• Elizabeth (6/5): - The location was convenient and it was a very spacious flat. The hosts were helpful in answering questions, providing clear directions, and communicating quickly. The overall cleanliness of the flat was lacking. There was quite a bit of grime in the corners and it did not feel properly cleaned. The toilet seat and toilet refill were both broken. Unfortunately, these were things discussed in other reviews that appear to have been left unanswered.

• Diane (9/5): A very nice stay & ticked all our boxes. - Nice & spacious & well equipped apartment. Although there was a designated parking spot it was very tight spot to get the car in. The details for finding the property were very clear but I would have appreciated receiving them before arrival day. I did wonder had I made a wrong booking.

Essentially a college flat with minimalist furnishings and some cute decorative touches. No contact from host until we reached out the day of our check in. No information about WiFi Bathroom could use a good clean. Mildew in every crevice and tile grout. Toilet seat does not fit so is wobbly and unstable. Thin flat pillows. Every corner and horizontal surface such as baseboards and electrical outlets had accumulated dirt and grime. Modern building but dirty and shabby.

• Ms (4/5): Looks good in photos but not a comfortable stay & not worth the money. - Breakfast not included. Getting the keys out of the lockbox was a nightmare, as was parking my car in the very tight parking space. The login for the wifi was hidden. I specifically said I wanted it warm but the radiators were on timers so I had to switch the one in my room back on several times during the night. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet-most uncomfortable and there was dust and dirt in the corners of the rooms. There wasn't a plug socket by the bed, so the lamp had to be plugged in on the other side of the room. So I had to switch off the light then find my way to the bed in the dark.

• Peter (8/5): Perfect place to stay in Bangor. Beautiful part of the country. - Location was great, right in the middle of Bangor. Easy to get anywhere. Parking was good although space quite tight. Flat well equipped and comfortable Noisy pub opposite but quite after midnight.

• Lloyd (8/5): Lovely Flat, not much going on in Bangor anymore. - Flat is very well maintained and a pleasure to stay in. Very little noise from surrounding neighbours/area. The place was immaculate when staying and the hosts were brilliant. Had a small issue with the getting the instructions prior to the stay but a quick WhatsApp message and this was sorted. The information guide that is left of site has some brilliant ideas and local things to do. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Not the hosts fault but the carpark can be a bit of a pain to get parked up. If you have a large vehicle you'll struggle. We arrived in an estate and had to do about a 500 point turn to get it in. Location is a bit out of the way but truth be told Bangor doesn't have much going for it at the minute so it didn't really matter.

• Philippa (8/5): Suited our purposes - a family gathering for a funeral. The extra reception room space was superior to a hotel room! - Very clean. Comfy beds. No teapot or jug to make ground coffee. No dish mop but these are minor things we surmounted!
• Robert (8/5): Very comfortable apartment but details could be improved - Clean. Bright. Good bathroom and kitchen. No convenient mirror for shaving. No starter kit for tea, coffee, etc. No instruction manual for checkout - what to do with kitchen rubbish, keys, linen, etc.
