- Olga (10/5): - Останавливались в Momento Hotel и остались очень довольны! Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением — рядом все главные достопримечательности, до многих мест можно дойти пешком. При этом в районе тихо и комфортно для отдыха. Очень удобно, что рядом находятся трамвайная линия, метро и магазин Migros. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — все очень вежливые, доброжелательные и всегда готовы помочь. Особенно запомнился Burak на ресепшен — очень улыбчивый, внимательный и приятный человек, благодаря которому чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Номера современные, уютные и очень чистые, хорошая сантехника, всё работает отлично. Лифт исправный и быстрый. Завтраки просто замечательные — большой выбор и всё очень вкусно. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова и обязательно будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям! Все хорошо

Dobre i obfite śniadania. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Pokoje można by odświeżyć. Niektóre ciepłe potrawy chyba odgrzewane.

Сам номер тоже был хорош, все работало и было чисто. Персонал профессиональный и очень доброжелательный. Если бы пришлось еще раз путешествовать в Стамбул, однозначно поиск жилья начала бы с этого отеля. Нам не хватило русскоязычного человека в персонале) Из-за сложности в общении возможно не смогли использовать все доступные услуги). Если говорите на английском, то у вас проблем не будет вообще.

Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα, Καθαρά δωμάτια ωραίο πρωινό πρόθυμοι όλοι στο προσωπικό να σε βοηθήσουν. Εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα Ειδικά αν κάποιος πάει πρώτη φορά στην Κωσταντινούπολη

- Chima (9/5): - Personalul de nota 10 începând de la recepție, ospătărița de la micul dejun mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze, fetele de la curățenie jos pălăria. Micul dejun fresh destul de variat și foarte ok doar ca era același în fiecare zi dar destul de satisfăcător. Într un cuvânt totul a fost foarte ok și da aș reveni cu drag. A fost o mica greșeală la chek-in la cameră pentru ca rezervasem camera de lux și mi s-a dat altceva adică de buget dar sa remediat imediat problema și mi sa dat camera care o rezervasem. Ce nu mi a plăcut sunt următoarele: TV tot în limba turcă inclusiv meniul, aerul condiționat ar trebuii să îl remedieze puțin ca nu încălzește cum trebuie cel puțin acum când a fost frig și ploaie, iar geamurile ar trebuii reglate puțin pentru ca nu se închid bine intra aerul rece de afară. Este ca un sfat nu ca o reclamație. Dar per total a fost bine.

- Paraskevi (10/5): - Πάντοτε όταν ταξιδεύουμε για επαγγελματικό σκοπό μένουμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο είναι άψογο πεντακάθαρο το προσωπικό πάντοτε φιλικό και πρόθυμος να σε βοηθήσει σε όλα το συστήνουμε σίγουρα είναι κοντά επίσης σε μετρό είναι πολύ κεντρικό και μπορείς από εκεί να πας όπου θέλεις

Расположение отличное. - Чистота Мы не пользовались мини баром, однако, придя в номер после прогулки, обнаружили открытую бутылку воды. При выезде на ресепшене уточнили про воду, но поняв, что не мы ее открыли, не стали ничего удерживать. Немного неприятный осадок от того, что могли и вычесть сумму...

- Geert (9/5): Heel fijn voor kortverblijf en bezoek aan Istabul en shopping. - Ruime kamer, mooi ingericht, alles netjes. Kleine maar nette badkamer. Ontbijtbuffet voor alle nationaliteiten en gewoontes. Ligging nabij de grote shopping straat met tramlijn. Op 20 minuten wandelen naar historische sites. Nabij de grote bazaar. Tot laat in de avond verkeer van bromfietsen die af en aan rijden in de straat aan het hotel. Oordoppen noodzakelijk als je hiervan last hebt.

- Marina (10/5): - В отеле доброжелюбный персонал. В номере всегда делали уборку, меняли полотенца. В номере есть чайник с чаем, минибар с водой, пивом, шоколадом, орешками. Завтраки в отеле всегда были разнообразные и вкусные. До центра пешком идти минут 10. Несмотря на то, что проживали в центре, в номере было тихо.

- Henryk (8/5): Serdeczny personel, dobra lokalizacja ,smaczne jedzenie, polecam. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko od miejsc takich jak: Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia i Top Kapi. Śniadania smaczne i zróżnicowane. Bardzo serdeczna obsługa w hotelu. Nasz pokój był przestronny i czysty. Z uwagi na położenie hotelu względem ulicy (pierwsze piętro to tak naprawdę wysoki parter), sugeruję aby rezerwować pokoje drugim piętrze oraz wyższych.

- Denisa (10/5): Minunat - Personalul foarte amabil, curățenie se făcea în camere în fiecare zi, mâncarea foarte bună, locația excelentă fix în centru Nu au parcare, este una la câțiva metri, unde te conduc cei de la recepție, dar costă 15€ pe zi

- Katalin (9/5): - Tökéletes szállás néhány napos tartózkodásra. Nem túl nagy szálloda, úgyhogy nincsenek sokan. Naponta takarítanak. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes. A reggeli bőséges és finom. Közel van a Bazárhoz és a villamos megállóhoz. A környék néha elég szemetes.

- Benjamin (9/5): Ugodan boravak u Istanbulu - Raznovrsan doručak, uljudno osoblje, lijepa i prostrana soba, lokacija odlična (par minuta uzbrdo do tramvaja, malo više do Grand Bazaara). Hotel je čist i uredan i nije bilo problema s bukom. Krevet je za naše preferencije bio pretvrd, okolina hotela nije najljepša zbog mnogih trgovina, no osim toga je teško pronaći negativne strane.

Breakfast is varied and delicious. Excellent location, just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia. Highly recommend! we faced a few issues: there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom (likely from the drains), the air conditioning was off and the room was very hot, and the minibar fridge was not working. These were disappointing at first, but overall the experience was good, next day everything was solved, and I would still recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and great location.
