• Miguel Ángel (10/5): - La última planta del edificio, con acceso a la calle sobre el puente, desde donde se tienen muy buenas vistas. Que todos los muebles del salón son bastante nuevos y están muy limpios. Y la habitación está muy bien decorada con motivos marineros.

• Gabriela (10/5): Super and safe - This is an amazing apartment. It has everything you need to feel welcome and relaxed. It's extremely clean. It's very central and close to the public transport. You can reach the beach in a few minutes by bus 20, just around the corner. There is also the train station close to the area. You can go on foot to Porto Antico and other attractions. The beds are comfortable and clean. It smells nice and clean in the room. There's space for 5 people and everything you need to cook a fast meal or have breakfast. The owner is very kind and answered fast to all our questions. It's a safe area. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much, Mr Ferruccio. Nothing

I will return to stay. - I liked that the property owner was available to meet me in person and he waited for my arrival, even though my flight was delayed. On arrival, I realised that reaching the apartment and getting the key from the box outside the door would have been easy, but I prefer human contact and it was nice to meet Ferruccio. He showed me the three entrances the building has, something that I would not have been able to discover on my own! The apartment is in a modern building in Via XX Settembre, a beautiful avenue in the centre of Genova lined with porches under which there are cafes, restaurants, and beautiful boutiques and shops. There is also an amazing covered food market, Mercato Orientale, selling high quality fruit, vegetables, cheeses, breads, meats etc., with a central area of eateries serving local specialities. Via XX Settembre ends in two beautiful squares with metro stations, Piazza Vittoria and Piazza De Ferrari, which you can reach on foot in a few minutes. You can get off and catch the Volabus (airport bus) in Piazza De Ferrari (or at Brignole Station, only a couple of bus stops away). You can catch all sort of buses in Via XX Settembre, very close to the apartment, to go to caruggi in the old town, the old port, the university and the two train stations, Principe and Brignole. Brignole Station is only around the corner. The apartment is simple but has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped, in terms of appliances, pots and pans, plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery and utensils. I also found basics like sugar, salt and pepper, some herbs, and oil. The owner provided a brand new packet of coffee and a bottle of mineral water. It was great to be able to make a cup of espresso or caffellatte in the morning. I was kept awake by a mosquito the first two nights (despite spraying myself with mosquito repellent and shutting the windows). I mentioned this to the owner and he got me Vape Mosquito Killer Tablets. Ideally, the windows should be equipped with mosquito nets, which would allow guests to sleep with the windows open overnight and to avoid potentially harmful insecticides.

• Bernadett (9/5): - Három személyre foglaltunk, egy háló egy nappali-konyha-étkező, saját fürdőszobával, ahogy a képeken. Rendkívül jó elhelyezkedésű, tiszta , csendes apartman, kommunikatív szállásadóval, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, ha legközelebb visszatérünk több napra, biztosan itt szállunk meg. Kávéfőzőhöz kávét is kaptunk, cukor, só, tea filter, 2 klíma, 2 tv. A reptérről a Volabus- szal, /kilépvén a terminálból mindjárt jobbra/ egy gyorsjárattal érhető el, a Piazza Ferrari megállóban kell leszállni, és tovább sétálni pár percet. Amúgy legolcsóbb a jegy ha a sofőrnél veszed egy automatából bankkártyával, semmi más teendő nincs csak az első ajtónál lévő terminálhoz kell érinteni a kártyát, ugyanis 0,50 eurot vesz le. Jegyet ez nem ad ki, a banki értesítéssel tudod igazolni a vásárlást. Van napi jegy is a reptéri automatában az 10 euro. Szuper szállás! Nem volt ilyen!
