• Kevin (10/5): Cozy oasis in the middle of a big city - The apartment was wonderful and the touches were incredibly thoughtful. I noticed this booking because it had an exercise bike, but we were pleasantly surprised by the wide assortment of teas that Inga made available. The bed was great and there were a lot of options such as a pillow topper. Everything was super clean. Inga was incredibly accommodating when we weren't able to keep to our planned schedule due to airline issues. There was only one key for the two of us. That plus spotty phone reception on a couple sides of the building made it hard for us to coordinate when only one would go out. I did get locked out at one point, but Inga quickly helped me get back in.

Gospodyni Inga zaoferowała masę niespodzianek (przepyszne herbatki i ciasteczka) Mieszkanie było dla nas idealne, blisko centrum, a okolica cicha i spokojna, metro jeździ regularnie i do przystaniu jest bardzo blisko, ok 10 minut pieszo. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste, sypialna ma duże, wygodne łóżko. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona, jest tam wszystko co potrzebne! Kontakt z gospodynią bezproblemowy i miły! Dziękuję!

Hi vam anar amb la meva mare (82 anys) i va ser tot molt pràctic i còmode. La propietària, la Inga, és fantàstica. Repetirem sense dubtar-ho! Vam ser 4 persones i vaig trobar a faltar una mica d'espai per les 2 persones que vam dormir a la sala d'estar, tipus algun calaix disponible per deixar les nostres coses.

• Vasiliki (10/5): A wonderful, comfortable stay in a warm and fully equipped apartment that truly felt like home. - What we loved most was that the apartment truly had all the comforts of a real home, with incredible amenities and thoughtful touches. Inga had provided a wide variety of teas, which we really appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable and restful, and the level of cleanliness was outstanding—everything was spotless and very well cared for. We were also pleasantly surprised by the small welcoming details, like the homemade jam and butter, which made our stay feel even more special and personal. The only thing that could be improved is the entrance of the building, as the flooring seemed to be under renovation. This slightly affected our first impression upon arrival. However, once we entered the apartment, everything completely changed, and it more than made up for it.

It is fully stoked with whatever you may need - toiletries, spinning bike, books, board games, coffee machine, hair dryer, plug adapters, umbrellas, rain coat and more. There are more than 20 different handpicked organic teas you can choose from. The hostess is unbelievably kind and welcoming. This experience was the best we have ever had while traveling and we would absolutely recommend.

• jessica (10/5): Lovely place to stay near central London - Inga was a fantastic host, she came to meet us to hand over the keys and gave us a quick show round of the flat. She’d also left us some scones but we unfortunately didn’t see these until we’d already bought some food for the week, so we didn’t get to enjoy them. The cupboards also have the essentials, salt, sugar, oil etc, as well as the tea selection you see in the pictures. Both the bed and the pull out bed were comfortable and there was plenty of storage provided. The bathroom is spacious and provides all the essentials. The flat is on the 7th floor, but there are lifts up and the flat was just down the hall from the lifts. There is a Tesco Express a 10 minute walk away, as well as several bus stops so everything was close enough. My mum wasn’t a huge fan of the location as it’s a residential area, however I didn’t mind this having been to London before. It can be a bit noisy during the day as there’s a school across the road, but was only noticed during check in and check out times as we were out all day for the length of our stay. There are also traffic noises at night, but not too bad and to be expected in London.

Właścicielka, Inga, jest przesympatyczna — świetny kontakt od początku do końca, sprawne przekazanie kluczy i masa pomocnych rekomendacji. Dostaliśmy konkretne wskazówki co warto zwiedzić, gdzie najlepiej wyskoczyć na śniadanie, a także które sklepy spożywcze w okolicy są najlepsze. Apartament był bardzo czysty, dobrze urządzony i w pełni zgodny ze zdjęciami — ogłoszenie oddaje miejsce w 100%. Po całym dniu zwiedzania można tu naprawdę porządnie odpocząć: jest cicho, przytulnie i komfortowo. Byliśmy w 4 osoby i spokojnie mieliśmy sporo przestrzeni, bez uczucia ścisku. Dodatkowy plus za lokalizację i świetną organizację całego pobytu — wszystko przebiegło bez najmniejszego problemu. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócimy! Brak uwag — wszystko było w porządku.

There was nothing that we needed that we couldn’t find; it was one of the most comfortable stays I’ve had due to the owner being so thoughtful and prepare for any eventuality. The decorations and design made this a fabulous getaway, we felt incredibly comfortable; felt like home away from home. Our host Inga was super welcoming and warm and I truly look forward to our next stay there.

