Guest Reviews
- Daphne (10/5): - The space was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our trip. Primarily because I don't know the area...close to downtown was not walkable
- Anjeleen (10/5): It was a very comfortable place. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons and it was a great stay. - This property is perfectly cozy, and plenty of space. There were plenty of extra amenities such as a game room, keurig downstairs in the lounge, a gym. The location is amazing and is walkable to the Main Street with plenty of restaurants and bars. Walls are thin and we could hear everything going on in the upstairs neighbor that is rated r so that should be taken into consideration for families with kids. The property was over all very clean, although we were missing conditioner. I did enjoy that they had a clothing iron. The comforter also had a bad smell to it, probably from overuse through the years.
- Myers (10/5): -
- Dana (8/5): - Location
- Lester (5/5): It was great except for one tv - It was only one tv I couldn’t lay down and relax and look at tv but everything else was good
- Kayla (10/5): Enjoyed my stay. Will definitely book again! - Same as pictured.
- Solomon (10/5): - The location in downtown Augusta is perfect quiet newly built apartments with a swimming pool, a fitness room with dumbbells a tire flip machine which this is the first time I've ever seen one. The fitness room also has a punching bag a couple of treadmills a good rounded gym.
The community room downstairs next to the mail room has free coffee, free TV, a foosball table, nice comfortable couches, the facilities are always quiet and pretty much empty for you to use at any given time.
I appreciate the security gate and security key to access the building and different rooms within the building such as the fitness room.
The apartment is a short walk from the bars, clubs, downtown about 2 to 4 blocks. I will definitely recommend this appointment and I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Augusta, GA One small issue my Fiance had was the outside patio had spider/spider webs up on the ceiling and also had two small wasps nests.
- Leverett (10/5): thanks for accepting us - the pool couldn't stay !!!
- Maymccord (9/5): Superb -
- Ira (7/5): Frank it was sub par - N/A Was only one tv, quite a walk to room spouse had a hard time. I stayed in room for maybe 2 hours of the time I was there.
- Endang (8/5): Very good -
- Tamarion (9/5): Conformal stay - Location was cool. You can’t really walk anywhere but it’s a short drive. The only thing that was an issue for my husband and I was that there is only was television.
- Suzanne (9/5): Superb -
- Edward (7/5): It was a nice place to stay for a weekend. - The apartment was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and nice. The bathrooms were very nice.
The common spaces of the apartment complex were very, very nice. The bed linens and towels could have been a higher quality.
The area where the apartment is located is "transitional" - not a whole lot to do within walking distance.
- Bridgit (7/5): Clean and nice for more than two people. Sure beats a hotel! - Overall size, privacy, full kitchen and spaces (not a hotel room). Nice shower and bathroom space. Bed was comfortable. Living room furniture not comfortable,
Needs side tables next to sofa and armchair. Needs more blankets and towels for the size of the space. A few staples would be nice but I’m assuming you assume people will rip you off. I understand but it felt off-putting. Not a luxury apartment. Basic and clean, but not luxury due to the lack of actual luxuries. Otherwise decent and clean. Good communication. Good value for the price. Long walk to the apartment from ground floor but ehhh. You’ve done a good job with it. I hope it pays you back for your efforts.
- Veronica (9/5): Superb -
- Mary (9/5): Nice, safe, large apartment in downtown Augusta! - This apartment was perfectly located for my downtown work conference. Rooms were larger than expected and we felt very safe during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. The train noise mentioned in other reviews was not an issue for us at all. The lights shining through our windows at night were super bright. Eye mask recommended! Wished there was patio furniture.
- Cara (8/5): This was a very easy place to stay and close to all the things we wanted to do. - The host, Kyra, was great at communicating with me and gave very clear instructions on how to get in. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed.
- Tracie (10/5): enjoyed place - location
- Ethan (6/5): Good but change are necessary - I loved the location and the place was very nice, especially it was very close to all of the local amenities. I didn't like the beds, too small, and too soft and the steel frames were unsafe. Blackout shades are necessary for both bedrooms, too many streetlights. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, especially from the apartment below and above.
- Frances (10/5): Exceptional -

- Shanoy (8/5): Very good -
- Ronald (10/5): Awesome Apartment - Really liked the apartment layout and space Security gate malfunction
- Dunn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (7/5): Good - Host answered immediately to messages. Property was very clean. Beds were comfy. Easy and safe parking. there were very long trains honking very loudly at night for a long time, at least 10 min at a time, which disturbed our sleep.
also, the handles on the inside of both bedrooms doors were taken off and stored in a kitchen drawer, literally locking people into the rooms with no way to open the doors again from inside the bedroom. this was super scary and could have ended very badly.
- Weaver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Smooth (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and cozy really enjoyed it and very convenient to downtown Ac filter needs replacement but was very great overall
- Steven (10/5): Easy to find great distance to restaurants - Close to the main streets
- Teresa (8/5): Great value for an overnight stay with friends. Nice looking building. Quiet neighborhood at night (sound does carry ins - Was close to the venue we were attending. Two bathrooms was nice. Beds were small but comfortable. Very close to downtown/Riverwalk. Not too soundproof in regards to other “neighbors “.

- Jennifer (10/5): This option is definitely a top choice for the Augusta area. We can't wait to return! - The location was wonderful with a charming view of the downtown skyline. The property was very secure, and we loved the lounge downstairs! For a family or any travelers that desire more space, this is a much better option than a hotel room.
