• Suneel (4/5): Not worth staying, inconsiderate owner, plenty other good options in town for similar price. - Elderly gentleman at the property did his best to help but most of the issues were not for him to resolve! I have been travelling around South America for three months. Probably stayed in >50 properties, so have a thick skin when writing critical reviews but this one has tested my patience so here it is to warm others. I contacted the owner about a different property as we have a high vehicle and parking can be an issue. She advised that it wasn't available and I can consider this place. I specifically asked her about the height of parking and also some bad reviews in the past. She reassured me that all those issues have been resolved! 1. Our vehicle didn't fit in the parking and our solar panels were scratched. Instead of apologising for her mistake, she seemed more concerned about the payment on arrival! We eventually parked in the adjoining garage which was full of dog shit everywhere. 2. There is a reason this place has <8 score. Mosquitoes inside, poorly lit old building, signs of poor upkeep everywhere. Metal nails on bathroom backdoor instead of hooks, more like a shack in a slum. This was mentioned in a previous review. 3. You might be enticed by 'Breakfast included'. What it doesn't tell you is that it means a small coffee in a disposable cup + croissant from bakery outside, which opens at 9am! 4. Not only was I charged 10% extra for card payment, (Yes, she had sent me a message in Booking but I didn't read it as I was only relying on our WhatsApp/Booking email). Owner also used 7% extra on the top of official exchange rate from Guarani to USD. I didn't challenge her at the time because I felt it wasn't worth arguing with someone who clearly has such poor respect for others and only concerned about making money.

• Gauna (2/5): - El lugar muy limpio y muy buena ubicación. No me gustó que me cambiaran de hábitos sin previo aviso. Tampoco fue agradable que hubiera albañiles trabajando arriba desde las 7 de la mañana; el ruido de las máquinas era muy molesto, no me dejaban dormir. Además, la dueña me respondió solamente cuando ella me escribió, pero cuando yo le mandé un mensaje para hacer una consulta, me dejó en visto y no respondió.

• Velazquez (3/5): No volvería a ir. - Las camas eran cómodas Las habitaciones no estaban del todo limpias al llegar, debajo de las camas tenían años de polvo acumulado, tenían manchas en la sábanas, desayuno artesanal era solo un sándwich con jamón y queso con un capuchino en polvo, la cerradura de la puerta constantemente se desmontaba y hacía un ruidazo quisieron cobrarme al terminar la estadía una “limpieza extra “ porq una las alfombras del baño, estaban sucias siendo que estaban sucias porq el blindex del baño no había y se mojaba todo el baño cada vez que uno usaba, me pareció ridículo que en ningún momento te avisan en la publicación ni al hacer el check-in sobre algúna limpieza extra, siendo que debería ser obligatorio limpiar correctamente para recibir los siguientes huéspedes…

• Alberto (8/5): - Me alojé junto a mi mujer y dos hijos pequeños en el altillo. Amplio apartamento de dos camas dobles, mas una cama individual, con un colchon extraible debajo, mas un sofa cama y baños independiente. Ademas hay un salon comedor de uso comun con cocina, y una terraza de interior. Ambiente agradable, personal super atento, instalaciones correctas, comodas y limpias. Los niños se lo pasaban muy bien en la terraza. Buena ubicacion para conocer asuncion. Hay plaza de parking Muy recomendable La limpieza se puede mejorar, limpiar el espejo del baño; el polvo de las superficies de los muebles, vaciar la papelera a diario. Algun gancho mas en el baño para la ropa mientras t duchas.
