- Gonzalez (8/5): - Everything was good the only issue is parking No parking and the bathroom makes cracking noise sounds
- Brian (10/5): -
- Chloe (8/5): - Great location, easy to walk to little Italy. The room is very small, but does the job!
- Cassandra (10/5): - This Studio was in the middle of downtown, we could walk to little Italy without having to pay downtown fees for the hotels there. The location made it easy for us to walk to San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and was close to many restaurants. The owner of this Studio also kept in contact ensuring everything was to our satifisfaction. Would highly recommended this to anyone that visits. Everything was wonderful! Nothing bad
- Diana (8/5): Very nice, and a really good location - Close to the airport, but they provide free earplugs!
- Manuela (9/5): - Good location close to little Italy and Balboa Park in walkable distance. Friendly and uncomplicated contact with owners. Clean and has everything you need for 2 nights.
- Joyce (8/5): This was a cozy, comfortable stay within walking distance of everything I came to SD to do! - This studio was located in an area where you can walk to most anything! Balboa is close, an excellent bakery is close, and most importantly several coffee shops are close by. The property is very secure and street parking wasn’t a problem. It’s no joke that you are on the flight path but that also means the airport is just minutes away. It wasn’t a problem for me. There is no place to hang a towel! A hook or a ring would be really nice.
Apesar disto, o bairro é bem tranquilo e próximo a little Italy e o Balboa Park. Tem WiFi. O proprietário e solicito e responde rápido as dúvidas. Recomendo Na kitnet que fiquei nao havia janelas o q senti falta. Mas nada q impeca o meu retorno.

- Diana (9/5): The unit we visited was sweet and cozy in a safe neighborhood. - The property was very cozy and neat. We loved the outdoor garden area despite the occasional spider. We did not realize being so close to the airport meant we would hear the loud airplanes passing over the property about every 10-15 minutes, however, we did adapt quite rapidly and it was no bother at all.

- Eva (2/5): Not a good experience - The studio is just a few steps away from Little Italy We found black hairs in the fitted sheets, and stains on the covers. Because of this I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. The property initially seems understanding, and then proceeded to make accusations (saying it was my dog’s hair even though my dog has light colored hair) and finally ghosted me.

