• María del Carmen (9/5): Sehr familienfreundliches Hotel - Das Personal war super, egal wo (Rezeption, Frühstück und Pool) waren sie immer nett zu uns und bereit zu helfen. Der Infinity Pool war richtig schön, die kostenlose Liegestühle für Hotelgäste, der Strand, das Meer, einfach alles. Die Betten haben gequetscht und die Rohre waren sehr sehr laut.
• Katri (10/5): - Meillä oli ihana loma. Huone oli puutarhaan päin, aamuaurinkoon päin parveke. Auringonnousut näkyivät hienosti. Siivoojat kävivät päivittäin ja yleiset tilatkin olivat siistit ja hotellissa oli kaunis ja ylellinen tunnelma. Lamput, maalaukset jne. Pihan alueet olivat kauniit ja hyvin hoidetut. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja runsas. Henkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja mukava. Saimme retkelle lähtiessä mukaan aamiaisen, koska lähtö oli varhainen. Allasalue oli kiva ja rauhallinen. Ranta oli lähellä ja siinä oli hyvä myös uida. N. Epivatesin keskustaan oli lyhyt kävelymatka, useita ruokapaikkoja löytyi läheltä.

• Ehab (5/5): לא מומלץ במיר הזה אפשר לקבל הרבה יותר - הצוות היה מעולה עד כדי שהחדר היה צופה על הגינה ביקשתי חדר צופה לים החליפו לי בחינם הריהוט יש מאוד , המיטה בחדר לא הייתה נוחה נהיה לי כאבי גם , הבריכה קטנה , במהלך השהייה התארח בבית מלון קבוצה של ילדים כנראה קבוצת תלמידים שהם מאוד בעיתיים שהתחילו להציק לאנשים וילדים אחרי עד שהתלוננו למדריך שלהם, המלון מדורג 5 כוכבים אבל בפועל רק הצוות 5 כוכבים כל השאר 2 כוכבים או שזה אכסניות נוער הודות למבנה בית מלון מיושן, לא חוזר לשם .

• Inge (5/5): - Zeer dicht bij een geweldig strand met mooie zee Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding viel zwaar tegen. Roest in het bad, zeer weinig ruimte om te douchen, schimmel op het plafond, geen koffieapparaat of waterkoker op de kamer, kleine benauwde kamer, slecht avondeten, droog brood in de ochtend. Zeker geen aanrader.

• Uwe (8/5): Für den Preis ein schönes Strandhotel, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. - Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Strandhotel. Sehr hilfreiches Personal, Flughafentransport für 7 Personen mit Gepäck wurde vom Rezeptionisten perfekt zu einem guten Preis für uns organisiert. Zwei Zimmer wurden upgegradet, damit Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Sicherlich entspricht das Hotel nicht mehr aktuellen 5 Sternen, dafür war der Preis aber auch entsprechend niedriger. Schöne Lage direkt am Strand, Zimmer mit Meerblick. Zusatzbett im Dreibettzimmer eng und unbequem.

• Beke (9/5): - Nagyon szép helyen van a szálloda. Nagyon szép belül és kedves a személyzet is. Mikor megérkeztünk kaptunk gyümölcsöt üdvözlés képpen. A reggeli lehetne változatosabb és bőségesebb. Volt ami el fogyott és nem pótolták vissza csak azt ehettük ami maradt. Ez nekem annyira nem tetszett. De összességében nem volt rossz.

• Vuk (8/5): - Hotel is located right across the beach in a quiet zone. Staff is really nice and helpful and sea view is beautiful. Breakfast is also good. Unfortunately this hotel requires some renovation. As I understand it has just become part of the Greek Pride chain, so maybe they just didn't have time to have it re-decorated, but it would help hotel reach it's full potential. Our room was placed above an generator that was working 24/7. Luckily our room was on a high floor, and when the room door were closed it was not too noisy, but I still think something should be done about it.

• AlexTsi (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, geduldig und freundlich. Ein absolutes Highlight ist das Restaurant in der Verbindungsbrücke über der Straße zwischen den beiden Hotels. Mit Blick aufs Meer. Echt schön. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Die Nähe zum Flughafen hat für eine sorgenfreie Rückfahrt zur Autovermietung gesorgt. Vom Hotel bis zum Flughafen haben wir inkl. Rückgabe des Mietwagens und Shuttle zum Flughafen nur 45 Minuten gebraucht.

• Nicolas (10/5): - Stayed one week in November. Excellent hotel right on the beach. Friendly and professional staff Maria, Kyriaki and Christos at the restaurant and Voolla at the reception. All very helpful. Great food. Stunning view from balcony, was seaview and could see the airport and the whole city of Thessaloniki. We recommend and would visit again.
• Kathleen (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay. - Breakfast was very good and offered a variety of choices. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We really loved that there was a pool and the beach. The location was lovely. The room could have been cleaner. There were marks on the wall. Considering it is a 5 star hotel, we thought the bathrooms were in need of renovation. Also the beach was not as clean as we thought it would be. Also we were disappointed with the servers on the beach as we had to approach them to order food and drink. They did not come around. We were also surprised that we had to pay for "a shuttle" from the airport to the hotel and back, as when I was looking for hotels it indicated that there was a shuttle to and from the hotel.

