Guest Reviews
- Dennis (8/5): Perfect location for Beamish. Spoilt by above - Location. Facilities Suggest you audit / delete the Netflix user profiles. Probably some previous 'tenant's' idea of a joke, but 'Bald C**t', 'Ginger C**t, etc.., not what you want your young granddaugters to read when they switch on the TV !!!
On top of that TV signal / channels non-existant.
- Cailean (7/5): Altogether a decent place to stay. - House was modern with good facilities and comfortable beds. Wrong lock box code was sent. This was rectified with a call so not big problem.
The whole house smell badly of cigarettes smoke on our arrival, this was disappointing and a bit off-putting.
The ID check and deposit added hassle to the booking.
- Diptanshu (9/5): Superb -
- Caroline (7/5): A nice stay whilst visiting family - A nice large and well presented property. We chose it as it’s near to family but it’s also a good base to explore the local area and beyond. Although no driveway, it was easy to park outside. There’s nothing much to dislike although I do think the kitchen could be a little better stocked. For instance, there is only 4 mugs and no baking trays other than the grill that is in the oven. Please note also that there is no terrestrial tv, only a smart tv. Not a major issue but for some people it may be.
- Valerie (10/5): Fabulous house the family all shared the experience of comfort - I liked that we were able to get they keys from the lock box without any difficulties Leaving I could have done with staying longer
- Damilola (10/5): Host was really nice to us.We felt so much comfortable.kitchen is really spacious and nice - The apartment is really nice to stay
If feels so much like home I can’t really say.
The host make sure everything is in place for us

Thank you <3 Instructions on how to use the heating would have been helpful. However it was lovely and warm, no complaints.

- Sonya (5/5): There’s a drift under the sink, no tea towel, no surfaces cloth, no placemats, no coaster, unconvinience parking, the be - We loved the interior….very nice and looks like they just done some renovations. Location wasn’t suitable for a holiday home or air B&B as it in estate houses.
There’s kids playing outside with bicycle, not pleasant!
We won’t recommend.
- Kerrie (10/5): Absolutely perfect for individuals or family's - we were down from Scotland with a young man who has autism and is also deaf. It was the perfect location for diggerland. The cross keys pub were absolutely amazing with our young man, and was so refreshing to see.
The accommodation was in quiet location and perfect for us and even more perfect for a family.
I will be booking again personally when I bring my youngest son down to diggerland.
Beds very comfy 👌 Parking was a little bit difficult due to no allocated space but not a big issue.