- Julie (10/5): I had a very comfortable and reasonable stay. - I liked the amenities in the room....coffee and water machine, microwave, dishes, fridge. I also enjoyed the deck, garden and views of city and ocean. Also very comfortable mattress and air conditioning. There could have been a little more personal interaction with inn keeper.
- Fowler (7/5): The place is clean and comfortable. Downfall is that check is at 10am - Right next to San Diego so many things to do in the area Check out is at 10am which is incredibly early. If you want to stay later they charge you an additional $50.
- Diane (10/5): Wonderful - It was comfortable
- Jjsullivan (10/5): Exceptional - This was a great place in a great location for us. We loved it and hope to be able to stay again as it is close to our daughter's place.
- Bozarth (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was beautiful and exactly what we needed!
- Morgan (8/5): This property’s proximity to Little Italy, car rentals , businesses and restaurants was perfect for me. - Its proximity to Little Italy was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The security was great. Actually, while walking around the neighborhood with my pup, I felt very comfortable. Not to diminish the property, but I did notice the noisy jets landing overhead. Also, maybe I missed it on the description of the property, but it does require an ability to climb steep stairs to get to the room.
- Leclaire (10/5): Great value! - Excellent location! It had everything I needed. Clean room. N/A
- Alan (7/5): Good -
- Fowler (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angelica (9/5): Superb - Communicative host, great location and I had fun having coffee outside with unlimited view of plane flying above my head ✨😂💕
- James (7/5): Brief stay for a conference. The owner was very helpful when it turned out I’d booked one night too few and arranged a n - Nice bed, coffee and shower. Large airplanes fly over so close you can almost touch them. Luckily they don’t fly over all night.
- Michael (9/5): Clean, comfortable and ideally located San Diego gem. - Little Italy location, convenience to Balboa Park and downtown. Nice view of the seaside that and skyline. In airport flight path Needed some more coffee pods.
- Cindy (7/5): Good -
- Becky (6/5): It's a great place for people and our dog. - Beautiful room very clean loved the patio and garden. Too close to airport
- Evgenii (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dana (9/5): Superb - Planes land almost over your head, but I was aware of this, so it was no problem for me. At night, the airport is closed. Very close to the park and Little Italy, easy to walk around, nice area, and safe for a solo traveler. Clean, well-equipped with all the necessary tools and more, plus a big TV with Netflix and more. Thick towels. Nice mattress (not too soft). The specific smell (probably of cleaning liquids) but I’m sensitive to this).
- Jc (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leandro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mariia (8/5): Very good - It was clean, well equipped with everything you need. You feel cozy and comfortable here. - late check-in at 3 pm and early checkout at 10 am. You have to go to another place if you want to store your luggage.
- airplanes flying just above your head during the day, but it didn’t bother me during the night though.
- location is good but you way to little Italy doesn’t feel safe enough for going alone in the evening.
- sink is in the room but no space allocated for towel and toiletries
- sink was clogging all the time
- Amanda (8/5): Cute and comfortable - The location was great. I was able to walk to many of the places I wanted to see. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure. There was a cute little garden in the front and you can stand on the porch and see down to the harbor. There was no bottled water like I was informed there would be and I didn’t get any when I mentioned it. Coffee was not well stocked. I found a lot of hairs that were not mine.
- Ying-yi (9/5): Convenient high Cp rate - Locates at downtown, easy to go anywhere. The owner of property is responsible will quickly meet our requirements. High Cp rate staying here if you want a quick trip in San Diego. Airplane will fly through above, (it’s splendid but depending on you like or not). Too dark to find the location. Four people in trip will be better than two.
- Jennifer (10/5): easy getting in and around. nice place! - great location!
- Brian (5/5): Passable -
- Deborah (10/5): It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the patio amongst the garden. - It felt like a home away from home. It was comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoors patio. No complaints.
- Ágnes (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Great location
- Vanessa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paula (7/5): Good - Nice place. Not the hosts fault, I should have researched more. There are many stairs from the street up to the apartment. We are elderly, so that was a problem, especially with our suitcases. Also, right under landing flight path - a mile away from airport- so very noisy. Lovely views and nice outside seating with garden. Convenient to the city and Balboa park. Noisy planes landing. Lots of steps and very heavy gate at street.
- Carlos (10/5): Exceptional - Great little place. We always stay in Little Italy. We found this gem and stayed here. Great location. Easy walking to Great places.
- Qaderi (5/5): Passable - It was in a perfect spot. There we are a lot of little bugs, spiders, and plane noises. The plane noise didn't bother me as much as the bugs did.Bed was comfortable, and the room is perfect for someone who is single or a couple that needs a quick rest.Management is super nice right there when needed.
- Kelly (8/5): Very good - Lovely garden out the front to sit and have coffee in the morning. Comfortable and clean for our stay, thank you! Would stay again. The toaster didn’t work and it was quite noisey from the runway but I still slept very well on the comfortable bed!
- Caroline (7/5): Good -
- Richard (9/5): Comfortable and clean room in convenient location - Good location, clean, comfortable and nice deck. All good
- Dianna (8/5): Overall happy with the stay... - The location was great, the room was clean and air conditioned and the shower was nice. The room was smaller than anticipated. The toaster wasn't working and there wasn't any dishsoap for washing dishes.
- Olga (9/5): Superb - Best location
Compact space
Cozy bed
Complete basic toiletries Provided a used sponge for washing dishes - didn’t use this at all! Very unsanitary, maybe provide a new one each guest and make it smaller to be cost efficient?
- Ruth (7/5): Good value for money, handy location. - The location was perfect, ideal for a short stay! But very very small property. We had issues with the door on the first day and the hosts took long to get back to us and sort it. It was sorted in the end, but it did take from our short time in San Diego. The property is right under the flight runway path, so it’s incredibly loud. Important to note if you’re a light sleeper or have issues with noise! But we were fine with it.
- Jaime (10/5): Great place to stay - Location Noise
- Lauren (8/5): Very nice looking, clean room and property. I would stay again. - It was clean, the bedding was comfortable and I appreciate the microwave, refridge, tv and hangers to hang anything up. You pretty much had everything you needed. It was also close to all the important attractions. Parking was rarely an issue if at all for me. I also appreciate the security codes. I felt safe and assured people were not going to break in. The property is kind of hidden in plain sight so another added bonus. There was a strong smell to the unit that I wasn't the biggest fan of, but I got used to it. I realized later it may have just been the soil and the plants beneath the property. I wonder if that was also what attracted all the gnats. I also didn't realize this property was 5 minutes away from the airport so I heard the planes flying quite often. Thankfully the owner provided earplugs which helped me fall asleep better.
- Luca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (10/5): Perfect room near Embarcadero - The room was very clean and comfortable. We also really liked that there was a Keurig with K-cups for morning coffee. The view was definitely a stunning one, especially at night. N/A
- Joanna (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay ❤️ - It is so lovely and location is perfect you can see downtown from the room and restaurants are walking distance it’s awesome. Definitely will be coming back thanks ❤️
