• Diana (10/5): Perfect place for a perfect peaceful stay! - Clean, very quiet, comfortable and close to the centre of Siena. We had everything we needed. The host, Barbara, was only too happy to help with everything we needed. It was perfect!
• Christopher (9/5): Very convenient location - We stayed 5 nights for a conference at the university (20 minutes' walk) and cultural holiday. Great location - you really are next to the city wall! Short (but uphill!) walk from car park. 5-10 minutes via escalator to cafes, Duomo, Piazza Campo, and other sites. In the evenings, we loved the easy walk home (downhill!) from the many excellent restaurants in Siena. Apartment is spacious for two people. The main bedroom gets stuffy quickly. The A/C solves this problem easily, but not everyone will want to sleep with it running. One of us tried relocating to the upstairs bed. We unplugged the air freshener - it triggers asthma! Be aware: the nearby car park is expensive - but that's Siena for you. Just remember to factor into your plans this extra cost. However, the convenience of the apartment's location outweights these problems. If visiting Siena again, we would definitely consider staying here.

• Kylie (8/5): Modern apartment in a great location. - This was a great apartment. It was in a good location just near the Fontebrande. It didn't take long at all to walk to places in the town. It's also a short walk to Piazza San Domenica where a lot of tours leave from. The apartment has a full kitchen if that's what suits you for longer stays- and a washing machine. The shower drain needs cleaning. The water didn't drain very well and showers needed ri be kept very short for fear of overflowing rhe base. I informed the owner.

• Alex (8/5): A cozy oasis in the middle of the city - The property is very central and the host was very responsive to our messages when we needed to communicate. There were teabags and coffee pods for the coffee maker, and the shower was a nice rain shower. It felt like the faciities had been recently updated. There was a fair bit of noise that carried from the neighbour and the upstairs plugs were the 3-prong (Type L), while the plugs downstairs were the 3-prong that also supported the 2-prong (Type C).

• Marzenna (10/5): Dobry nocleg w Sienie - Świetna lokalizacja, mieszkanie czyste, wygodne i ładnie urządzone. Położone przy murach Starego Miasta więc wszędzie blisko, a zarazem jest bardzo ciche. Posiada maleńkie, urocze patio, gdzie można odetchnąć świeżym powietrzem. Mało światła dziennego, tylko jedna sypialnia jest w pełni widna. Mimo, że w apartamencie spędza się głównie noce, to jednak ograniczony dostęp do światła dziennego może przeszkadzać. Nie polecam odobom z klaustrofobią.

• Nathan (9/5): Nice, clean apartment in a great location. A close walk to the city centre or the escalators to help out. Bars and resta - Location. Very spacious with ample room to move or sit down. Washing machine and drying rack very handy. Bedroom curtains / blockout seemed to be non-existent.

Você pode tomar uma cafezinho de máquina, tem tudo para cozinhar ou apreciar um vinho 🍷 e tudo é novo e moderno! O estacionamento fica muito próximo e a escada rolante para visitar o centro de Siena é muito perto também! Localização perfeita! Mas além de tudo isso preciso elogiar a Bárbara, que além de muito querida, prestativa e educada, responde muito rápido e passa muitas dicas necessárias! Super flexível, nos concedeu um early check in e fez tudo o que pôde para nos receber bem!

• Lorraine (10/5): Amazing apartment - a jewel in Siena!!. - Amazing location, only 100 yards to escalator which took you directly to the centre of the city close to the Duomo. Accommodation - This apartment would suit a family or two couples with facilities to cook a variety of meals. It was immaculately presented and well equipped. Host - Barbara was amazing with her communication from, picking up keys on our arrival, organising taxis for us to get to our wine tour and then also to the train station on our departure day. Anyone with mobility issues need to be aware that this apartment is on the first floor and can only be accessed up a flight of stairs. As two older women we found it hard work carrying our suitcases up and back down the stairs. However, we would still stay here again as we loved it!

