- Galina (6/5): В целом место имеет хороший потенциал благодаря расположению, но квартире явно не хватает более тщательной уборки и вним - Мы арендовали квартиру на 2 дня. В целом расположение очень удобное — рядом много кафе, хороший жилой комплекс с кофейнями и детской площадкой. Район действительно понравился. Однако сама квартира, к сожалению, не совсем соответствовала фотографиям. Квартира была чистой, но было много неприятных мелочей, которые испортили впечатление. На окнах отсутствовал тюль, из-за чего комнаты выглядели неуютно и «голыми». Посудомоечная машина была в плохом состоянии, без капсул, пользоваться ей не хотелось. Из посуды была только одна маленькая и очень грязная кастрюля. Даже не было мыла в ванной,мыльница пустая ! Столовые приборы были залапанные, чайник и кофеварка — с сильной накипью, тостер грязный. Также не было чая, кофе и базовых туалетных принадлежностей. При заселении на шкафу лежало грязное полотенце, которое мы так и оставили на месте. В ванной занавеска была со следами ржавчины и грибка. На одной из подушек были длинные чёрные волосы, из-за чего дети очень расстроились.

- Tuta (10/5): Senzationala loccatie. - Absolut senzational. Apartamentul foarte bine organizat, curat, situat in cartierul Coressi. In apropiere se gasesc magazine, cafenele, restaurante. Gazdele foarte amabile. Suntem recunoscatori. Vom reveni cu drag -

- Lusiana CATANĂ (10/5): - Confortul, utilitățile, amplasament,cochet, curat,faptul că există loc de parcare. Nu neapărat un minus..mai degrabă o recomandare....dar fiind sărbători mi-aș fi dorit să ne întâmpine o atmosferă caldă de Crăciun ( decorațiuni, luminițe)...❤️

- Michael (9/5): Great 2 Bedroom apartment near Coresi shopping center - Big 2 Bedroom apartment with all the facilities including Washer & Dryer. Had all the amenities including washing powder for the washing machine. Apartment has a private parking near the entrance to the building. Great location near the Coresi Mall. They also sent the code to the intercom door & code to the locker box where the key was placed one day before arrival. Could sleep 6 people easily (2 on the living room sofa) The cooking ware had only 1 pot and 1 pan would maybe consider adding 2 more big pots & an electric kettle to warm water for tea or instant coffee. Also the residential complex is very large & all the buildings look the same, it took some time to find the exact location. need to remember building 3A block B1. But these are very small things compared to all the good things in the apartment

- Criscov (9/5): Excelent - Apartamentul este foarte bine poziționat, echipat cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie.Am fost foarte mulțumiți. Mulțumim, sigur vom mai reveni Complexul rezidential este foarte mare și frumos și de aceea am găsit cu greu locația exactă. Blocurile seamănă între ele, dar cu ajutor din partea locatarilor am reușit sa identificam scara și blocul.

- Bakhur (9/5): About 7 minutes drive from historic center. - Great apartments! Good equipment and furniture. Own laundry with drying machine. Clean and tidy. Availability of small stores, restaurants, shopping center in walking range.
- Hanelore (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment, precisely matches the pictures. We’ve been equally impressed by the neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance: very good restaurants, grocery shops, Coresi mall.
- George (10/5): Best place in Brașov - It was one of the few locations that looked even better than the pictures. All clean, warm and cozy, everything in place to make you feel like home. I was skeptical about it when I saw those few bad reviews, but after staying there I'm sure those guests had some bad days that were not related to the location, nor to the hosts.
