- Elsa (8/5): - Clean, quiet, close to airport. I arrived when the reception was staffed, and at my request the receptionist ordered a taxi for me to go to the airport early the next morning at 3:45, before their shuttle is available. The taxi was 25 Euros. He required more money from the two other people who joined me when their Uber cancelled. If the taxi hadn’t arrived it would have been impossible to get to the airport on time by foot. A table in the lobby was covered in alcohol and an empty bottle lay nearby. Because the hotel isn’t staffed in the evening or night, there was no one to clean it up.
- Jacqui (10/5): - Super convenient location if flying from Basel-Mulhouse airport. Only a 10 minute drive to the terminal. Clean hotel with good facilities and plenty of parking spaces
- Afoakwa (6/5): - Decent stay. The basic things are available if you just need a room. Rooms are small compared to the price. Small rooms doesn't really make you want to stay in the hotel for long periods of time. It is clean and presentable.

- Akrum (2/5): Not recommended - They are not responsive. I literally booked the hotel for shuttle service, and as soon as I arrived at the airport, they refused to send the shuttle, even though I had been communicating with them prior to my arrival.

Bien s'assurer avant d'avoir reçu le numéro de réservation b&b (différent du numéro de dossier booking ou Hôtels) pour obtenir le code à 6 chifffre de la porte de Sasse et de la chambre via l'automate. Bien checker les mails de confirmation. Sinon utiliser l'assistance via le bouton d'appel. Manquerait une confirmation sms ou une possibilité de régénérer le code en live.

- Sylvain (6/5): Etrange, le prix . - Je n'ose pas mettre une trop mauvaise note car ça impacterait l'appréciation globale de l'hôtel. L'hôtel en lui-même est propre, il y a l'essentiel. Seul le petit-déjeuner était digne d'une plaisanterie: 1 marmite de lard et 1 autre d'œufs brouillés, les 2 étant froides. Mon mécontentement est surtout à propos du prix auquel j'ai réservé ma chambre sur hotel.com. Un prix annoncé à 131€, avec une belle remise à 118€ car j'utilise l'appli mobile. Mauvaise surprise en arrivant à l'hôtel et en lisant un prix à 90€ mais également bien inférieur que hotel.com sur le site internet de l'hôtel, pour la même prestation et des conditions d'annulation plus favorables. Je serai plus vigilant à l'avenir: à quoi ça sert d'avoir 1 nuitée gratuite au bout de 10, si chaque nuit coûte 20% de plus à chaque fois ?

Also, the website says it is 1.5 miles from the airport but that's impossible--the cab ride was freeways etc. and a 25 euro charge. Avoid this place.

Frühstück gabe es erst ab 7:30, wobei sie erst um 7:35/7:40 bereit waren. Wenn du im 8:00 einen Termin hast, reicht die Zeit nicht fürs Frühstück!

- Gail (8/5): Good hotel and good location to airport - Good place to stay. Need to book shuttle 48 hour ahead and catch it on the French side of airport. Paper cups were eco- friendly, but did not hold up well. Glass or ceramic proffered. Breakfast was good and very well organized.

J'ai réservé via hotels.com en novembre en payant en ligne mais pour rentrer dans l'hôtel j'ai été obligée de payer à nouveau mon séjour. Suite à la réclamation auprès de la plateforme, on m'a garanti que j'étais immédiatement remboursée, mais 20 jours plus tard, force est de constater que je n'ai pas été remboursée. Je n'irai donc plus jamais dans un B&B, ce n'est pas comme si ça manquait de concurrence. Je n'ai aucun soucis avec les check in automatiques, aucun soucis avec les codes d'entrés ni avec le fait de ne voir personne durant mon séjour, par contre, payer une chambre de cette qualité 175€ parce que je l'ai payé en double, c'est fort de café. Merci non merci.

- Audrey (4/5): - The hotel seemed new and clean- the condition of the room was quite good and the bed was comfortable. However, we did have some problems. The area around the hotel was nice, but not very convenient for travelers- just a residential neighborhood. There was a problem with the wifi and cell phone service does not reach well into the rooms. Finally, even though there was a sign about the tap water being unclean temporarily, the hotel did not provide any bottled water. We were able to buy water from the vending machine in the lobby.

Hôtel très mal desservi par les transports en communs (pour aller à la gare de St Louis et pour se rendre à Bâle). Les femmes de ménages étaient insistantes pour que nous partions de la chambre le matin du départ malgré le fait que nous étions dans les temps.

- Doug (6/5): Clean and close to airport - it's a nice place and close to the airport. However the room is very small and the shower is not functional unless you don't mind cleaning up all the water on the floor each time you shower. The staff were very helpful and did what they could to help.

- Pascal (8/5): Très moderne et récent pour un B&B - Hotel moderne a priori plutôt récent. Agréablement surpris par rapport à mes dernières expériences B&B, clairement un point positif. Chambre confortable L enregistrement en dehors des horaires d ouverture (arrivée à 22h30) est certes pratique mais un peu complexe sur la machine hôtel à 5km de l aéroport (du “mauvais côté” par rapport au parking) , un peu plus de 10mn de voiture

- Verified traveler (6/5): Robotic hotel without human touch. - There is an auto check-in system which just didnt work. Was stuck outside waiting for 30 mins to check in. Thanks to a gentleman who came out for a smoke he helped me. Even then had to call for help 3 times on helpline to get it working. Tried to arrange the morning airport drop off and the communication from the hotel was poor. But apart from above, just spend one night and the hotel itself was nice, clean & basic. It just felt like one of those robotic hotels without human touch. I hope this is not the future of travelling!

Du coup deux aller retour vu qu'elle n'y étais pas. La télé fonctionne une heure puis plus rien. Durant la nuit il n'y avait pas d'électricité.
