• CougarPrime (9/5): A wonderful time with our family in Straubing! - I liked that the details like plenty of toilet paper and paper towels were available when we arrived. The house is very well equipped. Every sleeping area had a portable fan. One of the beds is located in the dining living area, and is only separated from those areas by a portable screen. The windows on the south side of the house can not be opened, and the outside sun shades are automatic, and can't be modified. This caused the upper floor to be very warm when the outside air temperature was approximately 24 C.

• Daniel (10/5): Erstklassiges Apartment mit alles was man braucht....Wiederkehr Garantie - Die Bilder entsprechen den Ausschreibungen, Sehr Sauber, Moderne Ausstattung und Design, Sehr gute und Bequeme Betten (Matratzen und Kissen waren klasse), Sogar Utensilien waren vorhanden (Kaffee, Filtertüten, Kakao, Tee Beutel, Kaffee Taps, Toilettenpapier, Haushaltsrolle, Mülltüten, etc.), Handtücher lagen Kostenfrei für alle Personen bereit, Einen ganz besonderen Highlight war die Kindersicherung (Treppengitter) im 1.OG bei der Treppe ins EG (wir hatten ein Kind von 20 Monaten dabei). Sehr gute, Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Es gibt nur einen Parkplatz/Stellplatz fürs Auto vor dem Apartment (wir sind mit 2 Autos angereist). in der Straße sind fast nur Private Stellplätze vorhanden.

• Jörg (10/5): Ein rundum schönes und tolles Appartement!! - Fangen wir mal mit dem Gastgeber an. Sehr zuvorkommend, sofort geantwortet und sehr hilfsbereit !! 👍 Die Ausstattung top ! und von vorn bis hinten durchdacht! Es lohnt sich, die paar Stufen innerhalb des Appartements zu laufen. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Selbst der Bäcker nur 10min. zu Fuß (So. nicht offen). Also - rundum, sehr zu empfehlen ! unserer Meinung nach.
• Maren (10/5): Tolle, moderne Location mit Wohlfühlcharakter - Sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit Wohlfühlcharakter. War alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden und sehr hell und gemütlich. Supermarkt zu Fuss zu erreichen.
