Guest Reviews
- Aryadna (8/5): -
- AJMERI (5/5): It was okay - Overall cleanliness was amazing. Facilities was good. Check in and check out was easy. Mattress was just gone. It was worst. We all were unable to sleep for two nights.
- James (6/5): - The location was good. Parking not great. Communication was good. Dusty in places and the price was a lot for what it is.
- Angela (6/5): For 5 adults for 2 nights away in the summer holidays I thought it was good value for money - Beds comfy
Lounge fine
Kitchen fine
Location looks ugly but perfect for sea and shops and walking to Hastings Shower is in the hall way so you have to get naked out there to get in & out! So as 5 adults everyone had to agree to stay in rooms or go downstairs whilst you showered!
Sofa bed broken and old & uncomfortable to sit it sleep on. No parking as double yellows both sides but ad says you can park?!
- Tesfahiwet (10/5): - Everything was good will definitely back again!
- Hellen (7/5): - Bem localizada A limpeza da casa não é boa. E os lençóis da cama não estava bom.
- Jodie (8/5): Very good - Location Shower in hall
- Estera (10/5): Exceptional - Everything ! Very clean home
- Darren (4/5): Disappointing -
- David (2/5): Very bad and Booking.com shouldn’t have this property on its website. - This property wouldn’t meet most people’s requirements. I doubt if it meets the standards for letting at all. The building is in very poor condition. There are double yellow lines preventing parking in the street. It’s in a back alley. It’s beds are poor. There is no bathroom. One bedroom has a basin. There is a toilet. The shower is a converted lining cupboard on the landing, offering little privacy. This place isn’t worth staying in.
- Mariusz (8/5): Very good - No parking
- Nicola (1/5): Awful - Location There is no bathroom. There is a toilet, a basin in one of the bedrooms, and a shower in the hallway. There is no parking. The cupboards are falling apart. There are random rugs and throws covering stains on carpet and holes in furniture. The dining table is in a nook, making it impossible to sit at. The property is surface clean only. The stairs are quite steep and would not be suitable for elderly or infirm. The property is extremely overpriced for the quality offered.
- Bree (1/5): Bad -
