• Gabriela (8/5): - The location is very good. The bedroom is good for a short stay. The bathroom is quite old and it's far from the room. I was left without hot water because someone before me used it all.

• Jacinta (5/5): - Excellent location. Except for the fact that location is great & the room itself clean that's as far as it goes. It is a room to get your head down that's all. Don't expect TV in the room. There was a kettle but no cups if you wanted to make a coffee. (you'd have to buy it of course) It is a shared bathroom/shower no issues with sharing however were asked to clean it after shower (again no issues there, we cleaned it) but sadly when we had our shower it wasn't cleaned by the person that used before us so there was water everywhere.

• law (10/5): - Идеальное расположение! Напротив национальной библиотеки, во дворце Палфи. Романтичное место. Недалеко от Михаэлерплац, все достопримечательности близко. Туалет и душ через коридор. Мы были к этому готовы и это не доставило проблем. В душе вода вытекает из поддона на пол, шторка не защищает. В кровати сломаны деревянные ламели под матрасом и из-за этого в одном месте небольшая ямка.
• TATSIANA KARALEVICH (4/5): - The "apartment" was clean, probably that was it. First of all, it was filtered in search like "apartment", and it is not. It is just a room in the dorm. Secondly, the "kitchenette to cook your food on" appeared to be just a piece of kitchen furniture, without any plate or bowl, just electric kettle inside. Not speaking about any sink to get water from. "Private bathroom to be shared" as ambiguous as it sounds, was really far away, and looked exactly how a dorm bathroom would look like - dirty, mouldy and falling apart. Really sad that the ad is actually designed to trick people, especially those it a hurry to book some place to stay on the way. All in all, my fault, as I should have seen all the photos of the property, and not just read the ad.
• Bryan Michel (7/5): - La ubicación era buena No me gustó que tenga el baño compartido aparte y estaba un poco sucio y descuidado el baño, el colchón estaba muy incómodo y tenía un hundimiento , hacía calor, cuando llegamos le personal del hotel de a lado nos regañó porque no debíamos entrar por donde nos dijeron que entráramos
• Virginia (3/5): - Posizione centralissima, stanza in ordine e profumata, host disponibile e risponde in fretta tramite messaggio. Iniziando dalle istruzioni per raggiungere la stanza stile “escape room”, dove in teoria bisognerebbe passare attraverso un hotel situato al secondo piano dello stabile… spoiler: non lo fate! Nel mio caso, ho trovato il passaggio chiuso e nel cercare la soluzione sono stata aggredita verbalmente dal proprietario di tale hotel, intimandomi di andare via. La soluzione per raggiungere la stanza senza ricevere urla c’è, non capisco perché ostinarsi a portare gli ospiti a essere ingiuriati. Passando oltre. I bagni perennemente sporchi. La doccia puzzava e una sera ho trovato il wc allagato.

• Ramona (7/5): Ottimo ma c’è altro da migliorare. - Posizione centralissima, si é in centro città ad un buon prezzo. Abbiamo apprezzato il self check-in/out e la comunicazione ottima e veloce con il proprietario. Pulizie giornaliere della struttura. Ottima la stanza, bella calda. Il bagno condiviso è stato un po’ un problema, le altre persone delle altre stanze non sembravano avessero capito che fosse condiviso e stavano entrando in bagno, così abbiamo dovuto comunicarglielo noi. La doccia del bagno perdeva, ma é stato risolto il giorno dopo dalle signore delle pulizie aggiungendo un bel tappeto. Consiglio nel bagno di lasciare un sapone per le mani, un phone, cambiare la tenda e metterne una più corta e aggiungere degli armadietti fornendo le chiavi personali. Ci è stato comunicato che si poteva salire con l’ascensore passando per un hotel affianco, ma il personale ci ha sgridato dicendo che non eravamo autorizzati. Pur avendo chiarito con il proprietario del nostro alloggio su boooking cui secondo lui potevamo passare, il signore non ci ha comunque permesso il passaggio e la porta era sempre chiusa e lui sempre lì a guardarci. Penso che debbano parlarne fra di loro e chiarire bene di chi sia questo passaggio, senza far ritrovare i clienti in situazioni spiacevoli. Si viaggia per divertimento non per discutere con le persone. Non abbiamo più insistito per tutta la permanenza, facendo così sempre le scale con tutte le valigie. Non per chi ha problemi di salute, passeggini o disabilità.
• maryvil (6/5): disappointing. am glad we just stayed a few hours - location and thats it tiny elevator only 2 mid size people can fit with one big luggage and 2 carry-ons, stairs, hard to get to the room, separate shared bathroom, access to room going through a business establishment closed outside office hours so you have to go to 3rd floor to take stairs down to 2nd. if your check out is before opening of the business, you have to go up to the 3rd flr with your luggagea so you can take elevator to lobby of the building. room was small and just contains a bed which was fine

• jorge (6/5): Sitio más céntrico imposible - Que estabas en el centro centro. Que los baños están fuera de la habitación Que necesitan una reforma con urgencia...cambio de cortinas de ducha,wc.... Que esta en un pasillo con otros negocios donde por ellos pasa gente a todas horas hasta las 9 de la noche. La habitación necesita un cambio de cara es bastante grande pero esta muy mal aprovechada.
• Gabriele (8/5): - Posizione spettacolare, in pieno centro, camera pulita e spaziosa. Unica pecca il bagno in comune ma comunque è vicino alla camera ed è sempre pulito. CONSIGLIATISSIMA per tutto, posizione comodità e….costo della camera in quanto Vienna è carissima soprattutto per dormire.

