• Laura (10/5): - We stayed in the apartment in middle of September for 4nights Amazing apartment, with a big balcony over looking the sea , in clear weather you can see the stromboli and other little islands even Roughly like 5min from the centre of tropea , the train station max 10min walk , and to go down to beach as well it's less than 10min , we really liked the place , 3rd time visited tropea, and one of my favourite apartment I stayed , I loved watching the sunsets from the balcony Nothing

• Jana (10/5): Must book in Tropea - This is a fantastic place to stay in Tropea! The location is perfect—right in the center, just minutes’ walk from the old town, beach, stores, and about 15 minutes from the train station. The room itself was amazing: modern, comfortable, clean, with a big bed, a nice shower, and a balcony with sea views and sunsets what will take your breath away. I booked a room with a kitchen, which had everything I needed for cooking, including oil, salt, pepper, an espresso machine, and coffee capsules. What truly sets this property apart is the owner—extremely hospitable, helpful, and genuinely caring. You can see the passion they put into their work. If I ever return to Tropea, I will rebook Topazio Rooms without a doubt. Having traveled extensively across Italy and other countries, this was truly one of my best stays. ❤️

Orazio ragazzo professionale, gentile e disponibile ha risolto in modo eccellente un mio problema relativo al parcheggio auto . Struttura pulita ed ordinata l’unica pecca è stata la tv , non sono riuscita a vedere ciò che mi interessava per assenza del canale nonostante abbia fatto la ricerca . Per il resto la consiglio vivamente perché ben collegata al centro, bar, ristoranti ecc ecc Tutto perfetto salvo il fatto che non sono riuscita a vedere la tv

La stazione dista 15 minuti a piedi. Host disponibile e gentile. Problem solving per ogni evenienza. Ottimo per alloggiare a Tropea.
• lucia (8/5): Vista mare - Mi è piaciuta tantissimo L vista mare della stanza, la posizione perfetta vicino al mare e vicino al centro. Molto pulita arredamento moderno, cucina provvista di tutto. Letto comodo. Doccia grande. Tutto molto confortevole. La signora delle pulizie dolcissima. Non mi è piaciuta la difficoltà del parcheggio, abbiamo trovato solo a pagamento e costa 2,50€ l ora 0-24. Inoltre consiglierei di mettere in apertura da remoto perché il proprietario non è vicino e non ti riesce a dare assistenza celermente in caso di bisogno.

Just to say, I was very happy with the property, however just be aware when you do book that you stipulate a sea view.I thought I had however I ended up looking at the backstreet.

• Anastasia (10/5): Heavenly - First of all, the location is perfect — ideally close to both the old city centre and the beach. There are two balconies: one with a mostly full sea view, the other with a partial sea view. Lots of chairs and tables outside — even a separate little setup. I’d honestly come back just for the balconies. It felt like a dream. We were contacted via WhatsApp on the day of arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. Although check-in was officially from 15:00, we arrived around 13:30, and the staff kindly met us early. That was really thoughtful, and we really appreciated it. A special mention to the wonderful cleaning lady, Anna — super kind, incredibly patient, and just amazing overall (especially for putting up with my A1-level Italian!) The bed was really comfortable — even though it’s more like a sofa with a mattress, it felt great to sleep on. The coffee capsules provided each day were very tasty — a small but appreciated detail. The kitchen was also well-equipped with plenty of utensils, which was a nice bonus. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom as well. A big THANK YOU! <3 A few very minor things: unfortunately, the knives were so dull they couldn’t cut anything. The kettle looked like it hadn’t been cleaned inside for a while, so I ended up not using it. Another wardrobe/cupboard would have been useful, though it wasn’t an issue, since there was a clothing rack (to be fair - there were quite a few cupboards, including some empty ones, but they were all part of the kitchen setup, so it would feel weird using them for stuff not related to the kitchen). One small suggestion: it would be great if the bottled water were refreshed daily.

First of all the welcome from Francesco who was very patient and waited for me as I was delayed on the road, and helped me find a parking spot. Anna, the cleaner, is a truly nice person and was so thoughtful. Then, the bed was super comfy and the pillows. The place was immaculate. The location is ideal, walking distance from the beach and centre. I would go back 100% Nothing!

Our host assisted us in finding parking close to our apartment too. Surprised that it was a AirBnB, I thought I was staying at hotel….but maybe I did t read description properly.
• Diana (10/5): Impecable accomodation for a great stay in Tropea - It was one of the best accomodations we had lately. It is extremely clean. On top, there is lady Anna who cleans the room every day and refills the coffee tabs. She is such a nice, kind, person. Its location is perfect. Some minutes walk from old town and the most beautiful beach. We had a coffee maschine, small fridge in the room and the coffee tabs being refilled. A/C was perfectly positioned not to blow in our faces when in bed. The building has an elevator, the property lies on the 3rd floor. We even got picked up from the train station as we arrived around 8pm. Very reasonable check in and out hours. Small balcony. We loved everything about it. What could have been bether, but this is not their fault (we booked it so), we would have loved a room with a balcony overlooking the sea ( there is such thing and sunsets in Tropea are amazing), not a 3-bed room, and maybe a kitchenette. We know for next time when we‘ll be there.

The host kindly arranged for me to be collected from the train station and also dropped me back to the station when I was leaving despite it being a 6.30am start on a Sunday! WIFI didn’t work well in room

• Alejandrox (10/5): Bello! - I loved my stay at Topazio and it totally exceeded my expectations. I wanted to stay longer, but I sadly couldn't cancel my next reservation. The host and the cleaning lady were amazing, she insisted on cleaning the room all the time, even when I told her everything is fine and gave me some new coffee every day. He picked me up from the trainstation, even though it's only a 15-minute walk and was very quick to answer when I needed some help. The view from my terrace was beautiful, especially if you want to enjoy seeing the sunset on the horizont of the sea. The apartment is completely new and done in a stylish way, everything is working perfectly. There's a coffeemachine, a waterboiler and a small fridge. The area is very quiet, you can basically only hear the waves crashing onto the beach ;) There's every kind of shop you need in front of the door, it's a 5 minute walk down to the beach (back it's a little more, because there's many stairs, but you have that everywhere in Tropea if you want to stay in the center) and also only a 5 minute walk down the street into the centro storico! I will recommend it to all of my friends and will definitely stay here again! Grazie, Alex More an input than critique: Maybe there could be an umbrella on the terrace, there's sun all afternoon which is nice, but it can get very hot. But I'm sure if I had asked for one, they would have organised it. Keep in mind, it's completely new :)
