• Daniel (2/5): Mauvais souvenir - L’emplacement et le Parking Appt vétuste. Fenêtres non hermétiques. Ma famille et le bébé sont tombés malade avec le vente qui entrait dans les chambres. Le chauffage dans les chambres inexistant. Linge de toilette lamentable et insuffisant. Des couettes sans housses et sales. Les draps en très mauvais état. Le suivi sur place ne donne rien. Aucune fenêtre ne fonctionne. Lavabo de SDB bouché. Pourtant j’avais passé un séjour au 16 et non au 14 comme cette fois ci et c’était très bien. L’accumulateur d’eau chaude fuir en permanence. Climatisation réversible à l’arrêt malgré le passage du technicien. Franchement nous sommes très déçus. Et tout le monde est malade car nous avons attrapés le froid. C’est désolant. L’appartement doit être remis à niveau au plus vite.
• naomi (5/5): Ok but I doubt I would recommend this place or stay there again. - The apartment was a nice size and it was very clean. We had a few problems the heat didn't work, the toilet kept on running, and the tv didn't work. We e mailed all the time with Jacob but nothing was done about any of these issues. It was very disappointing and cold.

• Yiftach (1/5): Dishonest misleading listing description - The apartment itself was clean We specifically chose this apartment because of it having a gym and an indoor pool. However ..... Air condition did not work There is no pool even though it is advertized. There is no gym either , even though it is advertised. We emailed prior to arrival about pool times, but we got no response. When we arrived, building staff said there was no pool or gym available. No water in pool. We called the apartment owner, he said " sorry remodeling during last two weeks." Building staff told us, not true, the remodeling has been going on for 6 months. This type of advertisement is misleading and dishonest. We even paid extra to check in early to go swimming. We requested the owner to reimburse us the charge for early check-in and to reduce the rental fee for misleading us. He refused and offered us to go to some public swimming facility and give him a bill. We are religious people. We can not use public facilities, nor should we have to do so. This is dishonosty on the highest level. We are very dissatisfied.
• Itamar (10/5): Don’t miss out this great location and apartment - The location is perfect a few minutes walk from the old city. Checking in was very easy after I received instructions from a very clear teacher. The apartment was very clean with new sheets and clean towels. Every request was answered immediately.
