• Maria (10/5): Solo il meglio! - Ho viaggiato tanto ma questo appartamento è il più bello, accogliente, attrezzato, caloroso, sereno, posto felice in cui io sia mai stata!!!! Siamo stati qui esattamente 2 giorni insieme a mio marito che si è anche lui enormemente rilassato...non saremmo più andati via!!!! Poi cosa dire???? Alessandro, straordinario... Tutti i b&b ed appartamenti dovrebbero avere un Host così attento e cordiale, ci ha perfettamente consigliato dove mangiare e cosa fare in zona....Grazie davvero di tutto!!!!! 🥹❣️ Dover andare via da questo piccolo angolo di paradiso.

L’ambiente è pulito, accogliente, ben curato nei dettagli, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di viaggio o visita in città. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Alessandro, l’host, che si è dimostrato fin da subito gentile, disponibile e molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci ha accolti con cordialità, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili sulla casa e sulla zona, ed è stato sempre presente in caso di necessità. Questo ha davvero fatto la differenza. La posizione è comoda, e la casa dispone di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione e spero di tornarci in futuro!
• EDITH (10/5): Great location for overnight stay close to airport. - We only stayed one night before going back to the airport. The train station was only 5-8 minute walk. There was also a very large shopping plaza with a very big grocery store and many shops a few minutes away. We had a very nice stay and the apartment was very clean, great view from balcony, and well stocked with a small breakfast you can take away to the airport. Our host was very friendly and very helpful, and also very good looking.

• Riccardo (9/5): Vicina a Fiera e Aeroporto - La casa era molto bella e pulita, aveva anche un comodo balcone fuori. Molto vicina alla fermata Parco Leonardo e al centro commerciale con IKEA dentro. La Fiera di Roma è comodamente raggiungibile dalla stazione Parco Leonardo con il treno (biglietto solo 1€ circa!) Non c'era la lavastoviglie

Прекрасный хозяин, на связи 24/7 , решал любой вопрос, очень дружелюбный , и отзывчивый . Мы оставили вещи , оставалось пару часов до вылета, Алессандро приехал из другой части Рима и привет вещи. • David (10/5): Appartamento comodo e vicino alla fermata - Il gestore è stato molto gentile e cortese, il nostro aereo è atterrato la sera tardi e lui si è reso disponibile ad accoglierci nonostante avessimo sforato l'orario del check-in, è bastato avvisarlo e ci ha risposto entro poco. L'appartamento è molto grazioso e fornito di ogni comodità. A 2 minuti a piedi si trovano un centro commerciale e la fermata del treno per l'aeroporto di Fiumicino, tutto a portata. Grazie davvero, tornerò sicuramente
• Nerti (10/5): Eccezionale - L'accoglienza, la gentilezza, la cordialità, la disponibilità di Alessandro non ha eguali. Ci ha fatto trovare due torte per il compleanno delle nostre figlie. Oltre tutto ciò, l'appartamento è bellissimo, pulito, spazioso, fornito di tutto, ha una terrazza spaziosa e bella dove puoi fare l'aperitivo o prendere il caffè. La cura dei dettagli si vede in tutto l'appartamento. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento.
• Silvia (10/5): Pausa post matrimonio a Fiumicino - La pulizia, la cura dei dettagli dell’arredo, della terrazza e dei servizi (aria condizionata, varietà di prodotti x la colazione…), la gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host Alessandro. Purtroppo l’ambientazione esterna al parco dell’appartamento è trascurata con negozi ai piani terra dismessi ed in stato di abbandono, per cui il primo impatto non è troppo positivo.

• pardo (6/5): - Pulizia, condizionatore funziona bene, buon caffè. Comodo per aeroporto se si ha un volo presto la mattina. centro commerciale con ipermercato a 5 Min a piedi. È stato spiacevole dover aspettare un quarto d'ora con un caldo atroce all' ingresso del complesso dopo aver concordato l'orario di arrivo. Non poter lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout alle 10 e' scomodo. Fastidioso la notte l'orologio che ticchetta e il forte odore dei profumatori (l' odore di pulito è più che sufficiente) ma è questione di gusti. La zona, come avevo letto in altre recensioni, è effettivamente un po' degradata. Collegamento bus Cotral per Fiumicino Paese è praticamente inesistente.

Eriti armsad olid lastele mõeldud käterätid🥰 Alessandro oli väga lahke ja armas ning kui andsme teada et jõuame varem kohale, tegi ta kõik selleks, et me lastega varem korterisse pääseksime (saimegi tund varem sisse🙏🥰) Alessandro on väga abivalmis ja sõbralik😊. Lähedal asub suur kaubanduskeskus, rongijaam. Lennujaam autoga sõites 10min kaugusel. Vajadusel on võimalik ka autot parkida. Külmikus ootasid meid saiakesed, piim, lastele hommikuhelbed... kõik mida vajasime üheks päevaks ja ööks oli olemas. Soovitame kindlasti. Grazie mille🥰 Piirkond vajab arendamist...see ei sõltu korteri omanikust.

• Gregory (10/5): A perfect place to relax and rest up for your flight or a trip into Rome. - We stayed here for only one night as we flew out the next day. The location for flying out of Fiumicino is excellent. The Parco Leonardo train stop is a short 8 minute walk away and delivers you direct to the airport Terminal 3. Recommend this option both to and from the airport vs a taxi at twice the price. Alessandro provides a lovely full service apartment with a fabulous outside sitting area. The shopping center only steps away provides everything you need from restaurants to a full supermarket. Communication superb via WhatsApp and we coordinated everything beforehand to ensure everything was taken care of and we were informed about the area. For longer stays, the aforementioned train station goes direct to Rome.
• Ahmed (8/5): Very good - The balcony was great, the host was very friendly and helpful. He waited for us for very long time as we didn't arrive to the location as planned The car parking was a little bit far from the building, and it is not allowed to park close by even for drop off only.

The bed is super comfortable and the shower is great. The host was wonderful – helpful, friendly, and always available. Definitely a 10 out of 10!
