Second room paint was flaking on woodwork . Bathroom fittings were loose and a hole in top of sink unit . Disabled toilet but no disabled access bath or shower .
- Guest (10/5): Woodlands hotel review - Nice place to stay and the food portions were of a decent size
- Alex (5/5): - Staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Facilities super and rooms were very spacious. Quite a rude staff member in the breakfast room. Carpets in the room very dirty. Bed quite uncomfortable

- georgina (9/5): Beautiful Hotel, Great value for money 😊 - We loved everything , the staff were so friendly, the hotel reception and rooms were beautifully decorated. We ate in the bar and the food waa delicious and the service was excellent. My little neices ,7 & 9 , loved their dinners and even got a second helping of gravy !! The only thing I would say is in the room we were in Netflix did not work on the telly even though it was on the controls . Im not sure if there was any wifi connected to it as there were only a few Irish channels. The other small thing would be around the leisure centre - in my opinion the ladies changing rooms , toilets etc need a freshen up. There are areas the have what looks like a little rust. But all in all myself, my sister and my neices had an amazing little break . Thank you Woodlands Hotel and leisure Centre. We will most definitely be back 😊
- Paul (9/5): -
- Ester (10/5): I had a brilliant stay with fantastic staff, but the hotel restaurant could improve its accommodation of food allergies. - Peaceful, location, swimming pool ,breakfast, staff The restaurant’s inability to cater for food allergies this time around yet they’ve done so previously.
- Simons (9/5): Convenient location with lovely staff. Would go back. - We love the property Not a thing
- Gavin (6/5): Good location with parking. Hotel needs renovations - Good location. Plenty parking. Key card holder broken. Shower was hard to work. Mould on wall in room. Rooms are very outdated and hotel needs renovations. Overall hotel cleanliness was only ok. Not good value but hotels are gone so expensive.
- Michael (7/5): -
- rachel (1/5): really uncomfortable and unhygienic. staff were very unfriendly - checking out the staff were rude and inexperienced. room was dirty. bathroom had hair and fluff all over the place. duvet was dusty and had hair on. curtains didnt open/ close properly. room smelled old. bottom of bed had stains on. mattresses were at a tilt. the elevators take 10 minutes to move from 2 floors and are quite unstable and old

- Dave (8/5): Pleasant with the above reservations - Breakfast - good value. Location - ideal for our visit. Lack of usb charging points - insufficient soundproofing as we could hear adjacent room’s conversations, coughing, and other noises

- gilmartin (5/5): Value for money a budget room - The price The rooms are dated

- Orla (9/5): - Lesuire centre and breakfast Bedroom was abit outdated
- Miroshnichenko (8/5): In general, we liked everything, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. - Everything was fine at the hotel. The room was comfortable. A very atmospheric bar. Nice pool and gym. There is a changing room in the pool without lockers.
- Becky (10/5): - Very comfortable space. Breakfast was not included in our stay. Make sure to verify about breakfast when checking in.
Children only times for the pool were limiting. I have 2 swim team swimmers that wanted to practice but couldn't because of the time restriction.

- Martina keane (8/5): -
- O'Kelly (3/5): -
- Amanda-Jane (8/5): - Hotel was very conveniently located, and although rooms a bit outdated, they were large and exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Staff in hotel and bar so friendly and helpful. Pool, sauna etc added bonus. Food in bar was really good too. Loads of parking. Very good value for money Not a dislike as we were on a quick visit, and we were very comfortable, but rooms/decor quite out dated, but it wasn't an issue
- Charlene (7/5): - Nice pool very friendly staff in leisure centre much more friendly than reception staff. Hotel was nice and quiet no noise at night especially which was nice. The room was cleaned to a high standard. Outdated decor, hard pillows, the granite counter around the sink was broken however the room was spotless and for the price we paid we we didn't complain. Reception staff could be more inviting maybe even just greet their guests with a smile this was clearly lacking.
- Rory (10/5): Found hotel to be a great find , we loved it - Nice location , easy parking , other facilities available, gym , pub Nothing
- Deborah (10/5): - Great location, plenty of parking, nice big rooms, nice bathroom with bath and loads of hot water for lovely bubble bath, nice and quiet, water bottles replaced in room without even having to ask.

- James (8/5): Good hotel. - The hotel is located about 15 minutes drive outside the city centre. It is a quiet location with lots of parking. The room was typical hotel room with comfortable bed and all the necessary things. The provided breakfast had a variety of cold dishes (cereals, yogurt, breads etc.) and a selection of made to order hot dishes from a full Irish breakfast (eggs, sausages, ham, tomatoes etc.) and other options. We ate dinner in the restaurant. It was fine, and not very busy on the evening we were there. There is a full fitness facility on the site No issues.
- Stephen (7/5): -
- Ciara (10/5): perfect -
- Tuffy (8/5): Great family night away, excellent staff enthusiastic and helpful. Decent sized family room. - Family night away. Close to walsh park 15min drive. So close to tramore foe a trip to the beach too.
Staff were so friendly. Bar staff especially helpful service and great experi3nce with young family. Plenty of tvs for eatching sports different areas in one bar.
Rooms v warm come already with fan so that was great. Very clean rooms. Staff in leisure centre v pleasant. Only 1 staff manning breakfast where he looked under pressure but was still dpong a great job. Will return Minor things like light fittings needing repair ar9und the hotel. As i say minor and only if im being picky and asked to find fault. Aesthetics only did not affect our stay or experience
