• Leonardo (6/5): Very good position in the center of Seville. - The position of the flat is very good for visiting the historical centre of Seville. Very poor communication skills by the host. No communications in English, asked for basic info multiple times - did not get a reply. The check-in times/procedures written make little to no sense, since the key is simply collected in an outside box with a code - Airbnb style. The cleanliness of the property can definitely be improved. Very expensive for the service provided. - The visit was during the Easter period, but Seville is surely not comparable to Barcelona or Madrid.
• Joanna (9/5): Superb - We really liked the place, good location, clean and well equipped apartament. The only issue I had there should be a heater in bathroom because we had a little bit rain while in Sevilla and the towels was always wet. But I guess when the weather it’s better that’s in not a problem. For sure would like to stay here again :)

• Rupert (6/5): Great location, shame about a few little things - location was really good Picking up the keys was ok because my girlfriend spoke Spanish but the contradictory information (all in Spanish) was very annoying. The booking form asks you when you will arrive but they clearly don't look at that. They want to know when you will arrive and send you lots of information about how you will be fined if you are late or want to check-in late. This seems like it must be generic information, and they must have many apartments, because later you get correct information about getting your key from a coded lockbox which clearly works 24/7. This didn't really effect the trip luckily, but it was unnecessary stress when you want to be starting a nice relaxing holiday. Also annoyingly, they have ways to make coffee but no coffee. I really wanted one when I walked in, after a long journey. Finally, there was only a tiny bit of very low quality toilet paper, so we had to go get some from the shops. Luckily there are supermarkets very very close so not too bad really.

I recommend it, and I'll book it again, but if you are sensitive to noise while falling asleep, wear ear - Fantastic decoration provided a simple yet super cosy environment. Everything that is essential was within walking distance. The noise from the outside. It took me a while to fall asleep. The windows are good as it cancels the majority of the noise from the outside but it is still a very busy road (the main street).
