- João Rafael (6/5): - Custo benefício e atendimento do proprietário, muito prestativo e atencioso. A casa é pequena, tem apenas um quarto e sala razoavelmente grande, a cozinha fica na area externa, junto com a churrasqueira. A área da piscina é muito boa! A falta de água (até nos banheiros) é um ponto que precisa ser melhorado. Importante alertar aos futuros locatários que, quando chove, facilmente as vias de acesso ficam alagadas.
