• John (2/5): - When I entered the property, there was no water running. I tried to wash my hands on arrival and then tried to have a shower but there was no water at all. I have never experienced no water being available on a stay. I would ideally like to be refunded the entire amount that I paid.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out the most was the staff’s responsiveness. They replied to our messages very quickly and were always helpful. We also greatly appreciated being allowed a late check-out, which made our departure much more convenient. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again. The only minor drawback was that there was no elevator, and carrying luggage up and down the narrow staircases could be challenging, especially for families or guests with large suitcases. However, we understand that this is quite common in many buildings in central London and is not unique to this property. Overall, the excellent location, spacious room, responsive staff, and flexibility with late check-out more than made up for this small inconvenience.

There were no curtains, so the light around the blinds was present all night and especially after 5am. Attention needs to be paid to the bathroom - Plug stuck in the sink, shower screen leaked resulting in puddles of water on the floor. The room was excessively hot. No soundproofing internally to the property.

No curtains just blinds, so room is never dark. Cost extremely high for what you get
• Sara (9/5): Perfecta! - La ubicación era buenísima y la habitación con lo necesario. El baño aunque era para nuestra habitación estaba fuera de la habitación, que por eso No había problema pero no tenía llave ni contraseña para abrirlo y podía entrar cualquier persona.

Bcp de restaurants aux alentours mais attention : quartiers chics. Prix assez élevé donc s’éloigner un peu pour une table au coût plus abordable. Après une journée de marche, les escaliers sur plusieurs étages, c’est rude ! Bien que chambre assez cosy, qq réfection à faire (joints carrelage sol, robinetterie car fuite).

• Julien (4/5): Décevant - L'emplacement à 15 min de Picadilly et 3 min d'une station de métro, possibilité d'aller à pied vers Westminster et le centre touristique Malgré l'indication d'une salle de bain (incluant les toilettes) privative sur le site, la chambre n'en avait pas, celle-ci était à l'extérieur sur le pallier et n'était pas privatisée par un code, tous les clients de l’hôtel pouvaient y accéder. Nous devions repasser par les espaces communs pour y aller, pas du tout idéal la nuit et avec des enfant. Il n'était pas possible d'aérer la chambre, celle-ci donnait sur la rue et était assez bruyante.

• Amaia (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de muchos lugares turísticos. Cerca hay muchas cafeterías para poder desayunar y también restaurantes para poder cenar. Nosotros teníamos el baño dentro de la habitación y este aspecto es muy cómodo. Nos indicaron que era un tercer piso sin ascensor, pero era mas que un tercero, aunque no costaba mucho subir. Si tienes problemas de movilidad la escalera de acceso está un poco inclinada.

• Michele (7/5): Posizione centrale e soggiorno abbastanza piacevole - La camera era spaziosa e ben organizzata: una quadrupla con due letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale, una scrivania e un armadio grande e capiente. • Pulizia impeccabile, davvero nulla da segnalare sotto questo aspetto. • La posizione è molto comoda e centrale: vicino alla metro e con tutto a pochi passi. Nei dintorni ci sono bakery, ristoranti, uno Starbucks e un piccolo minimarket. • Zona pratica anche per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni della città. • Il bagno era esterno alla camera, quindi risultava un po’ scomodo dover uscire ogni volta dalla stanza per utilizzarlo. • Le finestre non si potevano aprire, quindi non c’era modo di far arieggiare la camera. • L’insonorizzazione non era delle migliori: la stanza era al piano terra, proprio accanto alla porta d’ingresso, quindi si sentiva quando gli altri ospiti entravano e uscivano. • Inoltre la finestra dava direttamente sul marciapiede, per cui arrivavano facilmente anche i rumori della strada.

• Julieta (9/5): Great location, would book again - The location was a key point, the facilities were amazing, very well kept and super aesthetic.The team communicated perfectly all the information, and the room was in perfect condition, lots of small gestures included taht were lovely. The only downside was the draining on the shower of the room (Room 4), was very slow and seemed unkempt. To the point the shower nearly flooded unless you kept an eye on the amount of water.

Could do with bedside lamps as the ceiling lights are very bright. Could do with a small fridge. Could do with somewhere in the bathroom to hang clothes / towels.
• Amy (6/5): It was okay - probably wouldn’t stay again. - The staff were quick to respond when we messaged them using WhatsApp. The property was in very good proximity to the amenities of London with easy access to Ubers and coffee shops. The room, although minimal, was comfortable to sleep in. I booked a room that had a private bathroom and we were given a ‘private’ bathroom that was not attached to the room, which meant other people in the building used the bathroom too. The walls were very thin and we were disturbed by people coming in and out of the front door, and also the room stunk of cigarette smoke due to the room being so close to the front door. With us having a child with us, we did not feel safe letting the child go to the bathroom alone as there were people around and it was not very private. We had an issue with the water and we were unable to wash our hands, brush our teeth properly and not able to use the toilet or shower. The issue was resolved when we spoke with the owners. The room also had a smell of sewage when it didn’t smell of cigarettes.

The windows were misted units (I think that’s the technical term) ie had fog trapped in them. Which was a bit unsightly, but honestly fine. I wasn’t there for a window view.

• Lily (6/5): - The room was very spacious and in a great location, which made getting around really easy. Overall, it was a comfortable size for the stay. There were a few issues that could be improved. We didn’t receive the door code until about an hour after check-in time, which was a bit stressful after arriving. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water during our stay. The room was quite noisy at times, especially with the sound of the door locks, which occasionally woke me up at night. The room isn’t serviced during the stay, and some of the amenities could use attention — the ironing board was stained and the iron wasn’t really usable.

Io ho chiesto il bagno privato, ma all’arrivo ho notato che il bagno si era privato, cioè utilizzabile solo da noi, ma ma non era in stanza: dovevo uscire fuori dalla camera fare 4 m di corridoio
