convenient for our trip, single free parking spot, and getting into and out of the building was pretty simple. Place was nicely decorated. The fridge and freezer didn't work, no reply from owner until final morning. The AC units were improperly secured to windows. Aside from decorations, the place had a very "landlord special" feel.
