Bezpieczne miejsce, apartament znajduję się w podwórzu z zamykaną bramą. Sam apartamet posiada wszystko czego można potrzebować na wyjeździe. Salon z pięknym sufitem, a w sypialni powitalna niespodzianka. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu! -

Локацията е точно до съдебната палата на 25мин пеша от гарата и автогарата и на 10тина минути от центъра. Има кафета и супермаркети. Имаше бут.вино за добре дошли. Чисто и просторно . Има помпа за водата за целия блок точно под прозореца и се чува шум. Слабо налягане на водата. Липсва дъска за рязане. Ютията не върши работа. Абслолетен боклук. Тиганите е по добре да ги няма изпбщо. Надраскани и стари.За мен са вредни за здравето. Няма тостер и микровълнова.
• Nadiya (10/5): Отличные апартаменты! Чисто, удобно. Есть нюансы, но где их нет!!! Советую!!!! - Отменная чистота, удобное местоположение. Отзывчивая хозяйка. Всегда доступна и готова помочь. Номер очень чистый и это касается всего. Возможно можно заменить полотенца. Они не совсем хорошо выглядят, но исключительно чистые. Квартира( Лора) находится на 0 этаже, двухуровневая ( но второй уровень больше понравится детям!!!). Соседи не шумные, иногда есть шум от скутеров. Но в целом улочка тихая. До транспорта 300 метров. Там же остановка на автобус до аэропорта. Есть рядом супермаркеты, булочная, кафе.. До центра пешком 15-20 минут. Как и до основных достопримечательностей!!! Хороший интернет, есть телевизор с подписками Netflix и т. д. Не могу сказать, что прямо не понравилось, но было намного не удобно. В описании заявлено, что есть внутренний дворик, а по факту это вход через общий двор. И хозяйка сразу предупредила, что там ставить сушилки с бельем нельзя. Поэтому сушились в самом номере, открыв дверь номера и поставив сушку напротив неё изнутри. Не совсем удобно, но это выход!!!

• Annette (8/5): - Agata was very nice and helpful during our stay. The apartment is close to a subway station. The apartment does not have outside light, but this is already visible from the photos. The kitchen is not very well equipped, so cooking is not easily possible. As the place can be a bit damp, we had difficulties in drying our washed clothes.
• Ladislav (9/5): Very nice and clean apartment directly in the centre of the city with unexpectedly nice owner. - The owner Agata was very very friendly and extremely useful when we had some touble with our car towed away. All communication with Agata was just great and made our stay vere pleasant. Parking in the city centre can be tricky, you need to know where to park. City is very strict about the parking zones and limitations. Be careful about weekend markets during which the parking lot must be freed.

There were charges on the both sides of the bed in case you forgot them, bins for reclycing, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, that thingy that measures the weight on your luggage and more. Agata was responsive and provided us with tips about best restaurants. Location was great, 20-30 minutes walking distance from the center, bus stops nearby, metro 3 mins walking and lots of supernarkets. I strongly recommend this appartment !

• Nicole (10/5): The perfect stay in catania! - Everything was like the pictures, beautiful place, very clean, with everything that we needed. Excellent location with supermarket, drug store, Boulangerie and patisserie close by. The AC was perfect for the hot weather. Agata was always fast in replying to us, and she even left us a few welcoming gifts that I wasn’t expecting. Made us so happy! I would always come back here since we have family to visit in Catania. Amazing stay!

The access was simple and easy (the gate was opened remotely, the door was opened on the table) the host waited for us with a bottle of water, a bottle of wine and enough coffee capsules for the holding time. The apartment was installed according to our needs (dishes, iron, cooked, fridge-heating air conditioning, glasses, plates, etc.). Wonderful purity awaited us and comfortable beds. The area was quiet and perfect darkness at night (lockable-opening) was perfect for our needs.

A big bonus has to be the built-in mosquito blinds on all the windows and doors. • Stanislav (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is more then the best. The flat contains one big room with a small kitchen, big tv with Netflix, big sofa and table. The bedroom is big too and has a small place for work upstairs, the big bed.all is clean and comfortable.Rooms have the air conditioners, it is very useful in hot Sicilian climate. For the first sight the main problem is the absence of windows. We used to have windows everywhere, and first day we were disturbed. But it is the specific of this place, so in some days it became good.

• Chris (10/5): Little haven of peace in the centre of catania - The flat is perfectly situated in catania with easy access to everything. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area, and driving is also relatively easy. All the amenities are in great working order, the flat is nicely decorated with a stunning high ceiling . There are few windows so the flat remains cool and quiet It’s very soothing and restful despite being in the town centre. Everything was great, stylish and functional.