• Polina (10/5): Einfach toll mit sehr freundlichen Personal. - Das Hotel hatte einen eigenen Strandbereich mit Liegen und Sitzsäcke nicht mal 20m vom Hotel entfernt. Ausreichende Parkplätze in den Seitengassen. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und die Betten frisch bezogen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als ausgewogen. Alles war vorhanden und sogar viel mehr. Das Personal war sehr nett, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und extrem Kinderfreundlich. Ein Wasserkocher für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen wäre optimal gewesen.
• Ioulia (5/5): - Единственно что понравилось, это то что в номере было 2 бутылочки воды. Хоть для хороших отелей это база! Поднимаясь в номер (был первый этаж-решили подняться по лестнице) было грязно. В номере ковролин был не идеально чист. В ванной комнате на двери и на кранах были следы от налетов. Очень узкая ванная комната (для миниатюрных) Полотенца пахли «стариной» На кроватях не было чехлов для матрасов, только одна простыня на матрасе. Кондиционер мы настроили на 24 градуса, но до этой температуры так и не доходил воздух, а ночью и вовсе отключился, было холодно в номере. Бронировали номер с одной большой спальной кроватью, с видом на море, но досталась с двумя маленькими кроватями с видом на другой отель. И вместо того чтоб персонал сказать что «не осталось номеров» , начал спорить и в итоге просто положили трубку. Если бы мы не были уставшими с дороги, то сразу уехали бы от туда.

• gerhard (5/5): - Das wichtigste war Voula an der Rezeption. Sie ist die Seele des Hotels. Das Personal beim Frühstück und Dinner war sehr aufmerksam und höflich. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren gut und ausreichend variabel. Die Lage und der Strand waren O.K. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer bezahlt und nur ein Zweibettzimmer erhalten. Das Badezimmer entspricht absolut nicht einer 5 Sterne-Kategorie. Der Hotelmanager weiß 12 Stunden später nichts von dem was am Vorabend besprochen wurde.

• Deyvid (5/5): Сносен - Непосредствено до плажната ивица. Голяма свободна зона на плажа. Добра закуска на блок маса. Резервирахме тройна стая с гледка към морето поради факта, че нямаше двойна (което за нас не беше проблем ). Малко се различава според снимките. Стаята беше сравнително малка дори за двама. Леглата са единични, нямаше спалня. Банята също е твърде малка. “Гледка към морето” е силно казано. Хотела не е реновиран от много време. Няма простор. Според зависи къде се паркира може да се наложи доплащане за паркинг. Не бихме отседнали за дълъг период.

Staff told my wife she couldn't have a bottle of water that came from outside the hotel. Small room. No coffee machine. Staff was not very nice to my wife when she checked in.

• venera (2/5): - Next day they move me to another room from the other side,much bigger and not noisy They put me in a room just above the energy generator that makes very loud noise all night all the time. The generator was extremely big and making noise in the back side of the hotel. The doors of the small terrace were even half broken, and there was air coming, and the noise was extremely loud. Wasn't able to sleep all night.i told them during the night, but they said they can't move me and would move me next day. Also no hot water in the hotel
• Filip (7/5): Boli sme našťastie na jednu noc, inak by sme ten hluk nevydržali. - Ubytovanie malo veľký výber jedál na raňajky a celkovo lokalita Vzhľadom že bola zima , museli mať pustený generátor na výrobu elektriny ( myslím si) a vydával extrémny hluk . Hotel by mal na to myslieť . Aspoň odhlučniť ten generátor. Je to veľký mínus a zákazník si zaplatí nejaký určitý štandard v jeho cenovej hladine. A za tie peniaze to určite nestálo.

• Daniela Ioana (7/5): Un hotel de 5 stele în care, din păcate, trebuie să insiști pentru a beneficia de confortul așteptat - Este un hotel situat pe malul mării, foarte bine amplasat. Camerele au vedere laterală la mare, unele fiind mai spațioase și tapitate. Mesele sunt servite în sistem bufet suedez, bogate și variate. Vă recomand să evitați camerele cu vedere în spatele hotelului, deoarece hotelul este alimentat de un generator de energie electrică, care produce un zgomot ce se poate auzi de la distanță și poate afecta calitatea odihnei. De asemenea, majoritatea recepționerilor au o atitudine mai degrabă defensivă și nu foarte prietenoasă.

• Elena (6/5): - Местоположението на хотела е добро. Ако чистотата и обслужването се подобрят ще е по-добре. Господина на рецепция не беше адекватен и достатъчно обучен за работата си, другата госпожа нямаше как да обслужи всички гости. Храната не ми хареса. Програмата за нова година беше потресаваща. Първата вечер от престоя ни нямаше топла вода!

• Stojanovic Dejan (9/5): Nova Godina 2026 - Pogled na more. Ljubazno osoblje. Raznovrstan doručak jako dobrog kvaliteta, sve je bilo ukusno i dobro. Sobe čiste. Odnos cene i kvaliteta i više nego dobar, mi smo dobili više od očekivanog. Hladno u holu i restoranu, ali s obzirom da je bila Nova Godina donekle je i razumljivo. Nije za 5 zvezdice, 3 zvezdice su realne.
