• Joni (10/5): Good sized sunny apartment overlooking the Pool Bar. - Apartment was sunny overlooking the Pool Bar. Roof top and balcony so plenty room for 4 people. Good location and the weekly market is literally out the side door and round the corner. The beds we found comfortable enough I know others said hard but everyone has there own preferences. Property owners promptly available if required. The electrics kept tripping but once contacted the property they advised what to do. The toaster, oven and washing machine could randomly do it. I agree with another comment it could do with a quick freshen up of paint, the downfall of being white. The outdoor cushions too a freshen up. Did not effect us one bit. The other thing for the price I would have expected more than 3 dishwasher tablets and 2 bin bags. No cleaning products either. Unless someone has left anything behind you will need to buy. We did leave plenty dishwasher tablets, cooking oil, napkins, washing liquid, some bathroom essentials so hopefully help the next person not having to buy.
• Emma (10/5): Very comfortable stay with family. - Booked Flamenca Village last minute. Apartment and grounds are immaculate. Location is good and walking distance to beach and bars and restaurants. Staying with 3 year old and 12 week old and no issues very comfortable stay.

• Karen (8/5): - The apartment was a decent size with loads of outdoor space to enjoy. The complex looked great and was really well looked after. We found some lovely bars and restaurants just a short 10-minute stroll away. Upon arrival, the instructions provided were unclear—it wasn’t mentioned that access to the complex or garage in a car required first walking to the apartment to collect all the keys and fobs. This would have been helpful to know in advance. While the listing included detailed photos of the underground garage and allocated space, it failed to explain that you must turn immediately left and use a specific entrance, as there are multiple access points to the car park. The bed and pillows in the main bedroom were extremely firm and uncomfortable. We ended up using the duvet as a mattress topper, which offered some relief. The BBQ on the solarium was in poor condition—dirty enough that we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Only four bath towels were provided, and they were quite small and insufficient. No washing tabs were supplied for the washing machine, so we had to purchase a box ourselves just to keep the towels clean. It would have been thoughtful to include beach towels as well. Additionally, don’t expect any toiletries—none were provided. I’ve stayed in other apartments where the basics were much better catered for. Lastly, the photos on the website appear to have been taken when the property was new. In reality, there are now visible signs of wear and tear.
• Line (9/5): - Fantastisk beliggenhet, 10 minutter å gå til det meste. Flott leilighet. Litt styrete med å få hentet/levert nøkkel i en annen by. Fikk lite/ ingen info om bruk av fasiliteter som hørte med. Info kom delvis på WhatsApp og på Booking sidene.
• Jose Miguel (10/5): - Las instalaciones del complejo y lo cómodo que es el apartamento Todo bien pero podía haber más equipamiento, tijeras , cucharón, etc , pero todo muy bien
• Roberto (1/5): Muy mala experiencia - La urbanización es fantástica, la piscina y el bar Una muy mala experiencia. Primero tuvimos que ir a 15 kilómetros de ida y otros 15 kilómetros de vuelta en coche a por las llaves, En esta urbanización se necesitan unas pulseras con la marca del complejo para acceder a la piscina, y demás instalaciones. Las pulseras no estaban y el anfitrión no las proporcionó. Además se necesitan pulseras magnéticas para el acceso, a la urbanización deberíamos tener una cada huésped y no había ni una, y el anfitrión no las proporcionó solo una llave magnética para 4 personas, por lo que o salimos y entramos todos juntos o nada. No había ropa de cama, nos quejamos y solo una vez que el anfitrión lo comprobó ya que no nos creía cuando se lo solicitamos trajeron ropa de cama trapos de cocina y toallas suficientes para 4 personas, eso si, cinco días después de la llegada!!! Tampoco hay almohadas individuales solo una notoriamente pequeña para las 4 camas y 4 cojines ridículos y naturalmente la única almohada sin funda. En el apartamento no había ni usuario ni clave de wifi que tuvimos que solicitar. El sofá es de 2/3 plazas y esta hundido, roto, es muy incómodo, os recuerdo que somos 4 adultos. Tremendo. El apartamento estaba sucio, el baño, la terraza y las habitaciones sucias. Además de esto y a modo informativo los vecinos de terraza son extremadamente ruidosos, una familia multitudinaria que viven allí.. La pueta del apartamento da a la carretera principal y esta encima de los contenedores de basura, por lo que el basurero, motos, coches y la gente que pasa se oye todo. hemos ido varias veces a este complejo. Siempre con anfitriones excelentes, pero en este caso ha sido tal la dejadez y la falta de profesionalidad y cuidado que es probable que no volvamos.

• Grace (10/5): You won't want to leave the apartment, it's so beautiful 😍 - The interior design was so beautiful, even nicer than the pictures! It had such a calming relaxing ambience, and so stylish too. It was designed with comfort in mind for sure, the beds, the chairs, the sofa, the outdoor furniture, the cushions etc. everything was just SO Comfortable!! So easy on the eye too. I also loved that the kitchen had everything, even if you wanted to bake a cake or make a Sunday roast. I really loved the kitchen! I loved the balcony was so spacious too. You can catch some morning sun on it for a few hours! It's bliss! The hosts were so pleasant and friendly and informative. I had to text a few times with questions about the area and they replied very quickly and politely. Always a pleasure to deal with. It's so close to the supermarket, and the healthy dose cafe, and bakery. 8 min walk to playa Flamenca beach (no sun loungers there but it is a lovely beach) About the same distance to the centre with all the restaurants. About 15 mins walk to the shopping centre which is huge, it has everything! Literally couldn't fault the apartment at all. Maybe a full length mirror would be nice actually! That's all. The apartment complex is fabulous. We didn't realise that we needed to ask the pool boy to open the parasols for us. And then they close them again if you go for lunch , which makes no sense because you have to chase them around to ask them to open it again! A little booklet with info like that would be helpful for future guests e.g. with info about the area, taxis, buses, the beaches, the bars and restaurants, the shopping centre etc.

Building area is peaceful, beach is nearby (even the one for dogs). Mercadona is right next to the buildings complex, so you can go in slippers for some snacks if you wish. I got nothing on my mind what I would change.

Everything thought of to make your stay amazing. The check in was so easy. Instructions very clear compared to other times. We liked it all.
• Warden (9/5): Enjoyed our stay but things could been better communicated and wee folder of things you need to know - Property was excellent, Only one set keys very hard when someone wanted to go back to flat, No instructions re bands or where they were located in flat for wearing at pool. Alarm with Spanish voice kept going off in early hours 02.00hrs 05.00hrs ect no idea why but kept getting woke up by it WiFi and tv not working rebooted and guy asked company to sort it but to no avail
