• Richard (9/5): Nice townhouse in a quiet location that worked well for us for a short family stay - Location is good (close to the Aviva stadium if this is important for match days) and only a 30 minute stroll into Trinity College / Temple Bar. Bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were great (nice showers) and plenty of room downstairs too. We were met by John who showed us how everything worked and provided us with plenty of information. As we had a baby granddaughter with us, John / Geraldine had provided a cot (2 in fact!) for our stay which was really hepful

• EMILIE (10/5): Wonderful location, spacious and comfortable! - Location is amazing, with lots of shops and pubs around the corner, and a pleasant 20 min walk into town. The DART also close by. We loved how spacious and comfortable the house was. The showers were fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our family Thanksgiving dinner. Our hosts were extremely kind and friendly and treated us so well, thank you! We loved everything!

• Carla (10/5): - Tony was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. He gave great advice about the neighborhood and places to visit and eat. The house is very comfortable and fully appointed. We had a wonderful stay in Dublin in this house.

• Brett (9/5): - The host was great, beginning with being a great communicator. We asked if we could extend our stay because we wanted to attend a concert at nearby Aviva stadium. Host got back to us right away and the timing worked out. When we arrived, we were met by John, who showed us around the property and let us know some good local restaurants. The property feels like a home, not a prefab vacation rental. Large backyard and a fully stocked kitchen. Lovely neighborhood that's a short walk from downtown Dublin.

House was home away from home, comfortable and clean. - House was comfortable and decorated lovely with coffee machine etc. It had everything you needed, shower gel etc was nice touch too. Great location for exploring Dublin. Hosts responded swiftly to any messages. Facilities state that there is a hot tub (which is still there today online) however there is NO HOT TUB, and has never been according to hosts, plus they did say in Ireland a hot tub means a bath, which I beg to differ! This was very disappointing as this was one of the reasons we booked this house.

The outside patio area was peaceful and a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine with friends. We were disappointed that there wasn’t an outside hot tub and the third bedroom was a little small for a double room, but otherwise the house was ideal for our needs.

• Kimberly (10/5): Perfect Place to Enjoy Your Dublin Visit - What a beautiful place to stay with all the thoughtful amenities we needed to make our stay perfect! It was down the street from pubs and restaurants and walking distance to the center of Dublin as well as 3Arena. John showed us around the townhouse to make sure we could find everything and Geraldine was just a phone call/text away. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The garden was a lovely place for coffee in the morning. We had a short stay but when we return to Ireland we will stay here again! Nothing! Everything was perfect.
• Huaidong (10/5): Exceptional - The house is exceptional! Had a lovely chat with John on the day of arrival. We have been to many stays, this one is best of the best. Design is very exquisite, gave us super homey feeling. Kitchen is fully stocked and we'll organized, it is very easy to find everything and cook any kind of food you want. The location of the house is great, D4 is at the heart of Dublin and very safe and not far from anything, you basically just walk everywhere from there. Nothing, really. The stay was extremely good!
• Ann (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything in this gorgeous house. The comfort, decor, layout, appliances, 2 bathrooms and proximity to the Aviva Stadium and local bars and restaurants. The Nespresso Vertuo and Hot Chocolate Velvetiser wrre such a treat. It was a home from home in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood but only 250m from entertainment. The house is so clean and so new looking that we thought we were probably the first guests to stay, but obviously we weren't. Communication was great. I can't recommend it highly enough, simply beautiful. Having to leave
• Anna (10/5): We were very comfortable during our stay. - Warm and cosy. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Owners had provided milk and plenty of soft drinks which were very welcome. The property was perfectly situated for our needs. Limited TV channels. Not enough sockets in the kitchen
• Meera (10/5): Beautiful house - Geraldine and Sean are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. The house is spacious and exceptionally clean. The beds were so comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a great location, just a short taxi journey away from the town centre. There is also a nice pub that we went to at the end of the road. There is nothing that I didn't like about the property.
• Giampaolo (10/5): Exceptional - I'm writing from the perspective of a 4-person group: We had a fantastic stay in a very clean, tastefully decorated house with a garden and a quiet location. In the immediate vicinity, you can find shopping options, cozy pubs, and restaurants. With a short walk (about 20 minutes), you can easily reach the city center and visit all the attractions there without needing a taxi or bus. The welcome was very friendly, and the host was able to assist us quickly and uncomplicatedly with all questions and requests

Nicely equipped and easy to use kitchen. Wonderful hosts - very generous and helpful. Nothing! This is really an excellent house. We used it two weekends in a row and it was equally wonderful.

Our suitcases did not arrive and the owners were very helpful an thoughtful, and freed us to travel around while they were in touch with the airline.
