• Gutocap (4/5): I will not return to this property - Comfortable apartment suit for 1 or 2 people Kitchen has the main things to cook. Small refrigerator, but good for my stay Iron Washing machine inside the apartment Bathroom is ok Very Good internet (I did video calls and watch streaming with no issues) Gym is good and it is possible to do your training session Walking distance of some places to visit. Because of a leak problem in the apartment they transfer me to another (and big) apartment in the same floor with more space, living room, bigger kitchen and big refrigerator. I stayed for 20 days in the apartment, a good period of time to check what is good or not. Checkin was not 100% easy. I received the door password, but not the apartment number. I tried to call the number but it was deactivated, so I sent a message on the booking's chat and they reply me 2 minutes later, which is ok. The apartment is not completely clean and the administration told me "...we will not be able to send someone for an additional cleaning at this time, as the situation shown in the pictures does not warrant extra intervention." After a week I request some missing itens as Kitchen trash bag, Bathroom trash bag, detergent, Kitchen dish sponge and toilet paper and the answer was: "he items in the apartment are part of our courtesy starter pack… . Once these items are used up, guests are welcome to restock them for personal use. Please remember, you don't need to leave the restocked items in the apartment after your reservation ends.". The location is not safe. The concierge in the building told me to not walk in the evening because it is not safe. A poor neighbor with a lot of noise on Saturday night. It is necessary to schedule time to train in the gym and no one advice about this before. The bed is very soft It would be nice to have a capsule coffee machine instead of powder coffee Missing a pasta strainer I had to buy tupperware because there are none to store the rest of the food in the fridge. There was a leak in my apartment that was affecting the apartment below. I was asked to change rooms in the same building, which was a minor inconvenience, but nothing major. But combined with all these other events, it's another negative aspect of my stay.

• Voyage (9/5): The beautiful Apartment - I like almost things. The location is good,the room is exerllent. From reception and lobby lounge is good. The location is little bit complicated, uber driver request me waiting on the big street. In the bathroom,the bath tub is slippery.Actually I ffell down in the bath tub.
