• Berit Killingbergtrø (9/5): Sentralt, romslig og fredelig leilighet med alt man trenger. - Flott beliggenhet, sentralt og rolig strøk. Komfortable senger og koselig leilighet.
• Tina (8/5): Samlet sett fornøyd med oppholdet. - Ligger i et roligt hjørne. Nær Grønland stasjon. Helt ok fasciliteter. Alt hva man trenger for en lang helg. God valuta for pengene . Værten var hyggelig med tidlig check in og sen check out . Familien hadde et bra ophold . Parkering kan være utfordrende i travle tider, litt sene svar fra værten. Veldig mye styr med varmen på badet som ble for varm; mye støv samlet seg i hjørnerne. Nærmere Grønland enn Grünerløkka.

• Ina Skjold (5/5): Forbedringspotensiale når det gjelder grundig rengjøring. - Beliggenheten Stedet stod ikke helt til forventningene ut fra bildene. Badet virket skittent og slitt, spesielt var dusjen på badet ikke tilstrekkelig rengjort. Det lå også mange sneiper på balkongen, både i et fullt askebeger og utover gulvet. Det luktet også innestengt i leiligheten og det fremstod ikke skinnende rent slik man ønsker når man kommer til et sted man skal overnatte.

• Anne (8/5): A very comfortable stay in a great location - The property was very comfortable and in a great location. It was easy to reach from the main station and was surrounded by plenty of eateries. I was travelling with a friend and it was nice to have 2 double rooms. Having a balcony was a bonus. We’d happily stay here again. The only comment I’d make is that it would be good to have some general information left available. For example, one night we were woken up by the smoke alarm and we didn’t know what to do. We also weren’t sure what to do with the recycling.

• Katharina (8/5): Für kurze Wege ins Zentrum von Oslo und gelegentliche Selbstversorgung war die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet. - Die Wohnung war geräumig und zentrumsnah. Der Besitzer war bei Rückfragen immer schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Es war nachts sehr warm.

• Waleed (1/5): Bad - Nothing Dear Apartment Owner, In reference to your response to our review, I would like to provide the following clarification: According to the information listed on Booking.com, the apartment is shown to include air conditioning under the “Miscellaneous” section (please see the attached screenshot). This detail influenced our decision to book the property. Additionally, the listing stated that parking is available, but in reality, we spent over an hour searching for parking nearby without success. As for the cleanliness and the clogged shower, please note that it is our usual practice to inspect all facilities upon arrival, before using them. The issues we reported were based on direct observations during this inspection, and they are accurate. These concerns led us to immediately leave the property, and we informed you right away. At that time, your response was that you would contact Booking.com for a refund. However, we believe a more appropriate resolution would have been to deduct the cost of at least one night—or half a night—and refund the remaining amount. • Ujjwal (8/5): Great location, nice apartment. Value for money. - The location of the flat is great. You can easily walk to the city centre. The rooms were spacious and clean. The washer and dryer facility was good. Initially there was some heating issue since the rooms have electric heaters. But the owner swiftly arranged for a new heater.

• Delphine (10/5): Perfect location, comfortable & nicely furnished, 6min by foot away from lovely Grünerlokka area - The appartment actually has everything you could possibly need, and is really well located (especially for me - being fond of the Grünerlokka area). The beds are very comfy, it was easy to find a parking spot close by. The host was very reactive when I had a question and access with the keybox couldn't be easier. Honestly, it's amazing value for your money, nothing negative to report here!

• Miroslav (9/5): Nice accommodation near the center - The accommodation met our expectations. We only spent one night here, but everything worked as it should. The apartment was clean. The neighborhood is quiet, you can easily park in front of the house. The center can be easily reached on foot.
• Joanne (6/5): Pleasant - The restaurant at the end of the street was great. The property managers were responsive. The apartment was smaller than advertised. The sheets and pillows were very poor quality and towels were extremely small.
• Aa (8/5): Oslo Quite Bright Residence - The apartment is located in a quite residential area, is supposedly new and modern with light and bright furnishings and it also had a cute cosy balcony, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. The location is 15 min walk to oslo central trainstation, so not so far from downtown and it had a rema 1000 supermarket right across within 2 minute walk which was convenient, as well as a cute neighbourhood cafe right across from the building. Checkin was done as self-checkin using clear given instructions by the landlord a head of arrival. Both rooms had fans for the summer and heaters for the winter which was always a handy option. TV is smart and landed with all the apps you might need during your stay. When we first entered the apartment there was a strong smell of cooking probably from the previous tenant/guests that left us a bit disappointed ... my advise is for the landlord to make sure that the apartment is well aired before a new guest is checked in and also to use some neutral air freshner to make apartment smell fresh and welcoming. Also, there was a slight leakage in the bathroom toilet, and the couch is starting to show signs of usage as well as the very soft and unsupportive bed mattress. Walls and doors need a better clean up and the carpet needs a thorough stain removal. For the value of the apartment an interior refurbishment is definitely due.
• Peter (8/5): Nice apartment, 10-12 minutes drive from city Center - Flott Leilighet i hjerte av Oslo Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment Location ok, but near Turkish & Syrian restaurants, supermarkets close by with reasonable basic selections If you are driving as we did, Parking a tad challenging, watch out for handicap parking signs, which are neither clear (dirty) and the floor signs invisible! Apartment: Access from street level, 5 steps, easy to open main door, elevator up, easy access to apartment! Rooms are decent size, beds are super comfy, cushions & pillows aplenty Bathroom decent, contains washer & dryer, all worked well, sink/mirror light missing but small matter. Shower good size, water super hot! Pay attention Kitchen, probably the most organised pantry I have come across all basics were there, super happy with that! (Only issue, Olive Oil Bottle empty, left over from previous tenants?) BUT didn’t get the hood to work, plenty of plates, cutlery & glassware! Kitchen ware more than enough! Good place to cook Funny though, great kitchen all there, but no proper dining table! Suggestion: replace one bed in the guest room, with Sofa (the convertible type) and place a table with four chairs, should work Most cleaning materials complete, missing a mop and some kitchen towels, else all good (softener bottle there, but empty) Store room a tad messy, needs some organisation! Cannot access vacuum cleaner, all the way to the back) Balcony good size, 2 chairs 1 bench, table ok, the floor carpet/matt needs to change, pretty old and dirty! Floor, windows also quite dirty, needs thorough cleaning Living room, comfy couch, TV ok, small coffee table, good for lounging but not for meals, except may be snacks/sandwiches! TV too fancy for us! No normal channels! But ok, not that important! Else, The Host is quite responsive & supportive, however contact only via the booking messaging board, would have preferred mobile or email contact, but thats me! When driving, watch out for parking slots, handy cap parking extremely poorly marked! (I got a ticket the 1st day) The area is decent, but school next door, balcony view to back of house! Not the cleanest of areas!

• Andriy (10/5): Cozy place to recharge your batteries between sightseeing. - The apartment was cosy and comfortable for the international travellers. Clear check-in instructions reduced stress dealing with unknown city in unknown country, being there for the first time. Good location in the area surrounded by parks and walking distance from the picturesque river with waterfalls stimulated exploring of this district. The apartment had all necessary belongings and equipment. The set of dishes was very convenient and the board games brightened up the evenings. No instructions how to get to the inner yard.
