• Stefan Purcarea (5/5): Not very good! - The location was pretty amazing! Close to everything and nice vibes. First of all, i tried to call the staff members and none of the phone numbers worked. then the place itself was very dirty. I have been unlucky enough to drop something under the bed, another civilization living there. The shower also looks pretty bad as well as the walls. the place clearly needs some reconditioning.

• Panagiotis (3/5): Not the value for money I expected. - It's a very good location and accessible to the city center, shops etc., on foot. There's also one bistro cafe across the street with amazing coffee and brunch. The building was very bad state in common area, with inadequate lighting on the stairs. Also, I killed 2 cockroaches in the room just when I entered. And Lastly, the bed mattress was disappointing, very soft and could not sleep well on it.

• Maria (4/5): Nice house, very pity they cockroaches, even climbing on the walls. - The location and the organisation of the house. Cockroaches. They have cockroaches. Nice location, nice house overall, except the cockroaches.
• Erika (1/5): Avoid – No Access, No Support, and No Invoice - We had an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience with this property. Upon arrival late at night, the provided PIN code did not work. Despite the listing clearly advertising 24/7 support, no one answered our calls. The guest was therefore left standing outside in the middle of the night, with no way to enter the accommodation. To make matters worse, the entrance area was dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches right in front of the door. Under these conditions, staying there felt unsafe and unacceptable. We had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay immediately. The property later claimed they had provided the correct code, but this does not change the fact that we were unable to access the accommodation. They have also failed to issue the legally required invoice for our fully prepaid stay, despite our repeated requests. This has been one of the worst experiences we’ve had with an accommodation. The combination of no access, no support, misleading information, and no legal compliance makes me strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property.

• L (6/5): Great location and easy check-in. Good value for the money. - The location was great. Easy check-in, clear instructions. Good value for the money. I asked for the possibility of an early check-in and it was confirmed. Still, I had to wait for more than 1 hour with my luggage outside the building. Next time, if an earlier check-in is not possible, please just say so. I could have arranged my trip differently. Turning on the heating was a challenge (please have a look at the remote control - it's not working properly). There are a few broken cabinet doors around (the heating boiler cabinet, the garbage bin cabinet, etc.). A refill of the shower gel/shampoo dispensers and some toilet paper would be appreciated as well.

• Lucian (8/5): Nice apartment, almost perfect - The apartment is 10/10, location perfect. I would stay again. The entrance to the building is not very nice, dark and dirty. I recommend the owner to install insect nets for the summer period as flies can easily enter the windows (as the building is not particularly clean as I mentioned earlier) and ruin a very nice stay.

The location is great, plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. Close to the metro station. Super clean, comfy bed, nice view. It had everything. For my next trip to Bucharest, I will be booking again this apartment. Thanks!