Inga from the staff is incredibly kind and genuinely attentive to guest satisfaction. On arrival, we were welcomed with delicious sweet treats, and we especially appreciated the wide selection of organic teas available. The apartment is small, but the space is used very well and it’s also tastefully decorated. In the bathroom, there are several high-quality skincare and personal care products, which were a lovely extra touch. Having been to London many times, I was really impressed by the value for money: I had never found accommodation in such a central and convenient area that was also this affordable. If I really had to be picky, the only downsides would be the lack of a large wardrobe and the absence of a power socket in the bathroom.

Wir verbrachten einen Mutter-Tochter-Urlaub und fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Aufgrund anderer Rezensionen hatten wir Bedenken hinsichtlich der Sicherheit, die aber unbegründet waren. Auch nachts gingen wir regelmäßig zu Fuß nach Hause. 100% Weiterempfehlung. Nichts. Alles war toll.

• Joanna Motybel (10/5): perfect. - Absolutely everything was perfect, its a beautiful apartment containing absolutely everything you could need, we arrived to handmade scones, butter and jam from our lovely host Inga which tasted delicious. the location is in such an ideal spot where its not too loud outside but its easy to get to any public transport and to many different shops and restaurants. i once again have to comment on how well stocked the apartment was, completely exceeding our expectations. i know this will be my go to place when staying in London from now on. nothing

We found a super nice apartment, clean, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed and more! She also left us homemade scones with jam and tea. More over the appartement is conveniently located close to the international train station and famous places. She met us at the apartment with homemade scones and jam (!) and was so attentive, responsive, and welcoming. She gave us excellent recommendations and it truly felt like we were friends staying in her home. The home is impeccable. Amazing bath products, every comfort you can imagine, super well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfy bed, and futon available. Nearby to Tube and bus stops, in a quiet part of the city that's still accessible to London attractions. Everything was absolutely perfect. Literally 0 feedback, couldn't recommend more! Can't wait to stay here again :)

We loved the welcome scones with jam and Inga was the perfect and the most helpful host. The position is not too far from all the touristic areas, easy to get by underground, but at the same time authentic and quiet. The walk in Regent Canal on Christmas morning and the lunch in the local pub were simply perfect! Everything was perfect, we hope to go back soon.

Gorgeous welcome with handmade scones and jam! The apartment was well furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Location is great, very peaceful, short walk from the tube and lots of buses in the area and plenty of local shops and restaurants.

We have a baby and it’s perfect if you have a child as it’s wooden floors and everything was child friendly we could let her play and crawl around. It was by far the best-equipped apartment I’ve ever stayed in, and its location was perfectly connected to the city - we could easily get anywhere, even on foot. L'appartamento, anche se apparentemente lontanto dal centro, è ben collegato dai mezzi (sia bus che metro) e situato in una zona residenziale e abbastanza tranquilla. Abbiamo pernottato in tre e non ci è mancato nulla, anzi era tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e tutto abbastanza pulito. Se dovessimo ritornare a Londra, vorremmo sicuramente pernottare qui.

• Philipp (10/5): Ausgezeichnet! - Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern für eine Woche im Appartement. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit absolut allem, was man für einen längeren und erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist auch die beeindruckende Teesammlung. Inga ist eine ausgesprochen sympathische Gastgeberin und hat uns persönlich mit ein paar Scones begrüßt und ebenfalls persönlich verabschiedet. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos und zuverlässig. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal und zugleich sehr ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht über die Skyline von London. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. 10/10
• Ahlke (10/5): Es war großartig! - Eine Wohnung, die für uns (zwei Erwachsene, ein Teenager) keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Eine Lage in einem angenehmen Wohngebiet, in der es nachts sogar ruhiger ist, als in unserer Kleinstadt. Ein kleiner Spaziergang zur Bushaltestelle oder U-Bahn und man ist schnell im Zentrum des Geschehens. Eine fürsorgliche Gastgeberin, die das Wohl ihrer Gäste im Blick hat, die zudem aber auch an die denkt, denen es weniger gut geht: Nicht verbrauchte Nahrungsmittel am Ende der Reise können an eine "food bank" gespendet werden. Tolle Initiative! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

