- Ulrike (9/5): - Die Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Zimmers waren sehr gut, es steht auch eine tolle Terrasse zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück besteht jedoch leider aus einem abgepackten Croissant und der Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen.

- Claude (10/5): Un établissement d'exception. - Le professionnalisme et la disponibilité du personnel, et leur ouverture pour tous besoins, par exemple que l'on ait pu laisser les bagages en sûreté après le check out et l'automobile dans leur stationnement sécurisé. Et surtout, que l'établissement soit si bien entretenu et d'une propreté absolument impeccable.
- Taz Hughes (10/5): Fabulous rooms & great location. - Everything about our stay here was amazing. We were given a free upgrade, the room was spacious, clean & extremely comfortable. The bathroom again was spacious, great shower & hairdryer provided. This room has a small private balcony area, which leads into the main rooftop terrace with seating & sunshade. There is a small kitchen which can be used by all. Secure parking is provided. A 15/20 minute walk to Herceleuam & 10mins to bars/restaurants. Ercolano train station is less than 10 min walk away. The staff are extremley helpful & good communication via WhatsApp before arrival. There was nothing we didn't like.

- Kristina (7/5): Toll Unterkunft in einfacher städtischer Gegend - Tolle, moderne und saubere Zimmer. Allgemein macht das Hotel einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Ein gesicherter und mit Kameras überwachter Parkplatz steht zu Verfügung. Restaurants und Cafés waren fußläufig erreichbar. In Neapel ist man mit dem Auto je nach Verkehr in ca. 20-35 min. Leider gibt es in der Unterkunft kein Frühstück. Die Häuser um das Hotel waren in die Jahre gekommen und sehr einfach. Alles noch der städtisch.

Enough room for a family comfortable, and we were well taken care of by the staff.
- victoria (10/5): FABULOUS!! - The private, secured parking was huge for us!! The location is walking distance to the tour buses, trains, and really good restaurants!! The room was impeccably clean, and spacious!! There was a kettle for coffee & tea and Corbett is. We had a small balcony that overlooked the street and we loved the terrace on the other side of our room!! There really wasn’t much to not like!! Just a note, our room faced the street so you did have traffic noise. It didn’t bother us & at night it was very quiet!! Also, when the doors were closed, it was very sound proof!!

Les chambres sont très grandes, les salles de bain parfaites, et la cuisine avec sa grande table est très pratique. Accueil extrêmement chaleureux et flexible des hôtes, toujours disponibles et attentifs : un vrai plus. Bonne situation en plein centre d’Ercolano, à quelques minutes à pied du petit train pour Naples, avec commerces à proximité. Parking gardé et sécurisé, ainsi qu’une grande terrasse commune équipée de tables, chaises et d’une cuisine attenante supplémentaire, qui compense largement l’absence d’extérieur privé. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée, avec moins de dégagement, mais l’appartement était impeccable et confortable. C’était tellement agréable que nous avons prolongé notre séjour d’une nuit. Merci encore aux hôtes !
- ANA (10/5): - El apartamento es estupendo, muy elegante, cuidado y muy completo. Las camas son muy cómodas. El hotel cuenta además con una agradable terraza desde la que se ve el atardecer sobre Nápoles y que está preparada para sentarte a leer o a descansar. Lástima los edificios🫤 Lo que más nos llamó la atención al llegar es el entorno del hotel, una zona de Ercolano que seguro ha conocido tiempos mejores. No le dimos más importancia ya que lo que cuenta realmente es el hotel y éste es de 10. En 5 minutos andando está la estación de tren Ercolano Scavi desde donde salen los autobuses que te llevan al Vesubio. También los trenes y cercanías que te acercan a Nápoles, Sorrento y al parque arqueológico de Pompeya al que se llega en unos 25 minutos. A poco más de 10 minutos a pié está el parque arqueológico Ercolano (¡impresionante!). La recepcionista es amabilísima y nos aconsejó muy bien.

