- masakei (10/5): 知人にも紹介したい宿です。 - 疑問点等質問事項に対する回答が迅速丁寧適切でスムーズに過ごすことができました。デジタルの入館方法も当初は不安でしたが慣れれば非常にスムーズでした。ロケーションもデン・ハーグHS駅及びトラム乗り場も至近、スーパーも駅前にありました。高層階からの展望も堪能しました。また、デルフト、ライデン、ロッテルダム、アムステルダム中央駅も乗り換えなしで行くことができ交通の便は申し分ありませんでした。お湯関係も問題なし。オランダに行く予定がある方にはお勧めのアパートです。 電子レンジの使い方が最後までわかりませんでした。また清掃関係も長期滞在の際には少し考慮してもらうと良いと思います。

Towels were awful. Thin and falling apart. Spots on couch. Cigarette butts on floor all around the elevator and even shady looking guys hanging out by the elevator on top floor. Probably waiting for me to go down elevator so they could smoke again. Dirty dirty dirty

- Dilayda (9/5): Ik kom zeker terug - Ruime kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Het bed ligt ok Privacy, heerlijk dat je alles via je telefoon kan bedienen en met niemand te maken hebt. De afstandsbediening was echt smerig en de badkamer had een lichte rioolgeur. Teveel tafels aanwezig in de ruimte. Een grote eettafel, een bureau, salontafel en nog een ronde tafel met stoelen bij het raam

De locatie is heel reactief wanneer je vragen stelt via de chat. Algemeen goede en correcte communicatie. De omgeving van het appartement is echt smerig te noemen. Dat geeft niet zo een lekker gevoel bij aankomst. Eens binnen is alles netjes schoon.

The kitchen was also very well appointed, with a nice selection of dishes, glasses, etc. Perfect for a long stay. The toilet location was weird. Completely separate from the shower, and in a room right next to the entrance. Is this normal in Den Haag?

Unfortunately, we had to buy our own soap. The view was beautiful but very bright because of sun exposure. We did not like the restrictive access. When we made the reservation they said they would store the luggage & upon our arrival they said they would not. There was no physical person to reach, all communication was by phone , or text message so we found this to be impersonal. The entry instructions were by cell phone, & not clear & communication was difficult.

- Gabrriella (10/5): La mejor vista desde un dpto acogedor. - La vista del dpto es excepcional. Es amplio, cómodo y fácil de climatizar, tiene pava eléctrica y lavarropas. Está literalmente a 1 cuadra de la estación de tren La Haya HS y de la parada de muchos tranvías. También hay supermercados a media cuadra. La cama es cómoda, el sillón también. Hay una mesa graaaande, genial para comer. Otro punto a favor es que el día anterior ya te envían todo lo necesario para ingresar. Realmente es un lugar precioso. Estaría bueno que agregaran un microondas, hay un horno eléctrico que quizás funcione como microondas pero me resultó confuso. En la ducha, el recipiente para jabón está en un lugar incómodo y uno termina tirando la tapa sin querer.

- Hasan (1/5): Verschrikkelijk: sigarettenlucht, kringloop meubels, geen warm water - Het personeel liegt over de gebreken. Zie foto's. Wij hebben alles netjes gemeld ze ontkennen nu. Ze boden alleen een korting aan voor onze volgende boeking. Verschrikkelijk verblijf. Het appartement was slecht onderhouden en niet “penthouse”-waardig. Het bankstel was kapot en ingezakt (zie foto). De vloer plakte, er zaten vlekken op de muren en de badkamer rook naar sigaretten. De algehele hygiëne liet sterk te wensen over. De volgende ochtend was er geen warm water, waardoor wij niet konden douchen voordat we moesten vertrekken. Dit is voor ons onacceptabel.

Das Auto kann man in der Garage vom Nebentower parken. 24h Ticket kann man vorher schon buchen. Die Vermieter haben sofort reagiert auf Fragen und Wünsche.

- Metin (8/5): Slechte lift - Prachtig uitzicht 1 lift was kapot. Meerdere keren gebeld door mij en door meerdere personen uit het gebouw. Storing heeft minimaal 7 uur geduurd. En toen we weggingen was het nog niet opgelost. 1 lift atond vast op de BG, de abdere konden we alleen gebruiken als er iemand van boven naar beneden kwam. Trappenhuis was niet toegangkelijk vanaf de app.

De intercom was niet te verstaan door het langsrazende verkeer. We zouden door vier verschillende mensen worden teruggebeld maar dat gebeurde steeds niet. Het was stressvol en frustrerend. Er was weinig empathie voor de situatie en ook geen tegemoetkoming. Onze planning kon hierdoor niet doorgaan. Ik zou nog eens hier boeken vanwege deze slechte service.