Good communication with hosts with extra touches like adapter plugs, welcome gift, digital scale for bags. The sofa was uncomfortable with hard/loose springs, therefore could not be used as a sofa bed; the bed mattress was slightly firmer to personal taste. Unfortunately there was no access to Netflix (as advertised) despite the host trying to accommodate this. Would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom.

• Liz (10/5): Relaxing and comfortable stay in a super cosy property - The property was really beautiful. Extremely comfortable and clean with great amenities with beautiful old charm too. Really fresh and cool in a warm city too meaning you are able to sleep well. Comfortable large bed and great kitchenette. Nothing was great.
• Aleksandar (9/5): Superb - Clean and modern apartment, all amenities you need for a short stay. Agata is e great host, we had perfect communication before and throughout our stay at her property. Flat is located in an area with a lot of coffee and pizza places where you can go to. Two big chain supermarkets are available in less than 10 minutes walk and downtown is reachable in approximately 20 minutes steady walk. Flat is located on ground floor (street level). There is no window available at the property and only the upper part of the door frame in the bedroom opened, where fresh air could enter. The only way to find out what time of day is by opening the front door that leads to a courtyard that is also used for parking. The front door to the apartment was quite basic and didn't provide the level of security I was looking for. The water pressure of the shower was poor and the shower cubicle is cramped.

Agata and Fabio were very friendly and helpful. the property is in good location, very close to the bus stop (both Alibus from the airport which costs 4EUR), and to the regular bus stop (we travelled to Aci Treze, Aci Castello and to the beach on the opposite side). Apprx. 20 mins walk from the train station or 1 metro station (1 EUR). Conad Shop is close and Lidl is not far away. The city center is in a walking distance. The flat is equipped with everything needed for a good holiday Everything was great. I just personally like French windows from the ceiling to the flow but this is just my preference :-D Did not expect it in the historical district

Experience did not reflect the current impeccable rating… Obnoxious cleaning fees - only one person stayed, but were charged over 40 Euro for two separate fees for a couple of nights. Property is inside of a building block, so little to no sunlight. No street noise, but had to close windows while working, as it was quite noisy at times in the enclosed block zone. Sponge in the kitchen was gross and who knows what it was used for before... Hosts were very communicative, but it also felt a little controlling.

Everything looked exactly like in the pictures and everything was clean! The best hosts from our any trip on our life! I hope to see you again in Sicily in the future or maybe in Poland!
• Linh (10/5): Exceptional - Agata and Fabio were great hosts. We honestly had a hard time because we originally booked another apartment in Catania. Unfortunately we got scammed and never entered the apartment we booked but fortunately we booked Ruggero Settimo-Holiday Houses. At first we were scared that we would be scammed again but Fabio met us at the door and showed us around the whole apartment. Everything looked exactly like in the pictures and everything was clean! We immediately felt comfortable and welcomed by Agata and Fabio! As I booked the apartment rather spontaneously the morning of, I didn’t expect to be welcomed with a wine bottle as I read in the reviews. But they were really kind and giftet us a wine bottle and also a cold water bottle in the fridge ❤️ we didn’t have any problems except for the last day where the WiFi didn’t work. However, Agata and Fabio responded really quickly and tried to fix the problem. Everything was great and this is maybe not a big issue but the messages were written in Italian so you had to put it in a translator first to understand what was said, but I didn’t really mind.

The hosts are very hospitable, they allowed us to leave our luggage in the morning and check in as soon as the room was cleaned. They also kindly shared information about excursions and public transport. The apartment has all the stated amenities.

It was visible that in this business they put their hearts and souls, because small details all our the place made it extremely comfortable: charging cables near the bed, 2 air conditioners, washing machine, spotless apartment, full equipment kitchen and bathroom, separate place near the bathroom were you can wash your shoes, quiet inner yard. • Klara (10/5): We’ll come back. - I like everything in that property. It’s new, bigger then on the pictures. Property has also utility,witch is very useful. Kitchen has everything what you need for a cooking. There is no noise around. Agata is the most wonderful host.
• Krishan (10/5): Exceptional - New, quiet, comfortable accommodation. And the owner's friendly service must be appreciated.
• Husnu (9/5): Superb - It had a very good location, it was central but yet quiet. The host was very helpful. It had less sunlight.
• Pauline (10/5): Wonderful accommodation and fabulous hostess. Excellent communicator and most accommodating and helpful. - Wonderful accomodation - everything we needed for travelling tourists. Hostess went out her way to help us orientate to Catania and the area, as well as allowed late check out to suit our needs. Comfortable accommodation with washing machine . Smart Tv and all mod cons.
