• Salvador (8/5): Overall, our 4 nights stay were comfortable, relaxing and we enjoy our vacation. - spacious and clean unit. location is near to tourist attractions. there is a restaurant in the building and also near to other restaurants. It is better if they have television.

• Reinerr (8/5): It was a decent stay but service could be improved. - Location. It is right beside a residential apartment and on our first night, the residents were having a karaoke and it was so hard to sleep because of the noise. Our room was also in front of the hotel and we could hear every passing vehicle and motorcycle, even at night. Also, it took two hours and at least three follow-ups for the requested towels to arrive (when we checked in, there were no towels in the room). The ad was a bit misleading too as the photos on Booking.com suggest that toiletries would be provided but there was none.

• Erycca (6/5): Pleasant - good location, friendly staffs the room was facing the road, it was very noisy during the night; wardrobe cabinet unusable, too smelly. microwave not working properly; floor was dusty

• June (9/5): Superb - The staff were very friendly. The place is so cozy and love the view on their deck. We got lost finding the place at first.

• Anonymous (1/5): Bad - The unit is not literally look like with the pictures. We’re not really satisfied with this place because too noisy everyday. The worst is, their sofa is too old and have a foul smell. The TV don’t have remote and their microwave is not even working. They don’t even have a complimentary toiletries which is really different with the pictures posted here. Don’t have a housekeeping and their front desk staff are not friendly nor accommodating. Worst unit, not worth of money and not recommended place to stay!

• Verna (7/5): overall, we enjoyed our stay. clinton was very accomodating. i would recommend this place - the vicinity is neat and cozy it was near the front road so it was a bit nosy. you can hear the cars passing by and the people talking outside. i have a 3 month old baby so i wasn't that convenient for my baby.

Food at the restaurant was also very good. the room smelled musty and mouldy, shower/bathroom was dirty with visible mould. cupboards were musty with very bad odour - unusable to hang clothes in. tried airing the room out during the day, but smell would linger. beds were hard as rock - may as well sleep on the floor.
• Salvador (10/5): Very pleasing and relaxing, great experience - I like the upper view deck especially, my kids and wife as well enjoyed staying as if you're on Mines View Park view, The building location is accessible to tourist spots such as Botanical, Mines view, The Mansion and Camp John Hay. Cold access inside building since it was designed superbly that lets air enters the building. Clear and well aired parking area. Also, the lady assist is great. Btw the food inside Outlook Ridge is great (Lime and Basil) None at all
