• Catalin P (10/5): A Truly Memorable Stay in the Heart of Istanbul - This was my seventh time visiting Istanbul, and I can truly say that this stay was the most special one I have had so far. From the moment I walked into Aprilis Hotel – Special Category, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel at home. They were incredibly helpful, assisting me with everything I needed and happily recommending wonderful places to explore in this beautiful city. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of discovering Istanbul. What made this stay truly unforgettable, however, was the incredible hospitality of the entire staff. Every time when I was in the lobby they offer tea and Turkish coffee. They were professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Veysel, in particular, was an extraordinary host whose warmth and dedication made my experience truly memorable. Even though this was already my seventh visit to Istanbul, staying here made the trip feel fresh and special again. I left with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for the hospitality I received. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to stay right in the heart of the city. -

• Laurence (10/5): Extraordinaire 👍🏻 - L’emplacement est extra (entre sainte Sophie et le bazar). Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et bienveillant. Malgré la situation hyper pratique et centrale l’hôtel est vraiment au calme. Le roof top est un plus. Le petit déjeuner est complet et bon. Pas eu le temps de tester le SPA mais aucun doute sur la qualité. Lorsque que je reviendrai je retournerai à cet hotel ! Le l’hôtel est un peu vieillot mais reste très confortable 👍🏻

• Paul (9/5): Great lo0cation, professional staff - Excellent location. Walking distance to Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar. Close to tram stop to take you to Topkapi Palace and ferry port for Bosporus cruises. Hotel staff were extremely attentive and helpful! Mattress was a little hard for my liking, but this was a minor thing.

Personalul f amabil , mic dejun bun,se face curățenie zilnic. Camera de la mansarda fără balcon,foarte mica, despărțită printr o ușa mascata de un panou decorativ de camera alaturata .Se aude orice zgomot. La baie se simte miros de canalizare.

Aus unserem Zimmer war leider kein Tageslicht,wir hatten gleich nächste Gebäude vor unserem Fenster 😞(Wir hatten 2 Zimmer)bei Zweiten Zimmer war super schön da war sogar Terrasse dabei.

Vicinissimo si trova la fermata del tram. La struttura è pulita e accogliente e il personale è fantastico! Un complimento in particolare va ad Ibrahim, un gran professionista sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

El desayuno con mucha variedad. Al lado del hotel hay un supermercado con muy buenos precios. Nada.

It took about 10-20 min easy walk to Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque and the Topkapi Palace. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and very accommodating of our needs. We booked the shuttle from and to the airport through the hotel, which worked out smoothly and nicely. We can pay for the shuttle fees upon checking-out. The included breakfast selection is great, and the patio view is very nice. We plan to stay here again next time. Nothing.

Als lopen lastig is: de tramhalte van T1 is op 50 meter afstand, en daarmee kun je de bezienswaardigheden ook bereiken. Reken echter niet op een zitplek. De kamer (101) was erg donker. Het ontbijt was, net zoals in ons andere hotel in Turkije, anders dan ik gewend ben: veel olijven, kazen en smeersels/dips.

The rooftop bar is an awesome place to enjoy the sunset over sea and city. This hotel is right smack in the middle of the Sultanamet area, with the bazaar, mosques, a palace and beautiful gardens a 5 min walk away. The only suggestion I would make is for a small table and/or luggage rack added to the room to avoid a cluttered nightstand and having suitcases all over the floor.

• Juergen (8/5): Würden wir wieder Buchen. - Die Rooftopbar des Hotels mit Blick auf den Bosporus ist mit Sicherheit das Higlight des Hotel. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und gut. Das Personal war immer ansprechbar, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Rezeptionisten haben sehr gut Englisch gesprochen und und bei Fragen bzgl. der Stadt gerne Unterstützt. Die Preise in der Bar waren unserer Ansicht nach, bezogen auf das Preisniveu des Landes zu hoch.

• Martin (10/5): Szuper volt. - Elhelyezkedés, tisztaság, naponta takarítás, kaptunk második nap után ágynemű cserét is. Recepción kedvesek voltak, akármikor vissza mentünk szállásra egybol kerdeztek kérünk-e kávét teát, esetleg valami mást. Épület tetején a terasz hangulatos, amikor mi voltunk nem üzemelt a bàr rész, valószínűleg a hideg időjárás miatt. Ettol függetlenül fel lehetett menni leülni. A reggeli mindennap ugyanaz volt, de nem probléma mert választékos volt. Lehetett boven válogatni.

• LUIS (10/5): - El trato del personal, muy bueno y cercano, en general y en particular de Veysel en Recepción, siempre dispuesto a ofrecer su ayuda y recomendaciones. También la ubicación, muy cerca de los monumentos principales de Estambul.

• Takashi (10/5): Regarding everything about my stay, I can recommend this hotel to everyone. - Although it was my first time using the hotel, I was given early check-in and breakfast, which allowed me to start sightseeing early. Mr. VEYSEL at the reception was extremely gentlemanly and pleasant, and the hospitality was on par with that of a luxury hotel. Arriving just a one-minute walk from the station, it was extremely convenient, and our room was upgraded, making for a comfortable stay. The rooftop design and view were also fantastic. By Mr. VEYSEL's recommendation, we took a dinner cruise, where we were able to watch various traditional Turkish dances up close, making for a truly wonderful evening. After checking out, a taxi was arranged for me to the airport, and we arrived safely. However, I panicked when I realized I had left my smartphone in the taxi due to my mistake. I immediately called the hotel and explained the situation, and Mr. VEYSEL's prompt and appropriate response allowed me to retrieve my smartphone safely, and we are able to make it in time for our flight check-in. The shower boot may be a little narrow.

• Ruben (10/5): Perfekter Startpunkt für Sightseeing - Top Service, super Personal, stets hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Lage um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Möbel waren ein wenig abgenutzt, aber halb so wild.

Th8s was my 2nd stay here and i will definitely be coming back. Have recommended this hotel to all my family and friends. Something i want to share.. during my first visit in 2015 i unknowingly dropped 20 lira in the lobby. After i had gone up the front desk attendant brought it up to my room...what more can i say.... None..wish i could have stayed longer