• NGAM-TAI (8/5): - The shower drain was clogged. It was too complicated to find the room and to check-in. The elevator was too small for two persons and two big suitcases. There was a lady who showed me that on the door of the shower room and toilet, there is a sign saying "Damen", but the person in charge of hotel told me that it is okay for men to use this toilet and shower room.

• Alonso (4/5): A central but quite uncomfortable stay - Location (this couldn't be better, really), room space and good heating. The location of the (rather dirty) shared bathroom felt like a joke. I had to walk through a public corridor and then into a common staircase used by several different apartments, hotels and establishments — not just the rooms that shared the bathroom — just to reach it. Inside, there wasn’t even any hand soap. On top of that, while you could access the toilet without a key, you did need a key to open the shower area (which had only one shower). The problem? There was no additional lock, so anyone with the same shared key could unlock it while you were inside. Luckily it didn’t happen to me, but it easily could have. Also, the shower didn't drain well and I was showering with the water up to my ankles. Oh, and another funny detail: there was a kettle in the room, but no cups or even spoons. So what am I supposed to do with a kettle — drink straight from it? I ended up grabbing some disposable cups from a café chain, but when I wanted to use the kettle, I realised I had to walk all the way to the (very inconveniently and publicly located) bathroom just to fill it, and then walk back again to empty it when I was done. Boy oh boy, the stories I have to tell. My long holiday included London, Prague, Vienna, Budapest and Malta, and this was, without a doubt, the worst stay of the entire trip.

• Ricardo Bruno (7/5): Ótima localização. - Localização, limpeza. Cama confortável. Dentro do armário tem uma mini geladeira. Ajudou a fazer o check in uma hora mais cedo porque o quarto já estava pronto! A aparência do lençol preto que fica na cama e o edredom dentro do armário pareciam estar sujos e usados, aparentemente não foram lavados e trocados. O acesso ao banheiro é horrível porque fica fora do quarto em um corredor onde tem várias salas de escritório, com escadas e distante do quarto. Para acordar de madrugada para ir no banheiro não foi satisfatório. Falta no banheiro pano de chão para retirar a água que escorre ao tomar banho empossando toda área fora do chuveiro. O correto seria por um box de vidro e panos de chão para limpeza após banho para retirar a água. Por isso o custo e benefício pelo acesso ao banheiro não achei satisfatório.

• Nadiia (10/5): все просто чудово - Дуже дякую господареві за чайник, який нам надали за нашим проханням! Було би класно ще пару чашок, але це не принципово. Вцілому сподобалося все. Місце розташування - просто СУПЕР! Ще раз дякуємо!! Приїдемо ще обов'язково саме сюди! знайти кімнату було не досить легко. мабуть треба точніше зазначати поверх (адже малюнки на стінах на всіх поверхах однакові) і заздалегідь інформувати код до ключа, щоб не чекати додатково.
• Mª Rocío (5/5): - La ubicación maravillosa en pleno centro. La cama horrible. El colchón tenía forma de huevo y fue imposible descansar. Tienes que subir escaleras para llegar a la habitación y eso con las maletas no es nada cómodo. Para obtener las llaves aunque te lo explican por whatsap no es nada fácil. El baño compartido es alejado de la habitación y tienes que ir con las llaves siempre para abrir y cerrar. Únicamente hay una ducha para varias habitaciones. Tubimos que andar como unos 10 minutos con las maletas desde el transporte público más cercano por lo que es más asequible coger un alojamiento cercano a un metro que te va a dar más facilidades
• Cristian (10/5): - Camera pulita e profumata! Massimo supporto sempre, zona nel cuore storico di Vienna, non c'è zona più centrale di questa. Prezzo e servizi fantastici, c'è anche il deposito bagagli dopo che lasci la stanza, è stato perfetto!! La stanza si trova in un palazzo in cui si svolgono più attività, nel piano adiacente c'è un hotel e per arrivare in ascensore bisogna passare per una parte di quell'hotel. Tuttavia non sono stato avvisato da nessuno che essendo che quell'hotel chiude ad una certa ora, non si può più usare l'ascensore di sera/notte

• Elise (8/5): Très belle chambre mais salle de bain pas des plus pratiques - La chambre est très grande et propre. L'hôte était très gentil et nous a laissé déposer nos sacs dans la chambre le matin. La salle de bain est assez loin de la chambre. De plus, elle a tendance à avoir des fuites de manière importante.

• Arina (9/5): Superb - Great location, very high ceiling, good heating. There is an incredibly small fridge (for a couple of cans or to store the souvenir chocolate you bought) In the communal shower room, cleaning was far from daily.

• Simão (5/5): Room is just a bed - no amenities, services, or bathroom. Worth for its very good location and price - Location and Price are the main reasons for choosing this apartment. This room is located in the first district, right in the center of Vienna, by the Albertina Museum. And the daily price is very competitive. I didn't find this place comfortable at all. The room is locating in an old building that doesn't get much servicing. The room also only has a bed and pretty much nothing else. Only one pillow. Gets very hot in the summer. Very large windows can be open, but morning church bells will wake you up at 7 am (?), and then at 8am, .... The bathroom is located outside of the room and shared with other people.
• See (7/5): Good - The location is great! You are in the city center. Walking distance to Stephansplatz, Karlsplatz, etc. The toilet is outside of the room but it's still ok for me. The staff is quite responsive :) It's a good place for a short stay! There's no kitchen and sink in the room even "Kitchenette" is listed in the facilities. The fridge is a little too tiny 😅
