• valeria (7/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole - Appartamento pulito e attrezzato di tutto l'occorrente per soggiornare. Kit saponi e cucina. Asciugamani forniti in quantità giusta per tutta la famiglia (5 persone). Host disponibile e gentile. Info per check in facili e comprensibili. Letto molto comodo. Posizione comodissima con fermata bus cittadini e del national express (autobus da/per aeroporto) a 2 passi. Zona molto carina, variopinta. Frequentata la sera per la presenza di locali ma senza eccessivo rumore. Negozi di bagel e supermercato sotto casa aperti H24. Ristoranti di varie etnie nella via. Stazione metro più vicina raggiungibile a piedi in 18 minuti ma che praticamente volano visto che camminando ci sono tanti negozi da vedere. Appartamento piccolo per 5 persone. A mio parere invece è ottimo per 2 persone. Lavandino del bagno un po piccolo servirebbe un pensile per appoggiare le cose o dei ganci per appendere più asciugamani. Divani letto scomodi perché il materasso è troppo sottile e si sente il ferro della struttura.
• Muijderman (4/5): Omgeving heel erg leuk en gezellig, appartement minder. - Het appartement was schoon, klasse. De omgeving was levendig en bruisend. Beheerders zijn vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Weinig tot geen last van buren. Matig onderhoud en staat van appartement. Laag gevoel van veiligheid en comfort door onder andere het slot van voordeur die niet goed vast zit en is krakkemikkig, waardoor eventuele inbrekers met gemak binnen kunnen dringen. Er is geen lift aanwezig, wat ons niet is verteld. Met 5 koffers en 3 kinderen wel zo handig om te weten, want 5 trappen zijn dan best veel. Lamp badkamer hangt uit het plafond. Lamp woonkamer knippert. Lamp keuken werkt niet en is vastgeplakt met tape. Rolgordijnen woonkamer in zeer slechte staat. Dorpels kapot of met tape vast geplakt. Relatief gehorig appartement. Badkamertegels flink beschadigd en bad/douche heeft geen watertemperatuur regeling.
• Timothée (7/5): Great location and host, but a few small improvements needed - The location is great, the flat was clean, and the host was really lovely. The price-to-value ratio is very good. The street can be quite noisy at night, but this was expected. Unfortunately, the couch mattresses were really uncomfortable. Also, the kitchen could use a few more utensils to make cooking easier as it is quite limited.
• Jonatan (8/5): Vibrant neighbourhood, friendly stuff and pleasant stay. - Great location, very friendly stuff, spotless clean. Noisy street, little bit worn out.
• Jacob (8/5): Nice - Everything was great. Not very big but nice flat for a family, Good location. Clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a stroller for our daughter so it was a bit inconvenient to take it up on the third floor, but nothing that could influence our stay.