• Wendy (10/5): Perfect - This is the best part of my 15 day trip in Italy. This place is spectacularly designed with a roof top window in the upstairs bedroom to watch clouds and stars. There’s another bedroom downstairs with decorations perfectly matched, there’s a balcony and really cute living room. This place is super clean like really clean. The owner is really nice and always helpful and even called us a cab. The location is perfect. A 5 minute walk from the piazza and shopping center and the basilica. It is central and feels like in Tuscany because it’s not directly in the center. The neighbors were so nice and they gave us direction to come to the place without the stairs. Siena is on a hill, so everywhere is stairs, with luggage it sucks. So it great to have nice locals to show you how they go around. There’s a local bus stop directly outside and if you are coming from Florence bus, it’s by the church which is very close to the place. This place is the best

Great host, easy check-in and check out process Beds could be more comfortable. AC was difficult to get to the settings we wanted, could be an issue in warmer temperatures. Need a bit more seating in the living room as a 2 bedroom, not quite enough space for 4 people to sit.

I have been to Siena on a number of occasions and this property was the best combination of location, 2 bedrooms, air conditioned etc etc I have experienced. N/A

Right at the wall with few steps to the access the domus (by scalators). 50m to the Santa Catarina parking lot (very convenient to bring your luggage in) Air conditioner locked at 23oC. During summer time it can be a little uncomfortable.

The two double bedrooms are fantastic with really comfortable beds and lots of space. Everything you need in the bathroom and the shower in the bathroom is excellent. The apartment feels safe and in a friendly area with a lovely cafe just down the hill for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and we loved Siena for its history, bars and restaurants. Nothing not to like but a little info file about the town and the short walk to get there would be good. We found the escalators up the hill on our second day!
• Sean (9/5): Nice apartment in great location. We’d stay again - Great location. Quiet and easy to walk into the city. Supermarket 15 min walk up the hill. Free car parking spaces lower down the hill in a small car park, if you hit lucky and get a space. Paid car park opposite, but expensive for 24 hrs. Comfortable inside and good WiFi. Easy check in process and responsive host. An iron was provided but no ironing board. Ice trays in the freezer would be really appreciated by guests as there’s no shop nearby to buy ice. Please let guests know that if they drive through the archway up the hill by the entrance to the apartment and park in the white spaces, they will get towed away. As the signs were in Italian, we hadn’t understood them. No hanging space or storage at all in second bedroom, even a few hooks would help! Bathroom lock on door was broken, which needs fixing when there are 4 adults in there!

Our host Barbara, was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay; she even came to pick us up in her car when we got slightly lost on the way there, and she was available for any queries we had. A lovely location on the city wall.

There are two parking stations nearby - one of them free if you are lucky enough to find parking space. The apartment is located next to the escalators leading to the heart of Siena in two minutes. Very well equiped, it had everything we needed ! Our host was exellent , always there to help and answer questions. The apartment was rather cold when we arrived , but that was immidiately solved by our host, who was kind enough to increase the temperature through the app.

With two levels, it feels more spacious, and the patio is lovely. It's conveniently close to the parking area, and if you're lucky, you might even find free parking available. Additionally, there's air conditioning on each level, making it incredibly comfortable. Barbara, the host, is super professional and communicative, providing top-notch service. I highly recommend this apartment.

Flat was big and perfect for preparing dishes in the nice kitchen, do some laundry. It was a bit cold in the flat. But that is often everywhere in Italy, as they do not have central heating..
• Tamas (10/5): Amazing appartement with good location and very kind owner - Good communication with the owner, she was very helpful, gave us a lot of extra information (where to park, where to eat, how to find, so excellent help). The location is perfect, very close to parking places (she recommended a cheaper place for us). From the room easy to find the elevators to go up to the old town, almoust next to the Chatedral. The appartement is amazing!!! So nice, so warm atmosphere it has! We could accept it as a flat of ours..! :-) Two big rooms, very comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen, nice and very clean bathroom, so everything is there for your holiday or even for your everyday life. The view from the upper room's bed is amazing due to roof window, you can see the stars during the night or the sun in the morning... (no worries, there is a shade function on the window, so you can sleep in darkness if you want) :-) Nothing to mention. It is a 5 star accomodation!

It is very spacious and there is everything to cook in the kitchen. The little terrasse is protected from the street noise. The flat is a little dark which is fine during the summer in spring time I guess but I went in winter.

Barbara, our host, was super helpful with arranging our self check-in (including providing a video on how to access the apartment) and was available to answer any questions we had. The location was great, very close to the escalators and path to the town center.

• Miklós (10/5): Amazing little apartment - Great location, nicely renovated, unique apartment. Some sort of loud motor turned on in the middle of the night, sounded like it was coming from the neighbor apartment. It stopped after 5-10 minutes and didn't occur again.