The location isn’t exactly ideal if you’re planning on walking a lot but if you like walking or use another form of transportation not bad at all. Close to mount Vesuvius. Located in Ercolano. Southeast of Naples.

- Angela (10/5): - Palazzo Adele è bello, nuovo, eccellente, le persone dello staff sono tutte competenti, disponibili e gentili, il parcheggio interno è una garanzia, la vicinanza agli scavi e alla ferrovia, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi, è una comodità unica, soprattutto se desideri visitare Napoli o la costiera muovendoti in libertà con il treno.

- jürgen Sieber (9/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt in einem typisch südotalienischem Stadtviertel. Anfahrt über enge Einbahnstraße. Unser Appartement im 2. Stock war top sauber und kaum abgewohnt. Schön ist die Terrasse im 1. Stock, die allen Gästen zur Verfügung steht. Wir haben dort die Abende bei einem Spritz ausklingen lassen. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig in ca. 8 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung sind kleine Bäckereien mit Wurstangebot zu finden. Die Dame am Empfang ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden dort wieder einchecken.

- BEATRICE (10/5): - L'hôtel est très beau, les chambres spacieuses, avec une belle terrasse. Personnel gentil, serviable, multilingue, très bon café fourni. Parking extrêmement pratique, et hôtel très proche de la gare. Le quartier n'est pas très accueillant et le couloir très bruyant. Attention si vous venez autour du 15 août (Ferragosto) de nombreuses activités sur la place principale (concerts, feu d'artifice) ont lieu sous les fenêtres de l'hôtel, impossible de dormir avant minuit mais ambiance estivale et festive.

Les équipements sont de qualité, les petits savons, les cafés etc. Pour un prix vraiment pas cher. Le réceptionniste est super sympa, serviable et nous a donné de bons conseils pour nous rendre à Naples. Il nous a proposé des cafés en arrivant et en partant. Parking gratuit et sécurisé. Rien !

- Verified traveler (10/5): Viaggio in famiglia - Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte in questa struttura per visitare gli scavi di Ercolano. Alla reception ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e professionalità, dandoci tutte le indicazioni. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi e nuovi con tutti i confort. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Nella zone comuni c'è una terrazza nella quale si può godere del panorama del Vesuvio.
- Jan (10/5): Úžasné ubytování pro cestovatele zvláště ty kteří přijedou autem. - Naprosto úžasná dáma na recepci, velmi nám pomáhala a byla ochotná. Děkujeme. Pokoje jsou luxusní a nad rámec ceny perfektní. Koupelna je veliká sprcha super ! Postele a vše bylo naprosto dokonalé. Zanechali nám i balenou snídani a možnost udělat si kávu. Takže ubytování bylo včetně malé snídaně. Hlavní pokoj byl tichý když je pod okny rušná ulice, pokoj s postelí v kuchyni byl trochu hlučnější protože netěsnilo okno. Ubytování je chůzí nedaleko Herkulanea , cestou minete kavárny kde se lze nasnídat nebo dát si večeři. Dáma na recepci nám perfektně poradila ( je úžasná). Parkovací místo je obrovské a na 1000% bezpečné, auto jsme ponechali i druhý den kdy jsme šli do Herkulanea. Neapol je jiná a velmi živá pro návštěvníky ze severu, nebojte se tohoto místa jsem si jistý že bude spokojený i náročný zákazník. Kvalitou a přístupem je ubytování vysokou nad uhrazenou cenou. Velmi doporučuji. Užili jsme si i okolní čtvrť a musíme říci že je vlastně okouzlující se spousty ochotných fajn lidí. Kousek je i lékárna kde lze koupit bezlepkové potraviny a nebo se najíst v Pasticcerii. V místnosti kde je kuchyň a jedna postel nešlo dovřít okna - asi porucha okna. Proto zde pronikal hluk ale jen do této místnosti. Ostatní byly tiché.