I have been to quite a few short stay rentals, but this was another level. Inga, the property owner, came and met us personally, and showed us to the apartment. She also provided us some homemade scones and jams, as well as some premium loose leaf teas to try. Put it simply, if this place is available again, I will be booking. I can't see any reason to choose anywhere else. It's that good. Literally nothing. It was perfect.
• Ifat (10/5): דירה נהדרת, נוחה ונעימה - דירה מצוינת ופונקציונלית בלונדון. ממוקמת בבניין דירות בקומה השלישית. בין תחנות אולד סטריט לאנג'ל (קו שחור). מרחק הליכה קצרצר מריג'נט קאנל. שהינו בדירה שבוע לטובת ביקור וארוע משפחתי. המיטה והמצעים נוחים מאד, מטבח מאובזר ונוח, מקלחת נעימה ומאובזרת במוצרים ותמרוקים בנדיבות. הדירה נקייה, מטופחת ומושקעת בפרטים. אזור המגורים שקט וזה היה חשוב לנו בעיקר בלילה. התקשורת עם אינגה המארחת הייתה יוצאת מן הכלל - היא השאירה לנו ביום ההגעה לחמניות עם ריבת תוצרת בית וזה היה מחמם לב. במטבח יש עשרות סוגי תה צמחים אורגאני לשימוש האורחים. בקרבת מקום יש סופרים וחנויות נוחות והמקום סמוך לשכונת שורדיץ התוססת. נשמח להתארח כאן בביקור נוסף שלנו בלונדון! תודה אינגה!
• Zuz (10/5): Perfect!! - Totul a fost peste așteptări.Inga a fost minunata, ne-a așteptat cu prăjituri și un bilețel de bun venit.Aproape de metrou, de Pub-uri și supermarket.A fost cald, foarte curat, canapeaua extensibila confortabila fata de alte locații unde am mai fost.Cand vom reveni în Londra, cu siguranță tot la Inga o sa stăm. Fam. Zuz Ca nu am stat mai mult.

• William (10/5): We would certainly stay at Inga’s place again. - Excellent top-floor apartment conveniently located near Regents Canal and neighborhood restaurants/pubs. The place had everything we needed, and was quiet at night. We especially appreciated the large tea selection.
• Jane (10/5): Beautiful spotlessly clean apartment with all home comforts! - Perfect place to stay in London. Every home comfort & more! In a quiet location and a short easy walk from Old Street Tube station. Loved the selection of teas and the home made scones. The owner was lovely, always responds to messages and is there to let you into the property on time. A great find - will definitely stay again! Thank you

• Ida (9/5): Un soggiorno meraviglioso!!! Sembra di essere a casa! Grazie Inga per l’ospitalità e per la tua gentilezza!!! Speriamo d - La struttura è stata la più accogliente che abbia mai visto nei miei viaggi! Inga, la proprietaria, é un’ottima host, disponibile, gentile e sempre pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema possa crearsi. Ci ha accolto con gli scones , burro e marmellata di fragole, dandoci personalmente le chiavi di casa, oltre alla vastissima collezione di the!!! L’appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, sembra di essere a casa!!! Disponibile a darci tenere i bagagli l’ultimo giorno e a supportarci in giorni impegnativi, con lo sciopero delle metropolitane. Inga è l’host che tutti dovrebbero incontrare!!! Grazie! Nonostante sia vicina alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, circa 12 minuti a piedi, l’appartamento non è molto centrale. Ma sicuramente noi abbiamo avuto difficoltà anche a causa dello sciopero delle metropolitane.

• Sandra (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! - Eine wunderschöne Wohnung und mit dem Bus ist man auch sehr schnell in der Stadt. super sauber und bequemes Bett. Gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung gab es Scones mit Marmelade, super lieb! Kontakt war sehr gut, für unser Gefühl müsste man gar nicht so oft nachfragen, ob alles passt. Relativ späte Check-in Zeiten.
• Shana (9/5): Beautiful place! - Everything was perfect and Inga goes the extra mile for her guests. you can tell from the little details. I will definetely come back when in London. The kitcken was well furnished and got everything you may need. Comfy king size bed and the shower pressure was perfect. The flat is spotless and new. Plenty of coffee and tea's, freshly baked scones and jam available for breakfast. The only thing i would change are the pillows, there are only 2 pillows for 2 people and were very thin. only two comments to improve the service: - I checked in late in the evening and i had to pay an extra fee which is fine if stated in the adv, when i booked i didn't know i had to pay extra money because of this and the booking was not refundable once i was made aware of it. It's better for people interested in this apartment to know it in advance. - I booked for 3 adults and the sofa bed was not made up, luckily my dad didn't join us anymore so I didn't have to made a bed at midnight. Without these small inconvenience my rate would have been 10