L'hôtel est calme, impeccable, très très propre et moderne avec de belles finitions. Salle de bain spacieuse. Petite cuisine commune à disposition et grande terrasse. Petit déjeuner non inclus dans le tarif... mais en réalité à disposition : thé, café, biscottes, croissants, confiture. Parking sécurisé et gratuit. Le prix est plus qu'abordable au vue des prestations haut de gamme de cet hôtel. Pas grand chose à visiter dans le quartier mais proche du Vésuve et de Pompéi.

I do not know any similar hotel with all three in this neighborhood 😀 I had to work a few days, and was surprised by the internet speed, which is not easy to find in Italy.

- Susann (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für den Aufenthalt in Ercolano. - Sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Zimmer inkl. tollem Bad. Es gab zur Begrüßung Wasser und Croissants. Eine Küche stand zur Verfügung inkl. Kaffee. Es gibt eine schöne, große Dachterrasse zur gemeinsamen Nutzung und eine ln gesicherten kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und brachte sogar die Koffer aufs Zimmer. Und es gab Restaurantempfehlungen. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Nous avons apprécié La terrasse avec les salons de jardin. Le parking est bien sécurisé. On est accueilli avec un verre d'eau ou un café et on repart avec une bouteille d'eau pour la route. - Fabio (10/5): L'eccellenza ad Ercolano - Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro per tre notti in questa splendida struttura, e non possiamo che definirla una vera scoperta! Al check-in siamo stati accolti da Giuseppe, gentile, disponibile e straordinariamente preparato sull’offerta turistica locale (e non solo!). Insieme a tutto lo staff, ci ha fornito consigli utilissimi per sfruttare al meglio il nostro tempo libero, con grande cortesia e passione. La camera quadrupla "Vintage" è in realtà una vera suite: due ambienti separati più bagno, spaziosa, moderna, impeccabilmente pulita, con due Smart TV e un impianto di climatizzazione canalizzato che ha garantito un comfort eccellente, nonostante le alte temperature del periodo (fino a 36°!). Molto utile la cucina comune al piano, con macchina del caffè, frigorifero, lavello e tutto il necessario per prepararsi la colazione o uno spuntino. Fondamentale il parcheggio privato per chi arriva con mezzi propri, ampio e sempre accessibile. Il terrazzo, attrezzato con sedute confortevoli e ombrelloni, è il luogo perfetto per godersi un momento di relax al mattino o alla sera. In breve: una struttura curata nei minimi dettagli, con standard davvero elevati, che ci ha conquistati e che speriamo di poter presto rivivere. Complimenti a Giuseppe, a tutto lo staff ed a tutta l'organizzazione che lavora dietro le quinte per offrire un’esperienza così piacevole! Nota finale (e golosa): a pochi passi, il bar Generoso ci ha letteralmente stregati con le sue frolle, decisamente "illegali"… ed a nostro parere molto più buone di tante altre più pubblicizzate acquistabili nella vicinissima Napoli. Attenzione: creano dipendenza! Nulla da segnalare, è andato tutto molto oltre le nostre aspettative

Merci à Emanuela et Giuseppe pour leur accueil très chaleureux et professionnel. Les plus : une belle et grande terrasse et un parking fermé gratuit. Nous y retournerons c'est sûr ! - Jeanette (9/5): - Het hotel is gelegen in een gerenoveerd Palazzo, de entree bevindt zich achter een poort (automatisch te openen met de afstandsbediening). De ontvangst was allervriendelijkst en om de auto te parkeren liepen ze mee, je moet 2 elektrische poorten door en daar staat de auto dan prima. De afstandsbediening krijg je mee. De kamer was eigenlijk een appartement, een grote ruime keuken met eettafel en een slaapbank, een gang met een moderne, ruime badkamer en aan het eind van de gang de zeer ruime slaapkamer met tv en airco. Je kunt gebruik maken van het grote terras op de 1e verdieping. Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen. Er is een lift naar de kamers. Ik vond de plaats niet gezellig het hotel ligt op loopafstand ca 20 minuten van de opgravingen van Herculaneum maar ik vond de route niet zo gezellig en in de avond niet prettig.
